Loved it overall. Squeaky clean rooms (and hotel as a whole). Has elevator and wheelchair access. Great food in a restaurant. The only sore point would be tiny and outdated bathroom. Still, nice package overall.

We choose this hotel because of it's spa services and that it was directly on the beach. The reception area is light and modern. The staff are friendly but speak mainly German but do their best to speak English. The rooms are big enough and are clean and light. The beds are very comfortable. The spa facilities are very good and very welcoming after a long and cold walk on the beach.

4 star ? Should be reevaluated . No dinner after 20:00 hrs , no room service, 250 euro per night without the possibility to open a window. Not even a 2star

The staff is very friendly albeit sometimes a bit confused and not everyone speaks English. The facilities is however very nice with big rooms, cozy spa and a very nice lobby. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and was very happy during the stay. The spot gets one star less just because I half of the hotel has a view of the parking spot. Not the worse but it’s good to know when you are booking.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The standard rooms are fine and very clean. The lobby bar was cozy with a nice fireplace, quite areas with nice furniture and fair bar prices. The breakfast was excellent, and the half board dinner was delicious and fair priced. The wellness area was just perfect, small but with a good variety of saunas.

We really enjoyed the cosy lounge with bar - the span area is very well kept and super clean. We stayed during winter, but the out door pool looked so amazing. Beautiful with views to the pine forest. we will definitely come back

the check-in took ages. only one guy is working the reception was very slow and he even pulled another guest first despite we were waiting longer. they have no real decency you would expect from a 5-star hotel. if more people are needed to check-in, even the local supermarket can easily open another checkout. expect no help with your luggage whatsoever. they claim to be a 5-star hotel which is weird...

Service is good but the room was far too expensive for what you get. €250 for one night for a first floor (supposed) see view was extortionate, to say the least. Update, to your response: As stated, it was on the 1st floor, so there was hardly a sea view and for a heafty price of €250 was far too expensive. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book a first floor "see view" tiny room for that price.

Nice rooms, good room service, great breakfast (really *chefs kiss*), dog friendly. The free Yoga sessions are led by a very kind and passionate woman who knows her stuff. The spa itself is an independent building for which you get reduced prices as well as a direct access but is is not included and I think the website is very lightly misleading in the ‘Dünentherme’s imagery as it is also just a pool...

It was easy to reach from the train station; staff was friendly and helpful; room was spacious and comfortable. It was great that the Strandgut is connected to the Therme

I loved my stay at the resort. Staying there allows one to use some facilities at St. Peter Ording for free or at reduced prices. My highlight is the in-house restaurant called Deichkind. Try their kikok- chicken with salad and sweet potato fries and thank me later

My wife, our kid and I were invited by grandpa to a day in St. Peter Ording, and stayed at this hotel. The tattoed lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful throughout. Even helped me with my migraine. Thank you very much 🙂

We loved this place! Easy checking in and out. The staff is very friendly and costumer oriented. The rooms and the property were very clean. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast. Only a few walking min from the beach. Conveniently next door you rent a bike for the day. Walking distance to restaurants for gourmet meals!

Very nice hotel, about 5-8 minutes walk from the town center. Very friendly and guest-oriented staff, always helpful and courteous. Small but excellent breakfast buffet. As a summary from me, who actually didn't want to go to the North Sea, I'll definitely be back and that's not least due to this hotel, I felt very, very comfortable!!!!

You feel welcome from the moment you enter. Everybody greats you and do their best to help you. Situated close to the busy beach center but fare enough away to be quiet. The pool is so nice. And the breakfast is awesome. A hotel we remember and wants to go back to.

With a 10 minute walk to the big spa, very nice staff and a lovely room (junior suite) this was the perfect way for us to stay for a romantic weekend. There is no elevator.

Very friendly welcome. I was personally led into the breakfast room and the room and instructed in the procedures. Spacious room with WiFi, TV and radio and spacious bathroom with two sinks, tub and shower. The breakfast was very rich and was supplemented with egg dishes on request. We immediately felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable in the house. The hotel is definitely recommended.

