We stayed here a couple of times, even as it was still Swiss Hotel.

We booked a day spa package. There was no pool or hot tub which I find odd for a spa. The place itself was pretty and relaxing. We got massages and facials.
The massage felt like the woman had never massaged a person in her life before, but she had good intentions.
The facials were advertised as optimized for your skin but no skin analysis was made, not a single question asked, but the products were very good, so I'd say the facial was acceptable as a spa treatment.
Afterwards, we got hunted down on the sofa by the staff to pay immediately and not when we'd be ready to leave which left a weird feeling.
Won't return, but not the worst place out there.

It's a quite nice place to be. Very modern but in a nice way. It's a good base for starting day tours around Dresden. In the evening It's perfect to enjoy this beautiful city center and it's big selection of restaurants.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel from the outside, corresponding to the beautiful city center.
Parking and subsequent check-In was quite uncomplicated and the staff were very welcoming.
The room was just perfect, the bathroom being integrated openly into it.
Included in the price is a mini-bar that‘s being filled up daily. It was quite nice to get back and just pop open a coke or a beer to relax.
The only down side was, as in many other hotels, the carpet floor in the room, which obviously shows signs of it‘s age.
A hard flooring would be much more welcomed.
Breakfast didn‘t disappoint either, with a variety of tasty options.
The hotel also offers dinner and bar options, I did not use those though.

Arrived for a 2 night stay. The parking house "under" the hotel was super hard to find. There was no hot water in the shower and no bags for the laundry PLUS laundry service totally overpriced. The room was not cleaned till 14:30 and I needed to call and requesting that hours keep comes to clean the room. We upgraded for 30€ per night and had a decent room even though with shower and toilette plus sink open towards the bedroom. Location is superb and its very convenient.

Hotel is nice, clean en staff is friendly.
However the climat control system in the room is beyond logic. Cold air seems the only option.It keeps blowing cold air when room temp set at 30 degrees
Solution? Switch it off and open a window I hear?
That would be a great idea if the street "artists" wouldnt sing there amplified pop classics non stop in front of the hotel.

An old fasion hotel very good location in the center the staff is friendly the rooms are A little weird with the sink in the middel of the room.

Horrible decor. Paper falling off the walls. Terrible odor on the room. Had to keep the windows open. Toilet was stained and had hair on it. Toilet and shower is open to the room, so no privacy from noise or smells. Annoying church bells so loud every 10-15 minutes all day and night. Staff knocked on the door and entered even though I put the "don't disturb" sign on. This hotel is very overpriced and low quality. I wanted to leave early.

Can't fault anything here, the location, service, facilities and room were superb, and the price was reasonable given the quality. Best of all, the coffee machine in the room was a decent Krupps and ready to use!
