The location are fantastic, at the center of city with parking are behind the hotel. The room was very clean, beautifully designed with security at top class. Surrounding area good for food and shopping. The restaurant possibly the area that need improvement in term of variety of food, but overall still good. love to come back in future.

I booked dates online on the EmiLu website for a special occasion in October when I would be in town. I’m not sure if the website cookie setting was wrong or there was a problem on their end with their own software, but the dates were supposed to be October and they came through for September. I was booking other things at the same time and didn’t pay close attention to their email confirmation, which is my fault. But when I realized the problem and I received a check-in notice from the hotel, I contacted them immediately and explained the issue and that I would be in town the following month, in October. Not September. I was very kind and apologetic regarding the situation, not knowing if it was an error on my part, or theirs. I even checked to make sure they had availability on the correct weekend, which they did, and they acknowledged.
Instead of being polite, and working with me, they were rude, condescending, and mostly unresponsive. They charged my credit card the full amount and absolutely refused to change to the correct dates. There is no way I would ever book for the wrong dates. I knew the time I would be in town and I booked accordingly. So again, not sure who’s fault it is, but instead of giving the guest, me, the benefit of the doubt, they proceeded to charge my card and offered nothing but an insulting concession to allow me to rebook at the full price with a ridiculous meaningless 15% discount.
I requested hotel management contact me, her name is Sabrina. But she was on vacation and her staff said they will handle everything in her absence. I do not know if she would’ve handled things differently, but I certainly will not be staying at this hotel again and I have advised the other people coming to town for the special occasion they should also book elsewhere. Hotels that operate like this are probably not financially stable and they are certainly not guest friendly. They are stringent, and unreasonable, and I would never do business with these people. I will be contacting my credit card for dispute.

Beautiful hotel, with all comfort and design. At a good central location in town. With sound proof windows. Only 3 remarks, No fridge in the room, was for me very inconvenient, The safe do not fit a laptop or ipad. At breakfast I had preferred to take only what I want, and not mixed plates with a variety of cheese or meat,

My biggest complaint is that the air conditioning was not good. Barely worked and consequently I didn't sleep well. Had asked for a fan earlier in the day but none were available. Every traveler wants a good nights sleep!

Parking garage is super secure. So secure, it's even hard to get in if you're supposed to be there. 😅😂 Nice rooms though. Lacking mini fridge or snacks of any kind. Just one roughly .5L of refillable water. Air conditioning works great, showers are in incredible, nice beds and pillows, great location. 5 mins from the designer stores, 5 minutes from the main drag/tourist trap area. Definitely will be back next time in Stuttgart.

The hotel is amazing. We stayed for two nights. The location next to the "Rathaus" is great. It really deserves to be called "design hotel". The furniture are beautiful (room and lobby) and the bed and bathroom were perfect. You should definitely have breakfast/brunch there. The food is really good, arranged nicely (quite instagramable ;)) and reasonably priced. On top the service is really good. The team was super friendly and supportive. I would definitely stay there again!
