We just stayed there for one night. The service was very good, the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel is located in the middle of this beautiful old city, the staff was absolutely friendly. Great place to stay.

We couldn't have been handier for the Christmas market! Very central hotel. Spacious room, comfortable beds, great shower. Everything you need.

Located in the very center, good size room, public parking at the reasonable price at daytime, free at night nearby.

Hotel was just ok, nothing special. Seemed rather dated for a 4 star. Room was spacious but old furniture. Restaurant on site but overpriced and limited menu and also closed on Mondays. Location wad perfect. Private parking. Decent wifi. Dogs allowed. Recommend but it needs an upgrade and slightly more attentive staff. Breakfast not included.

Very good hotel, very friendly staff and good location. The only weak point is a very small parking lot and not many alternative options.

The rooms were clean, elegant, high-roofed and provided a perfect spot to work from in Wismar. The food was great, the service accommodating and professional, and everything made us feel like rich executives being pampered. But the thing is, we paid more for a budget option in town nearby where we had a the opposite experience. In other words, the value was unbelievably good. As in, we expected that we had missed something in our loose grasp of the German language, and that it might actually bankrupt us. But no. A month of staying in different kinds of guesthouses, hotels and hostels, and this was among the very best of our stays.

A great little hotel right in the centre of town. Reasonably priced with some nice free extras. The printed tourist info at breakfast specific for the day was a nice touch.

Got a large room with a big bathroom beside. Free WiFi included. Breakfast is good, a variety of bread, cheese, sauceges.
