Vienna House Easy by Wyndham

When we arrived we asked if we could start the check in process, fully understanding that our room probably wasn't ready, but we still could have paid and filled out paperwork. The receptionist quickly responded with, "check in isn't until 3pm." I asked if there was anything we could do to get it started and was told no to come back at 3pm. Then when we came back and we got in our room, which was the family room, the pull out couches were not made up for either of the 2 rooms I paid for. When they finally came to make up the bed they didn't have sheets to fit it. Why you have a bed without the proper sheets in a 4 star hotel is beyond me. Also, the bathroom ceiling had mold growing on it. And the wifi was terrible in both rooms; great in the hallway but terrible in the room. AC was not very cold at all in the rooms.

I've stayed in hotels with less stars and received better service than this. Thankfully we were only there 1 night. I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel ended up with 4 stars. I won't be returning and will advice others on my experience here as well.
