Not as described. Don’t go by the photos. The rooms are extremely small. We had the double twin room & in the photos there was distance between the two beds. When we arrived there was no distance between beds & they were together, making a queen. The staff was for the most part accommodating, except one extremely rude & insulting lady at the front desk. I personally, would not return to this hotel in the future.

the room was great. Extremely clean. Loved that both parking and breakfast were free. the breakfast was amazing. best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. I was stunned when I walked into the breakfast area. white linen table cloths. silverware etc. Food selection was outstanding, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, bread. I would love to visit and stay there again.

Hotel without AC in all rooms is nowadays totally unacceptable especially during these very hot periods. Not even mosquito nets are installed at the windows that one could open the windows during the night to get a bit colder air. Never again.

I was a guest in the spa area which was quite nice. Sauna, Whirlpool, yoga place and realx area. Spacious and clean.

Neat and clean. Good breakfast. Even though you book in advance good rooms are not provided. 3rd floor rooms are small. Ceiling height is low if you are tall your head will surely hit the ceiling. Second floor rooms are fine.
Service / flexibility was also bad as they denied cancellation for 1 day even though we informed 3 days in advance.