We were welcomed in a very nice and humorous way. The room was huge and we didn't want anything. Our dogs were also welcome! Unfortunately we had to find out that the hotel is changing hands, but if it continues to run just as well, we'd be happy to come back.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und mit Wurst, Käse und Marmelade war für jeden etwas dabei. Alles andere kann man sich dazu bestellen für einen kleinen Aufpreis. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, alles ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen Vorraum mit eigener Terrasse und ein großes Bad. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A wonderful hideaway! We spent a full week with our 20 months old boy and had a great time at the zweite Heimat. The weather was truly nordfriesisch with daily weather changes. Kids-friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The Esszimmer Restaurant serves high quality food with a local twist.

The hotel is beautifully decorated until the last detail. Good location, you can get to the beach just by walking and there is a small supermarket just next door. Very nice and friendly staff and the breakfast was just awesome. We also had dinner in the terrasse which I would recommend as well.

The room was clean, but to much furniture, shower was small , had no place to put your soap or shampoo because. saop dish was broken, shower hose was ripped they have been that way for a long time. This was not a comfort room.

Were eating at the Asian. My husband had duck eight delights which was very good. I had baked rice with chicken, tasted delicious but didn't suit me at all. Then had stomach problems for four hours, which is due to my bypass and not the rice.

ATTENTION: Breakfast can only be consumed at defined time slots that have to be registered the evening before. Unfortunately, we had caught 7: 30-8: 30 ... Nice quaint hotel. I have to say that the person / people who run the hotel can be a bit overwhelmed. I wasn't happy with the breakfast arrangement between 7.30am and 8.30am, but they allowed us to have breakfast in our own room the next day. Here you can spend your vacation in a pleasant way. The location of the hotel is very quiet but still central. The room was bright and very clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast delicious. Booked at short notice as a stopover because we had to bridge a night. Everything fine, nice staff, clean, tasteful, although not expensively furnished rooms, which can't be expected at all for the price. Good things don't always have to be expensive! Very good, lovingly prepared breakfast. Definitely a place to come back to.

Staff super nice and friendly. room quite nice. It's nice that it's an adult-only hotel and only has about 13 rooms. You can rent a sauna room by room, but it costs EUR 30 for 2 people for 2 hours, not exactly cheap. We didn't like the breakfast that much. The coffee was almost cold, so we ordered a new one, which was fine. The egg was cold and hard. We didn't find the selection of sausages that good...

We were from 26.12. until 30.12. as a guest at the favorite place in Sankt Peter. We stayed in room 23. Modern decor, clean and a special highlight was the super comfortable & very comfortable double bed. We slept perfectly. Almost better than at home!!! We didn't book breakfast. The two ladies from the reception are just as positively remembered. The welcome was more than warm. We had the feeling...

Unfortunately, I missed a small chest of drawers for small things. There were only open closets and a very small shelf by the bed. And who hung the pictures? Rooms look modern, but when you take a closer look they are rather unprofessional/carelessly renovated (new wallpaper is only glued to easily accessible places, sockets/covers are not fully incorporated). As the title says, we are more than happy to stay at Strandgut Resort. Every time we are there, we feel like part of the Strandgut family. From our experience, I can say that every wish you have is fulfilled very quickly. Miracles are not possible, but it is close.

It is a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Situated at the beach and in the middle of a small village center, perfect! Travelling with a dog was very easy and comfortable. From dog basket over dog bowl to dog snacks, everything was very well organized.

Our second trip to the resort was even better than the first. Convenience and culinary flare. Wonderful meal choices. The vegan options are delicious — even for meat-eaters. The hotel is extremely dog-friendly, but there are floors which are pet-free!

There were two of us in the Bude for a few days. The location of the hotel is just great, right in the bathroom and all the shops right around the corner. The rooms are very nice and modern and the staff is very friendly. Parking right in front of the door and a small but fine breakfast. We will definitely be back

Very nice hotel and location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very friendly staff and generous breakfast buffet. I take away one star because of noise. Our room faced the beach and the restaurant next door. We could hear noise from their kitchen which kept us up later than we wanted to be. Next time we will ask for a room on the other side. I also hate when hotels have windows from the bedroom...
