A great hotel. We felt very comfortable. We would be warmly welcomed and welcomed. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room in the morning and left nothing to be desired. We'll be back.

The first impression from outside, very pretty and well maintained, as well as in the entrance.
The first surprise, it's only a continental breakfast for a breakfast price of 24€. Since I'm not allowed to eat rolls etc. for health reasons, I asked for egg dishes and no rolls, as eggs are cheaper anyway. Answer: Eggs are more work, I have to book them separately, they would come to an agreement (of course we didn't). Swapping the continent. Breakfast on the Irish breakfast, costs €5, it was mentioned as if you were “exchanging” it. The rolls are over-baked and not the best. The omelette left me speechless on the last day, people all over the world know what an omelette is, but not here (see photo)
We were horrified and disappointed every morning. The breakfast table is much too small.
We had enough space in the bedroom, but the closet is very small for a holiday region, the door doesn't close because the hangers are too big for this closet.
The sofa is small and sufficient for two slim women, but questionable for overweight people.
There are metal chairs and a table outside, but there are no seat cushions. Even if it's warm outside, you don't want to sit on rusty, cold chairs.
We were disappointed!

Great hotel in a really good and quiet location. Very nice hosts who even bring breakfast directly to your room. We felt very comfortable and welcome and were able to get great tips for excursions and restaurants.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und mit Wurst, Käse und Marmelade war für jeden etwas dabei. Alles andere kann man sich dazu bestellen für einen kleinen Aufpreis. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, alles ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen Vorraum mit eigener Terrasse und ein großes Bad. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

schöne Lage, sympathische Leitung, Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, separates Schlafzimmer, dadurch kein Kühlschrankgeräusch, Parkplatz vorm Haus, man ist schnell am Meer

Really great hotel. Freshly renovated from top down in 2018 it has 8 small suites. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Ours even had a terrace. Bathroom had premium furniture and a nice rain shower. Special service: Breakfast is delivered as room service at the time of your convenience. Nice selections of breads, jams, cheeses, egg of your choice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and/or juice. Just preorder the day before. The two owners operate the hotel themselves. Easily approachable. Nice folks, friedly and ready to help you. Free parking on premise possible for guests which is neat as you can walk to the touristic center of St. Peter-Ording Bad in less than 5 minutes.

Nice concept. Carefully implemented. Breakfast on the tray you can have breakfast comfortably in your room. This is perfect for us. Blessing room

Spending a holiday at the Hotel Tweed in St Peter Ording is like coming home. With that certain something that doesn't exist at home. The welcome is warm, the accommodation cozy, just a little oasis of well-being. You sleep wonderfully well in the large box spring bed, and the bathroom is generously equipped. The suites are each designed according to an Irish-Nordic concept, and everything we've seen there so far is inviting and cozy. The "Croagh Patrick" suite was available to us on our first visit. Fantastically beautiful. Then it was closed at the times we wanted because of the pandemic. Nobody can do anything for that. This time we stayed in the "Gentle Bliss" suite, a fine choice.
We are "repeat offenders" and will remain so. For breakfast you can choose between savory, sweet or British porridge every day. Everything is lovingly served at the desired breakfast time, with us nothing to be desired. It is only a few minutes' walk to the center of SPO and the beach is within easy walking distance.
So, dear SPO holidaymakers, this hotel always deserves to be well attended. We love to come back - home, so to speak.
