Train station / bus stop and 2 supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. We relaxed wonderfully for 6 days, thank you very much!

I found this Hotel fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Before you can ask things are taken care of. I would come back anytime and have recommended it to my family and friends. Super clean and it provides a fabulous breakfast.

We only had breakfast there and ate once warm from the evening menu. Breakfast menu perfectly adequate and varied. Partly with delicious regional sausages. The dishes (had pikeperch fillet fried on the skin, excellent matjestartar as a starter) were of a high standard, both in terms of preparation and presentation (you should definitely try the seasoned meat). Attentive service and a very good price...

A very clean hotel. Very nice staff. I would love to come back :) It was rather negative that the showers are bad, because unfortunately everything in the room gets wet (despite the curtain). That is of course annoying. For me the choice of breakfast was too little. One could offer a little more food.

Everything was fine! Breakfast great, room very clean, beds perfect. Staff at reception & breakfast room very nice! The only weak points, packed lunch could be better & the apartment smelled musty. We'd love to come back!

Food and accommodation with breakfast were really good. The team is very friendly and accommodating. The location between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser is perfect, you can get over the main road, especially since you know that when you book. An additional night before the official booking was possible without any problems.

Food is okay. Many dishes with fried potatoes. For young people maybe a little more pep is missing. The service was friendly and quick.

The ambience is a bit antiquated, but the food is good value for money. We had Baltic cod, very tasty. Service nice, family business.

Nice, but a bit old hotel complex. Apartment was functional. The breakfast could not be offered in the form of a buffet and we had to choose our breakfast the day before. Unfortunately only baked rolls and partly very dry bread. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Friendly welcome, spacious rooms. Short ways to the beach. Sufficient breakfast even under Corona. The only drawback, the lack of WiFi. Otherwise we'd love to come back.

This was the second time we were guests in Haus Usedom. The reservation by phone and email was friendly and professional and the reception on arrival was also very friendly and you also take time for questions. Despite Corona 😷 we have great accommodation, unfortunately breakfast is served in the other house (hotel), without any stumbling blocks we get our ordered breakfast punctually at the specified time, so give it 5 out of 5 stars

Nice staff, very friendly and courteous to the guests. Lunch menu clearly laid out but highly recommended in terms of taste. Due to the general lack of staff, the kitchen closes early, but one can easily prepare for it.

We enjoyed very tasty cakes. Very friendly staff. Recommended and not as crowded as the gastronomy of the imperial baths. We can recommend it with a clear conscience. However, we don't know the rooms.

Nice hotel in a quiet location and only 300m from the beach. Clean, large rooms, large bathroom. We had booked the comfort room. The breakfast is good, something for everyone. We always ate out because the restaurant is unfortunately only open until 5 p.m. The staff is very friendly and all requests were met immediately! We were very satisfied !

Great apartment, very well equipped. We stayed for a week in autumn, loved the fireplace and sauna. For children you can order children's equipment. You can also order breakfast, but we did not have it. There is also a playground and a small pool on the premises.

We actually booked an apartment with a fireplace. However, this was not possible to obtain. As compensation we received an upgrade with a sauna and whirlpool. Everything you needed to feel comfortable was there. We can't understand the bad reviews every now and then. Huge terrace with a beach chair, very well-equipped kitchen (a lighter and candles, as well as a bottle opener, would be nice). But that...

Highly recommended. The apartment offers enough space and is well equipped. The hit is your own sauna. The swimming pool on site is also ideal for children to run around in. The leisure options are good. The small café where you can get a hearty breakfast is great. This is an advantage, especially on the day of departure. Nice staff We were completely satisfied.

We're here for the 2nd time in a row and we're going on a dog vacation in November. Everything is very unproblematic and we love it here. I really like to come here! Breakfast is all great and rooms are also great. There's nothing to complain about.

Hotel was ok ,time was stop in 2000,,tv was only Germain,no English , France,even Polish Chanel ,when Germain guest arrived in Poland,they expect Germain TV ,but in Germany was only German ,no international Chanel pls think about this,room was clean,spa no bussy on this time ,wellness was super ,only big problem is naked people in spa ,it's illegal ,hotel supposed to inform guest,also in the season...

It was a worthwhile stay. The rooms are neat , have a little mini bar and modern bathroom. The walk to the beach is not long. The food was the absolute best. We ate from the restaurant every day and they just had amazing Dinner options and tasty! The swimming pool is huge and they have a Sauna too.

