I'll start with what went less well: The noise insulation of the room was bad. We could hear the people in the next room talking, and we could clearly tell what TV channel they were watching. I'm guessing it was an elderly couple, as they woke up at 7am and would watch TV until the breakfast buffet started at 8am. Two nights in a row, that I didn't get a full nights sleep. A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. The was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm when we were there even with windows open. Breakfast buffet was good.

We stayed here over NYE. We were lucky enough to be staying in one of the studios, which, of course, is a little more expensive than the regular rooms. But well worth it. Nice lighting in the room, comfortable bed, spacious. We will certainly come again and now that we are spoilt, not taking the studio will be hard. Great restaurant with outdoor/garden seating area. Perfect to relax after a long day at the office. Bedrooms need some refresh because they look a bit dated. But the beds are comfy and area is quiet. The WiFi is very weak so don’t rely on it.

The room is old and the bed is really narrow, but the location is very good. You can see it as soon as you exit the train station. It is only 100 meters away from the train station, and the surrounding scenery is very good.

The rooms are excellent, but the breakfast is terrible. For €19, I expect at least a little effort. My impression is that they did everything so that they could say that they have breakfast, without bothering about the details of the taste, not to mention the arrangement.

We had a wonderful evening in the Gourmet Restaurant. The food was excellent, a good choice of wines and the service top. Definitely worth a visit. This charming hotel in the old town is ideally situated for visiting the highlights of Schwerin. A friendly staff, as well as underground parking for the car and bicycles.

For us the „Go to Place“ in Schwerin. Warm welcome, great staff and the rooms are all a bit different from each other in special in their own way. Comfort, fun, quality of food recording to price where super! We had a very nice stay with our little girl of 9 months. The only thing I can think of that we found odd was the difference in wine glasses since we where drinking the same wine.

Like the Sauna, unfortunately Dampf sauna is under repair. Breakfast is good, but missing fish. The location is directly in market Square. Parking is 17euro per day not cheap. The service personnel are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is a bit abroad from Wismar. The rooms were tidy, the staff at the reception friendly. The breakfast buffet was diverse. Sweet pastry, English breakfast, graved salmon, cold cuts and an asortment of bread were available. It was a good choice if you don't mind staying NEAR Wismar instead of staying IN Wismar.

Rooms was fine, but smells weird. Pool/wellness was a joke and was naked sauna. Food was good and nice staffing. Price was great.
