Location is very nice, except you need a car to get anywhere. And our room was not made/cleaned when we arrived, and when we went to complain, the receptionist didn’t know english. I know you can’t complain about a non-english person not speaking english, but when you work at a hotel you need to at least understand a little imo.

Bugs all over the room.Had to leave at 22.30 and drow via Scandilines to Røby and further to Norway same night and morning after. Totally 1430 km .Best bed ever back home.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience with this hotel:
1. No shuttle service from the bus stop - even though mentioned online - and no pedestrian walk.
2. Breakfast buffet neither enjoyable, nor fresh, nor sufficient
3. You can only have breakfast at 7:00, 8:00 or 9:30 and only if you registered for a specific time window the night before. If you register for 7:00 and come at 7:30 - you will be asked to leave at 7:45 because the tables must be prepared for the guests at 8:00. If you register for 9:30 - you will be eating poor leftovers. There are also tables on the terrace that would allow more flexibility with the breakfast times, but again - not allowed to have breakfast there.
4. 90% of the Spa facilities are out of order.
5. Rust and mold in the swimming pool.
All in all the hotel is overpriced and outdated.

Relaxation for body and soul. I enjoyed my stay there very much. The double rooms are a good size, the staff courteous, helpful and nice. Everything was very clean and tidy, also the Spa area. A rich buffet Breakfast, all fresh ingredients for lunch or dinner, good Parking facilities.

An idyllic Hotel in a spacious Park landscape and private boat dock directly on the lake Ziegelsee.
Rooms well maintained and clean, of good size (double room). Service attentive and very friendly. Breakfast abundant and varied. Also the dinner tasted in the restaurant excellent.
The price level we felt appropriate.
Ideal place to Relax or for meetings. According to Schwerin in about 3 km, but car required.
An absolutely recommendable Hotel! We are guaranteed to come back.
Rooms well maintained and clean, of good size (double room). Service attentive and very friendly. Breakfast abundant and varied. Also the dinner tasted in the restaurant excellent.

We were invited to eat, it was praised in the run-up in the highest tones,that what was offered to us for food scoffed every description. The original Wiener Schnitzel,as it was written, high-priced, but even from a takeaway food far away. My complaint was only responded with a Smile, that's it.
It was served for the children of cocoa in a Cup of a small Fly, happened times, schupp took the waiter his thumb into the Cup, fished the insect out of the Cup and wish us good appetite. All-in-one had food,the feeling of being in a former Mitropa Restaurant, even the Uniform of "our"waiter fit in to the dirty (coffee stains).
The Restaurant was the ambience, very nice, beautiful background music, and of course the outdoor complex is top.
It was served for the children of cocoa in a Cup of a small Fly, happened times, schupp took the waiter his thumb into the Cup, fished the insect out of the Cup and wish us good appetite.
