Very nice and clean rooms. Kind and friendly coworkers who helped us find our way in the city, even lending us a map to find an obscure but free car parking. A bit tricky to find the entrance of the hotel.

Nice place in the center of Cochem. Restaurant located on the first floor, with a view to Mosel. We had pizza and pasta, and tiramisu and coffee for dessert, all good. Friendly service.

You cannot sit at their terrace when you buy their icecream. They will tell you to go in an impolite manner. A paying customer isn’t welcome. I would go somewhere else to spend my money

We stayed in the hotel. Awesome rooms. And ate at the restaurant twice during our stay. Great pizza and pasta. We speak some german and were able to communicate pretty well. There is a definate lack of english in Cochem. Just a warning. You need to have some deustch to get around here. We loved the proprierter and the whole staff at the restaurant and hotel!!! Such great service. Delicious food, great service great room and great prices for the area. Some of the restaurants we went to were so much worse than here, and way more expensive. This is a tourist trap city, for sure!! But we can't recommend this place enough. Great place in a great area!

Would give excellent to the food quality which is fresh and which however service could be a bit better. I’m not quite sure if there was language problem. He didn’t bring the and didn’t understand few other things too however friendly

Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Views from our balcony were spectacular. The food at the restaurant was good but not great. Not much of a selection.

First time here and it was LOVELY
They veganised a pizza for me, which was SO TASTY. Really nice location up on the roof top and outside. See you next visit to Cochem!

Rude customer service. Food was average - price was relatively high. The only thing that was good was the view. Overall not recommendable.
