Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel

We booked this specific hotel for our dog during the New Year’s Eve, because we thought the area near the airport has banned fireworks. WRONG. Inside the room is quiet, but it was impossible to leave the hotel from 15:00 onwards, due to constant fire crackers blowing up near by. We’ll look for a different hotel next year.

I showed up at the wrong hotel only to find out my company had booked this one. After a short uber ride it was very nice and good service, room was comfortable and once I had settled my stuff in the room, the hotel was very close to a translation for a 45 min train ride to Central Berlin.

The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

Was good place to stay around airport

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

This hotel is different from the Holiday Inn across the street, but it's a budget brand in the same group. It's fine if you book with that in mind, but if you book thinking it's a Holiday Inn, you'll be disappointed. Hotel is really nice and clean. The staff at the restaurant/bar is extremely friendly! Only downside is the rather complicated journey from / to airport so make sure you get the Shuttle that the hotel offers at the reception!

Have frequently stayed here because of its close proximity to the Berlin airport. Rooms are comfortable and nice, but the biggest help is being a 10 minute drive from the Berlin airport. The in hotel restaurant is tasty and their bar makes good drinks.

You get what you expect, clean room with expected exterior. Service is good, so far all people are friendlY and supportive. Breakfast is good and everyone should find something, quality is as expected. Location for me is perfect, just 200 meters to the office but if you want to go to the city center of Berlin, it is far away. If you looking for a hotel close to the airport, perfect fit.

Pleasant small and reasonably priced hotel conveniently near the Terminal 5 S-Bahn station, which is now very quiet since Terminal 5 closed. I did not have breakfast since I had to leave for an early flight, but there was coffee available in the reception even at 0515 in the morning, which was thoughtful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel because I thought we could walk between it and the airport. However its not possible to do so as no footpaths. There is a bus from the airport to near the hotel but unknown to us. The duvet was too narrow for the double bed, I think it was a single. Its around E19 for a taxi. Good for a pre or post flight.

I had some issues with the check-in (code didn’t work at the front entrance leaving me left locked-out, but it did work at the room). The room itself was clean, organized, and new. Great Hotel, near the BER airport, fast and easy check in/check out. I was given ground floor room which was accessible, and very spacious, but it was directly on the street, however it is a very calm area and i had a good night sleep. Only recommendation is to offer slippers and bathroom amenities like tooth brush/tooth paste. 10/10 overall experience.

The Pension is absolutely ok, nice owner and cheap prices. But that's it, so if you want it more comfortable and with great services this is not the place to go, therefore you would need to spend twice per night.

I only stayed a night in the pension SXF because I had a flight the next day. The owner is very friendly and he drove me to the airport and also to a restaurant as I said I didn't had dinner. Really enjoyed our stay in this groovy hotel. Room was clean & warm. We booked last-minute - during a road trip and we were not disappointed. The local ALDI is a 1 minute walk away from the front entrance. Parking is €8, which is great compared to some others we found. Very helpful and happy staff at the hotel.

We celebrated here with other friends and rented 17 rooms. Everything was well organized by the hotel. The rooms are clean and all are equipped with a kitchenette. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The coffee is really very tasty and cappuccino is recommended, along with the homemade cheesecake from the boss. Was already several times in this Hotel and am always very satisfied. The rooms are adequate a little dimensioned but too dark for my taste furnished. A very good Breakfast and friendly service round out the thing. In the vicinity there are banks to Restaurants, almost everything. Only the location next to a busy road spoils a little the whole. Cheap and did the job. Very near the S-Bahn, close to the airport yet no noise.

Advantages: The room is large, clean, and close to supermarkets. There are two supermarkets in front of the hotel. Disadvantages: It's next to a construction site, not much of an environment. The front desk of the hotel speaks rubbish English. When we took a taxi to the hotel, the taxi driver said "shabby" and the door was very inconspicuous. It's super far from the city. I had to take a taxi + subway...

Reception kindly allowed for early check-in given my situation. Room is pretty spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. Hotel is close to supermarkets and eateries and near a train station for easy transport to Berlin attractions.

Not bad. It's fine but for the price, I think it's expensive. It's 17 kilometres from the centre so it's definitely not convenient. At 90-100€ a night, that's expensive. Transport links are good though. What annoys me was the noise the cleaners make outside the rooms. Impossible to sleep through.

Nice location, no food on Sunday evening but we were on a guided tour anyway. There was no air circulation in the room until we opened the window, it was very hot. There were only a few electrical plugs in our room, Wi-Fi OK. Not tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they are available by the lift on our floor at least. We had a nice breakfast and the staff were pleasant.

A standard room with twin beds that we put together, it had a shower, T.V., etc. But there were no tea-making facilities, but hot water and teabags were in the hallway by the left, only no milk or spoons/stirrers. Room are clean and spacious. Breakfast is fine. I didn't test the restaurant but a tap beer, 0.3 l, costed me 4 Euro, the price I could have a 0.5 l one in central Berlin. That's why I limit the number of stars to three.

Basic hotel with extortionate prices for breakfast. Situated just a few minutes walk from the local studios and for this reason if you're here for a flying visit would be where I would recommend staying instead of taking the hike to and from the city each day

I prepaid on Trip.com and went, but except for the fact that I almost had to pay again on site, the service was good, the breakfast was delicious, and they even let me store my luggage after check-out, which was nice. If you only request breakfast on site on the day and think it's expensive, be sure to ask. The staff were friendly though.

Awesome facilities in a location far from central Berlin (1 hour by public transport). There's a supermarket and several restaurants nearby.

