I'll start with what went less well: The noise insulation of the room was bad. We could hear the people in the next room talking, and we could clearly tell what TV channel they were watching. I'm guessing it was an elderly couple, as they woke up at 7am and would watch TV until the breakfast buffet started at 8am. Two nights in a row, that I didn't get a full nights sleep. A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. The was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm when we were there even with windows open. Breakfast buffet was good.

This is a very nice property with clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and dinner. A boardwalk next to the lake is in front of the property.

We stayed here over NYE. We were lucky enough to be staying in one of the studios, which, of course, is a little more expensive than the regular rooms. But well worth it. Nice lighting in the room, comfortable bed, spacious. We will certainly come again and now that we are spoilt, not taking the studio will be hard. Great restaurant with outdoor/garden seating area. Perfect to relax after a long day at the office. Bedrooms need some refresh because they look a bit dated. But the beds are comfy and area is quiet. The WiFi is very weak so don’t rely on it.

We spent a weekend here to visit relatives in Schwerin. The hotel is located in a rural setting, a bit outside of town, but the center is still a quick drive away. A high quality hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very new and clean. Also great if you are also going to the Waterpark as you have an exclusive entryway. The breakfast is also one of the best in Germany.

Comfort, fun, quality of food recording to price where super! We had a very nice stay with our little girl of 9 months. The only thing I can think of that we found odd was the difference in wine glasses since we where drinking the same wine.

I really enjoyed the experience, especially the pools and different water activities. The room was always very clean and organized. I recommend this hotel, it’s next to the Hochschule Wismar, which is an advantage if you are studying or teaching there for a few days. Thanks.

Wonderful resort with all amenities and very friendly staff who speak English (big plus for us) everything is clean. We booked the rooms with a joint door in between so it was easier for the family and very convenient. Enough towels for everyone and access to the aqua park through the hotel was easy. Classic rooms, ours unfortunately had a dirty bathroom (hairs from the previous guest(s)), we sadly also didn't get the full briefing on the room (like free first round of drinks in the fridge and bathrobes for the sauna). Great mattress.

Like the Sauna, unfortunately Dampf sauna is under repair. Breakfast is good, but missing fish. The location is directly in market Square. Parking is 17euro per day not cheap. The service personnel are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in centre of town with gym and bar. Parking in their car park is at extra cost! But there is lots of free parking in town.

Located in the very center, good size room, public parking at the reasonable price at daytime, free at night nearby. One of the receptionists spoke perfect English, another - not a word :)

Ok Hotel outside Wismar. Good swimmingpool and sauna. Ok restaurant but food average.

The hotel itself is a bit abroad from Wismar. The rooms were tidy, the staff at the reception friendly. The breakfast buffet was diverse. Sweet pastry, English breakfast, graved salmon, cold cuts and an asortment of bread were available. It was a good choice if you don't mind staying NEAR Wismar instead of staying IN Wismar.

Rooms was fine, but smells weird. Pool/wellness was a joke and was naked sauna. Food was good and nice staffing. Price was great.

Excellent hotel. The room was large and modern. Everything was very clean. The staff were super nice. The hygiene rules were impeccable. The breakfast was very plentiful and the food in the bar and restaurant was very, very tasty. We had a good time there. We would love to go back.