OK room: clean&cosy, equipped with a kettle and a fridge/minibar. Friendly staff. However, at this price, I would expect the rooms to have air conditioning - in the heat of summer, opening the window hardly cuts it.

We didnt stay here but ate at the restaurant. Pricey but very tasty and good portions. Both my wife and I had the house fish dish (3 different fresh local fish with fried potatoes). Very tasty. Our children ate from the childrens menu. They were very accomodating to our fussy little one. Both thorougly enjoyed their meals. Friendly staff and quick service.

Nothing to complain. Level of service and professionalism of Hanse Kogge Team in all areas ( Front Desk, Breakfast, Room Service, … ) to be rated outstanding. Travelling a lot this was more a five star stay from service level perspective. Hanse Kogge has a great team in place!

What an amazing restaurant. We had the meat platter for two and a couple of sides. It was more than enough for the four of us and was in every way delicious and well prepared. The service was attentive, efficient and delightful. The decorations in the restaurant are amazing and fit the theme of the hotel, spa and restaurant. We hope to come back soon and recommend you do the same.

We booked a junior suite and they upgraded us to give us more comfort to a suite with separate children accommodation in bunk beds for them. They loved it as well as the little presents they received. The bistrot area has a nice terrasse and sea view. Very reposing stay.

Most of the visitors of the place are returning clients, which gives it very special German atmosphere. Nice beach around, spacious spa with nice view. Though a bit old. Spa resting room could have had a bit more comfort, especially in Sauna area. Quite nice hotel overall.

The location is good and the staff is polite and helpful! The technical condition of the rooms needs to be checked and some things need to be renewed! Waiting times for breakfast of 15 minutes are not acceptable! The breakfast menu itself is plentiful and sufficient!

Nice hotel near the beach with cozy rooms. Unfortunately, there are organizational restrictions due to the flu requirements. Such as waiting times at breakfast, reducing the size of the dining area through the distance regulation. The breakfast buffet was very attractive.

Were here from November 12th to November 14th, 21st. The rooms are nicely decorated and modern. Breakfast is plentiful and we didn't miss anything. Swimming pool was enough for a couple of puffs. The service was always friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back.

Off season, so the restaurant is empty. But the Zanderfilet, which they allowed me to have with broccoli and grilled salad side without question, was absolutely delicious. It didn't LOOK especially great on the platter but would come back for the taste and for the great ocean view.

I was there with a friend in August and everything was fine, the accommodation was modern and clean, the location in the first row with a short walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, special requests were promptly fulfilled and the breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea was unique. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We would love to come back.

Very nice hotel, very clean and tidy. The beach is only a stone's throw away from the main entrance, not far from the pier. The staff is friendly without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. A star trigger only for the very narrow access to the shower, because you have to pull in your stomach 😉

The breakfast was fine, what I don’t like, is, that every guest just got only one cappuccino each for breakfast…. I find that pretty narrow minded and this would be for me a reason not to book this hotel again!!!

I am not a connoisseur of star cuisine. But what we could enjoy today was simply the best we have ever been served. In addition, there is a super friendly service. You should definitely visit this place during your stay here. Meals are freshly prepared in front of the guests. We got full marks in all areas.

I felt good all around! I was spontaneously in the hotel for only 24 hours to escape the big city and take a little break on the beach. From our room you had a great view of the sea. The beds were great. The bathroom was a bit small, but that didn't really matter. We booked a parking space in advance, which is strongly advised (about 300m from the hotel on a meadow).

Our rating refers to the restaurant: A really great kitchen awaits you here! The food is definitely worth repeat visits. At this point, big compliments to the kitchen team. And the best thing of all is the host. Hospitality is very important! Not posed, but honest and sincere. A relaxed evening with delicious food is also fun!

We ate at the restaurant in October. The chef/ service was world class, warm, honest and fast. Requests made when ordering were taken care of. The food is fantastic, especially the zander fillet and the trout with fried potatoes are highly recommended. We will eat at the restaurant again on our next visit to the island. Thanks very much!

Nice resort in an excellent location, 15 mins walk to the sea. The buffet breakfast was great with a lot of options. The Deluxe Double Room we stayed in was quiet, we had a peaceful time.

I spent a weekend with some friends at Bansin, mostly for hiking. The Hotel consist of several separate buildings situated in a park- like surrounding. We stayed in one of the new buidings. I can confirm that even the single rooms are nicely furnished and decorated, and of a reasonable size. Queensize beds. It´s a ten minutes walk from the train station to the hotel, and another ten minutes distance...