It's great. Apart from being far from the city, everything else is great! The facilities are very complete, there are supermarkets nearby, and it's very comfortable to cook and eat!

The service was first-class and we really enjoyed our stay here. Our family of two adults and two children all loved it and we will definitely stay here again next time we come to Berlin.

They provided a late check-in which was super convenient. The room was quite cosy and the bed could be small for a huge person (bunk-bed in a 4 person dormitory). For me, it was perfect for a few hours of sleep. The bathrooms and washrooms are shared and accessible separately outside the rooms. Very clean and comfortable stalls for a nice shower. The breakfast didn't have a lot of vegetarian options...

I've been to this hotel with a bustrip (Slangenreizen Nederland). Location was okay, far away from the city center, but close to some restaurants. The hotelrooms were good, simple but functional.

We arrived Christmas eve and not happy with the room offered being twin bed, the lovely receptionist (Bakky) upgraded us and was so happy with the room. We had a great night in the acom Hotel in Berlin. The reception is open 24 hours a day, which allowed us a late arrival. This was very helpful to us because we came from the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean, apart from a few used tips in one of the trash cans.

Reception people were kind, helpful and friendly. Our room was defined as non smoking room but the toilet was so stinky from smoke. Really hard for us. The carpet had coffee stains. Breakfast had no vegan options at all and they didn't speak any English so we didn't take breakfast. The billiard table was supposed to be our plan b in case of rain but they didn't find the balls. 2 supermarkets nearby...

It is a very convenient utility type hotel with very high standard of service. Though the services are limited to basic amenities, yet the professional excellence made a difference to note. The front desk is thouroughly methodical, cordial and helpful. But the lack of staffs made it difficult for the desk to work in prompt. Most of the time, unfortunately, they have to attend phone.

A very tidy hotel, we booked this as part of a package and believed that it was closer to the city centre. The nearest subway was about 30 mins walk, luckily there was plenty of electric scooters so made the commute more fun and easier. Comfy beds, tidy rooms, a clean and comfortable hotel if you don't care for location.

The wifi is a constant problem. I travel with many devices and thinking to get the splash page is always a problem. If I knew this would've been an issue I would've avoided this hotel.

Nice experience. Pluses - very friendly and helpful staff. Location is good - railway station, shops and restaurants are nearby. Good breakfast. Room service changed towels and filled water bottles everyday. Our room had enough space. Minus - WLAN was slow. Room service didn't empty bathroom waste bin on daily basis.No fridge in room. A small chiller in room would have been better to keep our drinks...

Nice Family hotel with lovely staff. One of the best helpful staff which I saw. Room was clean and I found all what I need for my business trip. Coffeemaker, fresh breakfast and parking for 5 Eur/day in Parkhaus 2 minutes in walking distance from hotel. Thank you for a nice stay.

Spent a night in a mixed dorm. There's nothing really bad to say about the hostel, but there's nothing good either. Dorm is very small. Reception was out of access cards when I checked in. There was construction work on the roads around so there was a lot of unusual forbidden parking signs. Out of 3 receptionists I met, none could help me about figuring out the local parking rules. Great common spaces, easy to get to, pretty clean. Not always easy to talk to management, and locks and towels were not available but I had to pay the deposit for them that included the keys

Nice budget hotel with parking. At the time of our visit, some of the premises were still being renovated, but this did not interfere.

4 stars are justified. Hotel is under construction, or renovation work is planned for a long time 1 main building where the reception is and a large room where you can sit and eat. Great that you have a large kitchen in the next room with 2 stoves for cooking and roasting. It is good and it is tow buildings in each building about twenty rooms . The hotel is in a quiet and beautiful location . There are parking lots and close proximity to the lively places.

Fantastic stay in Berlin The hotel is slightly cheaper compared to the rest of Berlin, and it has nice equipments like the gym. When i had to arrive earlier than the check-in time, the staff have accepted to prepare my room in advance so i could rest in my room without waiting in the lobby. Great comfort, the S-Bahn is 5 minutes walking and the tram is by the hotel entrance.

Nice location on the river, with simple comfy rooms and nice staff, specially the cook. I loved the gingertea with squeezed orange and ability to charge my hybrid.

The ambient was very cousy and visualy nice,as well as the hotel service. As someone who is not vegan, the vegan cousine was tasty and delicious. The summer terace offers a nice view on the river while sipping on a cup of quality coffe.

Awesome place, I don't usually book 2 stars, thought I will take a risk since the reviews are so good, and it paid off. It is in my opinion on par to many of the 4 stars. I say that because I have been to many 4 stars. Room is very large and modern, each bed has USB, The location is super convenient. We drove and parking is right underneath. Still took public transportation to downtown.

The best thing about this hotel is the position right at the river site where you can have your meals or just hang out. I was there for a conference and the rooms for it were ok, too. I cannot say anything about the rooms as I lived with a friend while in Berlin. I wouldn't choose the restaurant as the Vegan Cuisine is not at all attractive to me. You load food on the plate and can hardly distinguish...

This place was really special. Daily yoga and meditation, beautiful restaurant, stunning views of the river and close to a big park. It's a little south of the city centre so it would suit anyone looking for a calmer, quiet experience of Berlin. All food is organic and vegan (with vegetarian options). Great weekend brunch too. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed there for 1 week and it was a pleasure. I want to come back!! Staff is so young, and nice… food is amazing as well, vegetarian/vegan and 100% organic. Even we have the chance for going to meditation and to the sauna!
