It was a wonderful little stay at the Liberty Hotel! The place has been renovated with great taste. The decor is perfect. The evening meal was really very tasty and refined. The breakfast was truly complete and delicious. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Access to the Offenburg aquatic area is appreciable... you just have to keep in mind that it's not just for adults like a traditional spa ;-) Another plus: the city center is very quickly accessible on foot.

We had a wonderful night in this hotel. Everything was perfect from the room to the food. Very friendly staff. The pool and spa next to the hotel were very nice. The price/quality ratio is very good. We highly recommend it!

Great hotel, big thanks to the architects for turning a prison into such a great hotel. Modern rooms with bathrooms, everything was great. The service and food were just so good and deserved more than 5 🌟

Very well furnished hotel. Many details were taken into account when converting it into a hotel. Valuable and beautiful! Also worth mentioning is the philosophy and implementation of all the lighting, both inside and outside. All the staff are attentive and friendly. There are also numerous parking spaces on the hotel grounds. In the old town or the city center with many nice shops and restaurants you only need to cross the main street.

Very pleasant family stay on November 10. There was an incident on arrival with our room and the receptionist present solved it right away. Thank you very much to that girl for her efficiency, we enjoyed the hotel which is amazing and rest fully.

We have visited Liberty Hotel and Restaurant with family for a evening meal ! Diner was absolutely fantastic , the exquisite menu and delightful atmosphere were simply amazing, dark and cosy light , pleasant music in the background makes our evening very special!

This is a late review. We stayed in this stunning hotel in December 2023 and enjoyed the added bonus of the Christmas market in town. The hotel itself is exceptional. The concept is so unique. Our room felt luxurious and spacious, but it was cold. Reception said that it takes a while for the heating to warm up, but the next day, the temperature was the same. The set menu was really delicious and well presented. The only letdown was the lack of serving staff. Hence, we had to keep asking for things. However, this could have been because of the pre Christmas dinner rush. The restaurant was really busy, which was nice to see. We had a lovely stay with the exception of checkout, where the receptionist basically accused me of not paying for my dog. When I told her that the payment for my dog should have been on my bill because my dog was in my booking, she said he wasn't, and I needed to pay separately. This was not an issue because I stood at reception with my dog, and obviously, everyone in the queue could see him. It was just quite embarrassing. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a unique experience.
