This newly renovated maisonette apartment is on the 1st floor of a small apartment house in a quiet location in the Bad district on the outskirts of St.Peter-Ording. You can feel immediately that attention was paid to detail and you get a feeling of comfort. The view from the balcony over the wide marshland invites you to linger. Here you lock out the hustle and bustle. From here you can take wonderful walks in all parts of St.Peter-Ording. Although the apartment is on the outskirts, it is still absolutely central. Experience Germany's only seaside resort with its own sulfur spring. The elongated holiday resort consists of four districts, the most beautiful of which is the old St. Peter village. Here the old brick church inspires next to many thatched Frisian houses. Each district has its own bathing beach with a restaurant on stilts. The west coast park offers variety for the whole family with a petting zoo and a unique sealarium. The little guests are also taken care of in the playhouse 5 days a week: The playhouse is a children's paradise with bouncy castles, a ball pool and lots of toys. Joint games, handicrafts or baking afternoons are offered. But clowns, children's songwriters, puppet theater, storytellers and magicians are often guests and provide lots of fun

The first surprise, it's only a continental breakfast for a breakfast price of 24€. Since I'm not allowed to eat rolls etc. for health reasons, I asked for egg dishes and no rolls, as eggs are cheaper anyway. Answer: Eggs are more work, I have to book them separately, they would come to an agreement (of course we didn't). Swapping the continent. Breakfast on the Irish breakfast, costs €5, it was mentioned as if you were “exchanging” it. The rolls are over-baked and not the best. The omelette left me speechless on the last day, people all over the world know what an omelette is, but not here (see photo)
We were horrified and disappointed every morning. The breakfast table is much too small.
We had enough space in the bedroom, but the closet is very small for a holiday region, the door doesn't close because the hangers are too big for this closet.
The sofa is small and sufficient for two slim women, but questionable for overweight people.
There are metal chairs and a table outside, but there are no seat cushions. Even if it's warm outside, you don't want to sit on rusty, cold chairs.
We were disappointed!
Clean, bright and cheerfully furnished rooms in an Irish style.

Nice people and very helpful gladly again
We are "repeat offenders" and will remain so. For breakfast you can choose between savory, sweet or British porridge every day. Everything is lovingly served at the desired breakfast time, with us nothing to be desired. It is only a few minutes' walk to the center of SPO and the beach is within easy walking distance.
So, dear SPO holidaymakers, this hotel always deserves to be well attended. We love to come back - home, so to speak.
