Where to stay in Straubing

Rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean. Food and service in the restaurant is first rate. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Front desk staff is AMAZING and super helpful! No complaints whatsoever!! Highly recommend.

Stayed 2 days for business and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was above my expectations. A good place to stay in Straubing.

Straubing pass by A last minute Hotel reservation, as we were traveling through the region, worked out really well for us.

we have been going to the ASAM for many years now and have never been disappointed. Rooms are spacious and always very clean. Comfortable beds give a really restful sleep. The hotel is a 20minute walk to the town square but the staff can organise a taxi for those with mobility issues. The food including breakfast is excellent and the beer is always cold and tasty. Overall this is an excellent place...

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. The place it is beautiful and very quite. The restaurant is very pretty with nice food. It is a nice place to stay for a business trip. Also it is close to the center of the city.

Totally worried the money the effort and all! The experience was amazing! Loved it all! Both me and my husband! The spa area also was fantastic, many options, super clean and gave you the opportunity to relax on another level!

Worth repeating. Nice hotel with a good restaurant. Due to renovations, the floors were occasionally dirty. Otherwise, a good experience there.

Too many stairs to invalids, needs more elevaters.

The directions to third floor rooms was rather confusing at first. You could not take the elevator to the ground floor after normal operating hours. Breakfast was great.

I just stayed for one night and enjoyed the hotel and accompanying restaurant. It's not far from the center of town. I had a single room which was nice but on the smallish side so I probably should have booked a double. The bed though was so comfortable!

Great service at this hotel! They recommended the beer garden next door which was great and offered to call us a cab to the train station when we left. Clean rooms and great service!

Very lovely and nice hotel. The breakfast was amazing. A very good variety from. Cheese, drinks, tea, coffee, cereals, eggs, bread and etc. The room were spacious and clean. Enough area to put your stuff in. The staff is very friendly. I didn't give the 5 stars because of the louder surrounding especially at night. We were here for one night as we visited for a Culinary Event, the "Everyone" in straßkirchen. Rooms are newly renovated, clean, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Despite location to the main road, didn't noticed much. The staff is very friendly! The Breakfast buffet is small but fine! Very good rolls from the best Baker in Bavaria: Steinleitner! We have already booked again.

The stay was outstanding, and the staff exquisite friendly and courteous... The rooms are very modern, and well furnished!

I had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the decor was lovely. The owners and the managers are very friendly. It's also very centrally located and makes for a pleasant stay in Straubing.

Beautiful hotel that’s been fully remodeled. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Right in the center of town. A little more $$ than the place next door but the service and space were luxurious and worth it. Staff are attentive and helpful as well with questions.

We had reservations at another hotel..4 Star.won’t mention their name . There,.. Well the elevator didn’t work the room was tiny not to mention the shower.. and it was difficult to find parking! My husband was miserable because the nights were hot in may.. no A/C. My sister, who lives in Straubing began contacting my nephew who put together a list and so began the search for another hotel.. during...

Very nice, traditional, Bavarian hotel. Run by a family since four generations. Located in the heart of Straubing you have everything in walking distance, and with the parking possibilities on the premises you can easily get by with your automobile. Very quiet, directly at the train station, wallbox, easy check-in (without staff), croissants and coffee for breakfast

Great accommodation and amenities. A train station is currently being built right next to the hotel. The only criticism was the ants that were coming out of the bottom of the door panel and gathering in the room.

Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the double room had two 90cm beds. Check-in was possible at any time using the automated check-in machine, which was cool, and parking with a charging station was free.

Clean and comfortable stay. Nice bedding. Spacious parking. Easy check-in/check-out. Good value for the money.

What a wonderful place to stay over. Friendly, helpful staff - and probably the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Situated in a very quiet, almost farm-like setting. It is very basic but one has everything that one would need. I can definitely recommend it!

Very nice reception. Very nice attentive staff but not Intrusive. The boss has a lot of interesting travel tips and nice stories. Breakfast is completely sufficient and something for everyone. Everything was clean. Always worth a visit.

Friendly staff, uncomplicated E-Mail contact and quick response and booking confirmation. Clean room and bathroom, not luxurious but good Standard. Restaurant makes a good impression, and I have taken only the Breakfast there, this was very good. Distance to the pedestrian area, only 5min walk.

I come from Bad Griesbach and stayed at the Gasthof Falter for a week because my husband was in the Straubing hospital and his tonsils were removed. Rooms and food top notch, super nice innkeeper. Can you recommend. Always happy to come back.

As a tourist from Denmark i find the food in the restaurant really delicious and would very likeky recommend it.

Comfortable and clean rooms on the first floor. Excellent food. 10/10 for hospitality and friendliness. Would certainly recommend this place.

Wonderful host, beautiful region, perfect for a "writing retreat", wellness or hiking. We enjoyed the stay and particularly the hot tub and sauna were nice additions to make our stay exceptional.

A very well-kept B & B breakfast hotel with a very attractive interior. The house is located in a quiet area in a beautiful garden. Breakfast is wonderful. The hosts are very friendly and lovable.
