They don’t care about customers. There are few advantages about the hotel. It’s 20 minutes walk from the center of Waren. Try a path next to the water, cross the street and go down before modern houses.
The National Park is just behind the fence.
Poor part and quite annoying - there was not mentioned in our booking that the parking place in the yard is paid. They didn’t aware us about it when we came. What more, charging bicycle batteries is forbidden in the room (fair enough - every year dozens of hotels in Germany is brand due to the battery uploading, are they not?). So you should ask the reception for charging your battery in the special place with the price 1.25 € per day(!). Common. The cheapest hotel room is 133€ per night. Leaving the hotel was a real release.

Mixed experiences in a hotel with ups and downs
Overall, our stay at this hotel was an emotional rollercoaster. The room was in great condition apart from the mattress which was a bit uncomfortable. However, the restaurant was an absolute highlight. The service was exceptional, the decor was stylish and the food was a real treat.
Unfortunately, the wellness area couldn't keep up. The Finnish sauna was outdated and the relaxation area seemed uninviting and unhygienic. The outside area was a disappointment and was more reminiscent of a dog kennel.
Another negative point was the unexpected parking fee upon check-out. We were charged 5 euros per day even though we were only there one night. We paid 10 euros but felt caught off guard as this fee was not mentioned in advance.
Conclusion:
The hotel definitely has potential, especially when it comes to the restaurant. However, there is a clear need for improvement in the wellness area and in communication regarding parking fees.

A super nice, friendly hotel, very nice staff, a great breakfast and nice rooms. The pillows in the beds are top class and you can buy them here. Clear recommendation 😃

Nice hotel in Waren. Comfy rooms with everything you need. Nice breakfast. Private parking. Close to the water front and a okay walking distance from the town center.

Breakfast was versatile and very good.
The room was modern, large and comfortable facing the gated and woods. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was clean and tastefully done.

Extremely friendly reception. Everything inside is very nice to look at. The rooms with toilet / shower are modern and clean. The kitchen including the staff is awesome.

All employees deserve the highest praise. Always friendly and courteous. Here the guest is still king. The food is amazing, taste and presentation are exceptional. Wonderful wellness offers, because I could let my mind wander. The good location of the hotel means you can quickly get from A to B on foot or by bike. Thank you for the wonderful days on the Müritz.

Five stars for everything. Beautiful hotel in a top location with exceptionally good service, fantastic food, very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. In the current situation a pole to relax and enjoy with a guarantee of happiness.

You could not have breakfast at the desired time when you checked in, instead of regretting that, the lady at the front desk got puffy.
Only the veal schnitzel remains positive, but the bottled beer with it was 2 1/2 months past the best before date. Was not worth the waitress apology and found herself on the bill.
Villa Margarete was a big disappointment for us.

At the reception on the day of arrival we already had the first disappointment. We were there sooner than we could get into the room, we weren't offered a place to stay and we couldn't leave our suitcases either. When we were in the room in the evening we had the kitchen staff sitting among us in a small underground car park for a smoking break, we got the smoke in the room - that doesn't work. The food was very good and the service very friendly, breakfast was very sufficient. If you can remedy these small flaws, there are 5 stars.
