It's a great hotel near the main part of the Harz. it has a small pool a beautiful garden and nice cosy rooms. overall a great place to stay because there is also it lot to do with in a radius of 20-30km. Idyllically set overlooking the town with easy access to hiking trails towards St. Andreasberg. A five-minute walk to the centre of town. Extremely friendly hosts serving an ample breakfast including local produce. The room was adequate for a short stay. The Wurmberg is worth a visit. The local buses are free of charge.

We were back with Claudia and Reiner. The two always surprise us. Stay from December 30th, 2021 to January 2nd, 2022 I stayed in a single room (room 19). Everything was clean and tidy. Mrs. Hecker was friendly and so was the staff.
