Nice place, family drive business : rooms are completely renewed and quite practical. Good breakfast. Ulm downtown not too far away. Excellent choice for staying in Ulm.

Very clean, friendly staff, the sheets smelled fresh and clean. Great breakfast too. The only thing they didn’t have was a kettle and a small fridge but asked for hot water and they gave us for free. So helpful!

I dit get a single room like I had booked. It came with shower and toilet. There was a wardrobe in the room as well as a desk, but no fridge and no safe.

The decor of the rooms is outdated. To assess the hallways, was to have been here in advance of a retirement home, as there are in every room of red lights next to the room doors. The bathroom has been renovated. The bed, however, is inconvenient to disastrous, part of a meadow and it squeaks... The room size is OK. The noise is disturbing. The next room-noise, you can hear the street noise.
The Breakfast and the food in the Restaurant performs, however, better, very solid, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Very old room furniture. Very noisy. TV very small and to the middle ages. Duvet rather badly.

According to some of the Hotels I had already tried in Ulm, Germany, was recommended to me at some point of our former site Manager of this Hotel, which we/I ever since, if a room is free. Through the renovation, the Hotel pleases me also better. The kitchen and the chips (according to my will always be a pepper Schnitzel) is a very tasty and cozy it is in here and the staff friendly.
