We stayed at this hotel , near the airport and absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. I have to highlight the receptionist, he was so friendly, respectful, and welcoming. He truly made our experience even better. Loved our stay!

I'm warning you about the scammers at this hotel. The service is terrible, even rude and arrogant. A room normally costs around 80 euros. But when you get to the hotel at the last minute and have a problem, they don't help you. They want to take advantage of you and force you to pay 195 euros. Avoid this hotel, it's the worst kind of place.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Berlin for two nights, and overall, the experience was pleasant.

Room:
The room was normal. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. Has a TV, and bad Wi-Fi. The bathroom was compact but clean, with hot water and decent water pressure.
Service:
The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English and offering recommendations when asked. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
Cleanliness:
Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

I did not have a great experience at this hotel. My bathroom was initially smelling very bad and the room did not seem very clean. Also, I had safety concerns as someone tried to open my room door in the middle of the night.

Nice hotel near airport. Lovely staff that try to accommodate your needs. Lovely room, no fridge, but that seems to be the norm for Berlin. Train station about 15 mins walk into centre of Berlin. Will definitely recommend.

The rooms were clean, the atmosphere cozy and quiet. The location is not super central, but that was what I needed right now. The staff was lovely to me throughout the entire stay. I might bring my dog next time, since I found out they allow that here. Cool place overall.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spotless and exactly as shown on pictures. The bed was comfortable which I usually find not to be the case with cheaper hotels so that was a nice surprise, it was huge too! All the staff were really nice and welcoming, made us feel that nothing would have been too much if we had of asked. Breakfast was good and was the usual continental type with breads, hams and cheese along with fruits, yoghurt and some cooked meat and scrambled egg. The fruit juices were nice and not the usual powdered stuff mixed with water. Pet friendly too! The airport was 8 minutes by train and the train station was around a 10 minute walk. You would never know it though, it was so peaceful there and on our last morning we were watching deer from our room in the field over the road. There is a supermarket 2 doors down and also a Chinese restaurant, we didnt try this. If we ever return to Berlin we will certainly be staying here again!
