Convenient location and nice breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Large new modern room. No working air conditioning and only option is to open a small crack in the window to a nose room. My room got up to 23 degrees with no working AC to cool off the room. Two calls to try and fix with no resolve. I will not pick to say again as first choice.

If only internet was working as it should it would be 5 stars. My apple devices were either unable to connect or when connected, internet was unstable at 2Mbit. Other than that, great. Showers had high pressure boiling water on demand, rooms were both silent and comfy and Breakfast setup was very refreshing for me: potato pancakes and curry beans were incredible. (I know Berlin is all about curry but still I loved it as much as I love fish and chips in London.

Clothing was missing from my room. They promised to take care of that, but nobody contacted me after 10 days of waiting.
I tried to call but after 3 times of being forwarded to another person and explaining everything again I stopped.
Update 8. August 2024: if your address is 'Wanda-Kallenbacher Str. 2' then you are the right one. Please, just take care of that issue and everything will be fine. Please provide me with a contact as well. Sorry I had to leave that review, but under these circumstances I don't have the impression you take the matter seriously.

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

Most attractive place to visit the east side gallery (Walls) and Shopping mall . Also beat the noise free area in Berlin city (this is my 5th day's 3rd Hotel). I'm pleased with the room quality 😁.

Really nice, clean, modern hotel. Staff were really helpful an friendly. The bar prices were very reasonable. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice to suit all. Hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.
