The hotel is conveniently located, the double room is large and the staff is absolutely friendly. I don't understand how some guests criticize the breakfast. Fresh buns, a large selection of side dishes. If you don't find anything in the buffet, you can order from the menu at no extra charge. The parking fee is very small. At 16 euros per night it's too much for me.

A really good hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, in the city center. There is nothing to complain about at breakfast either, on the contrary. The staff is very attentive and friendly - with one exception: Anna, our pearl in breakfast service. No, I must say extra class. Thank you for that. We will be happy to return.

Very nice hotel. We really enjoyed it. All the hotel staff were very nice and polite. It was just a pity that they didn't offer any drinks in the evening. If I forgot something when checking out, they sent it to me without hesitation. So everything is great. 👍👍😃😃

We were guests for 5 days and were completely satisfied. The breakfast selection was not very extensive, but still quite sufficient. The cuisine with Viennese flavor is highly recommended. The service is very good, the rooms were very clean. The location on the market is quite central.

Classic rooms, ours unfortunately had a dirty bathroom (hairs from the previous guest(s)), we sadly also didn't get the full briefing on the room (like free first round of drinks in the fridge and bathrobes for the sauna). Great mattress.

We spent a night here in July 2023 and wish we could have stayed longer.
This is an excellent hotel, very well-managed with extremely friendly and helpful staff!
We left the hotel with a smile on our faces and the hope to be back in Wismar soon.
Fantastic location right at the Marktplatz in an old historic building, rooms small but cozy and a wonderful breakfast you really should not miss.

Like the Sauna, unfortunately Dampf sauna is under repair. Breakfast is good, but missing fish. The location is directly in market Square. Parking is 17euro per day not cheap. The service personnel are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms unfortunetely are so loud! We could hear our neighbors playing music and even talking. I’m surprised there’s no other review about it? the walls are made of paper! And for me it’s important to have a good night. The service staff was very friendly! The location is good! It‘s just an old hotel and compared to the raddison blue it’s not the same standard. Shower small, room small. Elevator door closes and opens extremely slowly. Small beds.
