A complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

I arrived at 1am only to be informed that my reserved room was unavailable. No alternative options were offered, and I received no prior communication about this issue. The front desk staff were extremely rude and didn’t even apologize for the situation, nor did they provide any explanation.

After a frustrating 35-minute call with Booking(d0t)com, I was able to secure another hotel nearby. In short, the staff at this hotel made zero effort to assist me during what was already a stressful situation. Highly disappointing experience.

The hotel staff tend to be really nice and helpful, the problem comes when the rooms are really hot! And it doesn't matter if you put the fan on the maximum, is still too hot to have a good rest... By the other hand it doesn't matter what you do with the curtains, they don't block the sunlight and it always goes through. Please fix the air conditioning problem because is impossible to sleep like this, after seeking help from the staff they came to check it but told me that this was the maximum and they couldn't do anything else. Please solve it.

I was there for one night. It was very hot outside. The air conditioner stopped working so I was sweating a lot. I had planned to stay a day extra but even at 1 pm the ac did not work. I had to book an extra night online. They would not book an extra night for me at the reception. I had to do it myself online while I was standing at the reception to get the better rate. While I was allready a paying customer. And finally the parking ticket machine outside said 13 euro but the machine did not work. At the reception they have charged me 17 euro. So if you want unhelpful staff, sweating in a hot room without air-conditioning and over overpaying for parking this is the hotel for you. If I asked for a compensation they just told me to send an email. Nothing to help me with anything. I have to say though the guy from Oezbekistan at the check in was extremely friendly.

Very poor. Firstly it’s nowhere near the airport terminal and it’s €20 in a taxi from the airport for a 5km trip. Automated check in is silly, it spits the room card out and you have have to go to the desk anyway to find out the room number. The room was so hot and it was impossible to rest. Reception staff didn’t want to know when I explained that the air con was actually blowing hot. I said I would leave (2130hrs after checking in a few hours earlier) and would like a refund. The girl at reception said she could only give me 15% back. I asked to speak to the manager she said it was not possible and gave me a small piece of paper with the managers email address on it. I left the hotel at 2200 hours, another rip off taxi to the airport for a flight 9 hours later. But the choice between an empty departure hall and that hotel was very easy. Awful. Avoid.
