Hotel opened in 1971, renovated in 2009. In this mini-hotel 72 rooms, 6 floors.

After 12 hours of driving we checked in at 21:00. We asked to book a table for 2, they said they were fully booked, any other restaurant I've been to, they always managed to squeeze a table for 2. I tried to order some food on just eat but there was about 1 hour waiting. We arrived in the room and it was set up for one, had to go back down to reception, collect linen and pillow and set up my own bed.
The hotel is new and very beautiful, however the customer service is very poor.

The hotel put us in the basement. We reached the hotel late as our train was delayed. Initially had a tough time to get inside the hotel as everything was locked. Managed to call the staff and get the keycard from a safe kept outside the hotel. Our rooms were very cold all night even with the heaters on. The room heated up only the next morning when it was time to leave. Our rooms were next to the public toilets in the hotel, so some people who were drunk from the hotel bar, tried to barge in forcefully late at night with a lot of noise. So much so, that our 4 year old got scared and started crying. Bad judgment on the hotels part to put a family with kids on the basement floor where the public restrooms are located. We spent only the night at the hotel. But, the experience was very frightening. Worst part of it, no hotel staff present to even complain.

Very bad experience. The room smells like windows haven’t been opened in years. If you open them, you’ll see a nice collection of spider nets. If you don’t, you’ll have your private sauna in the room for there’s no air conditioning. Quite poor breakfast. 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was friendly and professional.

Bad experience. Unfriendly receptionist. No air conditioning in this burning atmosphere in summer on the highest floor. The lift is not available. Will never come again

Friendly service, good food and comfortable beds. Rooms need a bit of a renovation.

Hotel is located outside the city hard to reach with public transport, rooms are too small, I did not even find space to open my luggage properly, rooms have no AC, they did not have glutenfree bred the first morning at breakfast even when I managed at checkin, two of us located at the same side had issues with the stability of the wifi, the real positive thing is their KLAFS sauna which is real good and friendly staff otherwise overpriced for performance

I have stayed in the middle of a city for a much cheaper price, bigger bed and bigger room than this loud and burning room with a very disappointing service.
We were shocked when entering the room, since it was small, and only prepared for one person. At first we tought there is some mistake with the booking, but nope. They insist that it is the right room, and they will bring the second set of bedding.
But no one did come and brought anything. We had to get the bedding ourselves when we came back to the hotel at 11:30 PM.
No wonder this hotel only has 4 stars, which is too generous, in my opinion: a small bed for two (only 140x200), very loud at night since it is located very near to the street, also NO air conditioning! It was sommer and we stayed at the topmost floor (5th).
Don't know how they get this 4 star rating, just one thing for sure, I wont come stay here again.

How can a modern hotel with 4 star rating Not have aircond nor circulating air in rooms???
Service was disappointing, called the reception to ask for a fan and was promised to return call, no call came, and I tried ringing the reception desk over the phone, no one answered the phone for the past 2 hours!
Finally came down to confront the reception, was told no fan is available, and only then offer to change my room to a "cooler" room, which was next to the road.
Can't blame the staffs, they are doing what they can despite being understaffed, at least the front desk manager was understanding and apologetic and is trying to make an uncomfortable situation comfortable.

The 2 person rooms were very small. The service and dining were both very good. The location was not great, sits alone outside the city, not walking distance to any pubs or restaurants, and check-in is after 1600hrs.
