Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff were also friendly and didn't mind speaking in English and German. From here it was a quick drive to nearby airport parking so the location is also very convenient. Only downside is that there aren't many options for dining in the evening but there are multiple delivery options that are also not too expensive.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The hotel is like 40 minutes away from the airport whilst claiming to be just 800 meters away from it. Also, the water sold at the reception center is incredibly overpriced. Also, the rooms are tiny and the view is truly egregious, for instance, my room had a first seat to the local parking lot. Furthermore, there was a musk in the room that was truly off putting and had to be aired out for like an hour to be gone. Overall book your stay in this hotel if you'd like to have a truly horrible expirience.

Basic hotel as expected from the Campanile chain, but with stellar staff. The breakfast crew alone makes the 16 EUR breakfast fee worth it. Free street parking. Rooms tiny but clean. Great for a quick overnight stay.

The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. However, the wifi signal is weak and hardly usable on the 4th floor room. The bathroom has a terrible smell. The room's main light is not working correctly and flickers like a strobe light.

We stayed here the night before our flight to Paris - two rooms. Clean and comfortable rooms just right for the night. Crew at front desk were great and a shout out to Gareth for his good humour and service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Our AC doesn’t work and the area outside is too loud to leave the window open. It is sweltering in Berlin now. When I spoke to the front desk, they said maintenance was gone for the day and there was no other room we could be moved to. The front desk manager gave me a tiny fan with an American outlet plug and insisted I bring back €20 as a deposit. I asked to put that on the room, which he couldn’t do; cash only. I took the fan to our room, used a converter to plug it in and it didn’t work.

The carpets are filthy, the rooms dated and you will be better off literally anywhere else.

Nice modern rooms with easy check in and out. Not as close to the airport as you might think so just check how to do your transfer in advance. Overall we were very happy here.

It is 16 minutes walk from S-bahn station and my experience wasn’t pleasant because they were changing shifts and they made me wait 15 for check-in after a long trip arrived around 11 PM. Besides, the staff was impolite. The room smells like toxic fume and wasn’t very clean.

Nice hotel manager was a bit of a grump if you made any noise outside in the smoking area bar area was too small and long waits were comonplace cheap though and walking distance to train which goes to airport.

Rooms were neat and clean, very good customer service.
The ambiance is pleasant and the staff are very friendly and have good communication skills.
There is a bus stop just next to it and you can find Norma for quick shopping.
