Was there for a business trip. Clean and functional room for a night, good variety at breakfast. Quiet location although in an industrial area, private parking lot.

It would not blow you of your feet but it is overall OK. Beds are a bit tiny, room is clean. You have to pay for everything you consume, prices are spicy. 4 EUR a 1 litre water bottle!!! Internet connection is poor and costs 15 Eur for 7 days.

Rooms were ok, basic, duvets weren't big enough for the beds and no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Continental breakfast was nice but they didn't replace items once they had run out. About a 15 minute walk from the centre which had some shops and nice restaurants & bars.

Great place for long stays. I've stayed there with 2 other people for a few nights, and the stay went smoothly and pleasantly. The apartment was wide and fully equipped, so we could stay in, cook, relax and enjoy the serene view of the yard. It's outside Heidelberg but only a few minutes by car, which was very convenient. All in all a positive experience

We have booked Leonardo Heidelberg hotel for a week and it was one of the best choices we've made in this trip!! The staff were very kind and helpful and helped with everything we needed! We came for a small vacation to this hotel,it’s a great and clean place,great atmosphere with amazing hospitality from the team the general manager I think is name Almar and the guy in the reception mozes gave as great time I really recommend.

Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Good value for money. Not too fancy and a little outdated, but everything is there, and it's clean. Location on a industrial zone, about 10 minutes to the city center by cab. Breakfast is perfect for this money.

I stayed at this hotel whilst visiting the Jim Clark Historics motor races at The Hockenheimring. The reception is efficient, the rooms clean and modern. Happy Stay We didn’t notice the reception is not 7/24, we checked email when we arrived and found the code for the room key. That’s okay. Easy to access. The room is clean and good for family. We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was understanding as we still had to learn German. It was tight with the 4 of us, 5 weeks in a row, but it was the only establishment allowing our cat to come along. The rooms were clean and modern. The coffee in the foyer was always welcome, and sometimes was accompanied with fresh croissants, bagels or rolls.

The hotel is bright and clean, and the location is excellent, with a supermarket right across the street. The front desk staff, Albone tti David, was especially helpful and patiently explained where to find local restaurants and how to easily get to the old town. This was a very pleasant stay! The rooms are large and has a little kitchen and Nespresso machine. Which was very convenient if you got something from the supermarket. I booked a suite here and I was upgraded for free to a suite with a balcony. I only booked this hotel because I had read online that the ac was functional and you could adjust it here by yourself which is true, but the AC/Klima does not work here. Super clean and convenient (5min walk to Heidelberg Central Station/10 min to flixbus boarding point)! Enjoyed the 3 nights.

Good for the railway. A trek on foot to Aldstadt but there is tram 22 at the bridge. If you have money and eat meat, have dinner at Heidi’s two blocks up. The main issue with the room was not working out how to operate the hobs or extractor after 15 minutes of trying. Thankfully I could use the microwave instead.

Location was great near the motorway, parking space available..... But no soap in the shower and Air conditioning system is not working properly in the room. To hot in summer time. What a great overnight stay we had, for an amazing price. It was super clean, very comfortable and the staff went beyond. We brought our dog and one of the lovely booking staff emailed to tell us about a small dog park nearby. Nice touch. Parking was a breeze.

The place is nice, with two tram. lines close that can bring you to the downtown. The room was good, with nice bed. The main problems were that the room was cleaned only once in two weeks (what is not very relevant for just one weekend). Before arriving make sure that they send you the entrance code and the number of the room. The codification system of the key was also anoying.

Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Located right next to the station, however not lit up at night so might be a bit harder to spot. The train station is about 30min by foot to the main attractions (old town, philosopher’s walk). Overall a no frills place to stay, good enough for a night.

This small studio apartment was a wonderful place just outside the action in Heidelberg, it gave a sense of living with the locals. The apartment was clean and spacious, it also had a great bathroom that was a great size.
