Hotels with pool in Schonau am Konigssee

Excellent hotel! Quite near the lake (you can walk there, but we took our car, it’s a 5 minutes ride) and with a beautiful view of the forest and mountains from our room, the swimming pool area and the dining terrace, it’s indeed gorgeous

The swimming pool was also enjoyable as it was very hot during our stay in August and we wanted to relax between day trips. Overall, excellent hotel and we would gladly come back! Highly recommended 👍👍👍

The BEST accommodation, service, drinks and food!! They went above and beyond to make our stay here magical and the rooms were gorgeous and the pools were perfect! We felt like Kings and Queens

The views all around are great. From the pool area, it looks like you're looking off a cliff from your lounge chair hot tub and 2 of the saunas have nice windows to enjoy the view

Only 2 suggestions: the dining room was rather hot, so maybe the AC there could be stronger or have some fans as well, and the menus could all have en English translation (we were provided with one, but since there are no fix tables, the staff couldn’t really predict where we would be sitting, so most of the times we had to use Google Translate if our menu was only in German)

There’s no AC in the rooms (we weren’t surprised as this is quite normal in many German and Swiss hotels, for environmental reasons), but they provided a fan (it was already inside the wardrobe) that soothed our nights

Breakfast is really good and the views from the hotel are breath taking

Really nice Alpine hotel just minutes from berchtesgaden center, salt mines and obersalzberg. Room was very clean and well kept. Staff is very pleasant and friendly

We loved the hotel service and location is great. The food at the restaurant is good and they hav different daily dinner menu everyday

We loved the place so much that we decided to extend another 2 Nights from the original 4 Night stay

We got to breakfast too early on the last day of our stay because we got the time wrong (our fault) but as I was grabbing some cereal the person was very rude to me about it and didn’t seem to be thankful that we chose to stay at their hotel

It is very, very beautiful here! People are super friendly and helpful. You can really feel at home here. And there is a breathtaking view as a man enjoys his generous breakfast.

Due to Covid we didn’t experience the famous breakfast but the breakfast package we got to our room every morning was amazing. We even took some of it with us as lunch. The rooms are clean and spacious

One of my favorite hotels in Schönau. The rooms are pretty cool and modern. Perfect place to start some outdoor activities. Breakfast it's an experience itself

The only bad thing I would say is, the parking is not free although the hotel has a huge space that can take lots of cars. Overall it was a great experience

We had a very comfortable stay here for two nights. The location was absolutely gorgeous and very close to hitlers “eagles nest” (only 15 mins away) and you’re surrounded by beautiful mountains

Nice hotel in very nice place, nice staff, good service, comfortable bed.. I just don't understand why on Earth there is phone (!) and radio (!!!) in the room, but no wifi? It's 2017...

Clean rooms, amazing view and friendly staff. The only downside is that in the winter it is a little hard to get to. Except that i totaly recommend it for a quit mountain holiday.

Though it is an old property but the bedroom is so comfort and clean. Great outdoor restaurant, beautiful scenery. A bit far from the city, quiet place.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. In a nice location near the konigssee. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bad WiFi connection.

Comfortable, relaxing, quiet, nice terrace, good breakfast and of course about 8 minutes distance to Königssee Parkplatz

Hotel is pet friendly, allows both dogs and cats and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. Staff is multilingual, extremely accommodating and courteous. They cook and serve great food three times a day

Location is fantastic as both main attractions of the area (Eagle's Nest and Konigsee lake) are within an easy 10 minute drive and we were able to visit both between our check in and check out

We had late lunch and enjoyed delicious pork skishkebab along with traditional Easter European cuisine. Five stars from us as we will definitely return! Great job, owners/operators!!!

The breakfast was included and was good. The view from the hotel and outside is breathtaking. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The wifi worked just fine.

The rooms are a little on the old and dinge side but the location and the exterior building is beautiful! It's just a short walk to the lake over a beautiful covered bridge. The breakfast was really good!

It was ok, just we were there for 5 days and they didn't clean the Toilet seat or the sink the last 4 days or change the cups and glasses that we were using for clean ones, the room have an old carpet kind of smelly

The this aspects, the breakfast is very nice, the enviroment is ok, the people in charge are not much around, you feel like you rent a room with cleaning lady. But if you need it, you can call and the would help

Very nice basic hotel. Super delicious food, lots of choice. Very friendly staff. There is a lot of things to do from the hotel side. Good location, very close to Berchtesgarden and the Koenigssee. We'll be back

Because everything is well organized in this house and above all the friendliness and the service fit. If the journey with about 750km was not so long, we would definitely come back

But at some point it will definitely work again

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Bis zum Königssee fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr sauber, warm und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Uns hat das Zimmer und die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Die Sauna und der Wellnessbereich waren sehr modern. Man kann sich für 2 Euro einen Whirlpool gönnen. Parkplätze sind am Haus verfügbar

Haus Hohenwart is still great. A very nice and clean house, a quiet and idyllic location, a great sports facility, an outdoor pool and, above all, a very friendly staff.

The rooms have balcony with mountain view and there is a big garden around around property with pleasure view and sun bench. Swimming pool and sport facility also exist. The staffs are so kind and hospitable

The property and rooms are very clean. WC, bath with clean towels and tissue paper provided by hotel and they change towels and bed linen every day

The hotel, especially the rooms, the food as well as the unique location and the view, deserve the grade 1+ !! I was a guest at Haus Hohenwart for the first time and I'm looking forward to my next visit! I feel at home here! (better) Kind regards Michael Steeg

14 days ago I was allowed to be a guest in your holiday hotel Haus Hohenwart for a week. Right from the start, I felt very well looked after by the friendly staff

Familie Koll ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind schön und haben eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Auch ein Balkon ist vorhanden. frische Milch und leckere Marmeladen

Parkplätze sind auf dem Hof vorhanden

Very clean accommodation, it was our best accommodation we have ever had. Breakfast was very tasty and varied (something different every day). The entire interior and exterior has been lovingly prepared

Very nice farm with friendly hosts. Great breakfast with delicious milk from our own farm. Fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony. Everything very clean and comfortably furnished

The location is great and the Koll family is very courteous and polite. We will definitely book again with the Koll family for our next holiday in the Berchtesgaden Alps!

Königssee is about a 35-minute walk away. You can also take the bus (which runs every hour) for free. Many thanks again to the hosts, we were able to relax very well 👌☺️

One point deduction for the unusable WLAN in apartment 1 - but you can also do without it, on vacation ;-) You just have to endure the whining! Central location, same distance to Jenner / Königsee and Berchtesgaden (each 5 minutes by car)
