B&B Hotel Berlin-Airport

The hotel is clean, easy to find and provides a late check in with a computer. The rooms are also accessed via code so you do not need a card or key. The checkout therefore just means that you leave the room. The breakfast was great and had so many different things. The only aspect was that there were no scrambled or fried eggs. But the entire hotel and breakfast was clean and high quality.
It is a 10 minute drive from the airport, however there is also a Bus available with a bus stop fairly close to the entrance.

I had some issues with the check-in (code didn’t work at the front entrance leaving me left locked-out, but it did work at the room). The room itself was clean, organized, and new. It seems like it has just been painted so there was a bit of a smell upon entering. Close by the airport. Just need to take a bus or a taxi. Value for money is excellent.

Excellent quality hotel especially considering the price. A short drive to the terminal, smart, clean, with secure parking. Their online booking, payment, room allocation worked perfectly.
I have downloaded their app and will use this hotel chain again. X

Great Hotel, near the BER airport, fast and easy check in/check out. I was given ground floor room which was accessible, and very spacious, but it was directly on the street, however it is a very calm area and i had a good night sleep. Only recommendation is to offer slippers and bathroom amenities like tooth brush/tooth paste. 10/10 overall experience.

As the hotel is close to the airport, we assumed we would be exposed to lots of airport noises, but the room was calm enough to sleep tight.
The staff were so kind and helpful.
The WIFI connection was stable and fast.
The bathroom, the bed sheets, and the towels were clean.
We ordered breakfast while checking in and everything was great with it. I could enjoy a warm meal for breakfast such as fried egg or fresh and warm pancakes.
All in all, we had a great experience.

The hotel is super modern and the room was spotless. I got a fantastic sleep. The only drawback was that since they are renovating, the lift was not available until the third floor and it was kind of difficult to lift my suitcase. I recommend not to take a taxi from the airport: it was too expensive for just a 10-minute ride. Instead, take either the 263 or the 743 bus. There's a bus stop less than 5 minutes away from the hotel.

We had a good sleep before our early flight in this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
We only missed a vending machine for hot drinks because we had to get up very early and couldn't have breakfast. So, at least hot tea or coffee would be nice.
And another awkward thing, the receptionest looked like homeless and seemed drugged.

Great value for price! I enjoyed my stay, and the room was comfortable and perfect for an overnight by the airport. I enjoyed the virtual check in process, and the key code rather than a hotel key. Not needing to check out helped a lot in the morning.

I walked into this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Very pleasant woman in reception. A cozy room. The shower room of good design. A small yet functional table for a laptop. Fresh bed mattresses. (Everything was still new.)

The only drawback is weak breakfast selection, but even there I found a good brand’s Oatly oat milk!

Five stars, assuming the price is kept in 100€ - 130€ range.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Good value for the money and with a nice view. The hotel is located in an under-construction remote shopping/office site. This means there's currently no commercial activity nearby. Also, even though it's advertised as an airport hotel, there's no shuttle bus to get there even though it's very close to BER. There is no receptionist in the middle of the day, so you check yourself in at a kiosk and get a room number/door code. This can be confusing, and I saw a couple guests almost give up at the kiosk. The only food/drink is from vending machines and an optional buffet breakfast. You order meals from a couple restaurants nearby. More information on all this in the booking confirmation - and better self-check-in instructions - would go a long way.

The cost of a 5-minute taxi from the airport was strangely high, and better instructions and prior notice on the self check-in process would have been helpful.
