Top top top quality ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for your energy and love at your house
The highlight of our stay was the family-run restaurant within the hotel. The father is the chef, the mother manages the service, and the daughter assists. As parents traveling with a baby, we appreciated that they immediately offered a high chair and greeted our child with smiles – such attentiveness is commendable.
In addition to the standard menu, which spans three pages and features excellent Italian dishes, there is also a daily menu with interesting options. I tried the tagliatelle with sage butter and grated truffle, which was outstanding – light and dynamic. My wife had the penne with veal liver from the regular menu, and it was impressive. Both the penne and tagliatelle were perfectly al dente. The liver was neither undercooked nor overdone but perfectly balanced and flavorful. Overall, the food was excellent and top-notch.
For dessert, we had crème brûlée, which was fantastic, accompanied by a garnish of kiwi, fresh local raspberries, and blackberries. Very well done.
I am writing this review from the balcony above the restaurant, where they kindly allowed me to take the essentials. Additionally, our baby, my wife, and I felt like we were visiting old friends rather than staying in an unfamiliar hotel. Thank you very much, and we highly recommend a visit.
