We checked out two days sooner because we felt so uncomfortable in the hotel. The room was very cold looking because of all the concrete. The lighting was very bright and white. We could not relax. We also barely slept because of all the doorslamming that made our beds shake. Terrible experience.

The whole experience is more youth friendly than elegant.
I like the social spaces like the lobby and especially the guest kitchen.

The only positive part was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. I booked a room for three people for a work trip and had to quickly find another place to stay because it was impossible for me and my team to rest after a day of work. Fortunately they refunded me a portion of the price.
The room was tiny, the beds so narrow and short that our feet where out of the bed. There was not even a table in the room. Just 3 children sized beds.
The shower was terrible as it was just like a storage room for cleaning equipment with the cleaning broom still inside. And just a big hole in the middle of the floor with a shower head attached to the wall.
It was so noisy until 4:30am because of people jumping around, slamming doors and partying outside the window.
It was cheaply price but even at this price I would rate it 1* if the staff wasn't as friendly.

It was good. Was expecting a bit more of room but is fine. Towels and covers were hidden but we found them. It was clean :)

A great experience in Berlin. Kids loved the bunk beds. We loved having AC and being so close to the train station. Also located beside the East Berlin Gallery. Very budget friendly as well. We parked for free on the road right in front of the hotel for the weekend and took the train everywhere. The front desk attendant spoke English well and was helpful. Overall good experience.
