Was looking for an affordable place for a stay in Wiesbaden – a town I had never been to, and that turned out to be absolutely lovely – and this hotel was perfect! Staff were to the friendliest and most helpful, room was clean and comfortable, location was great … highly recommend! Absolutely fantastic stay!

Needed a place to crash for the night in Wiesbaden and the price was right at this hotel.
Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was as advertised. I will say there was unfortunately a strong musty/mold odor coming from the bathroom, but this was remedied by leaving the window open for a while. For one night it was manageable but I probably would have asked for a different room if my stay was longer.
Location was very good for the price. Near the city center with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Parking may be a challenge, as street parking is rather limited and the nearest garage is kind of a hike.

I give this hotel low rating only because of the reception man who is there mainly afternoons. He is from somewhere Muslim countries I’d assume . Who place him working with people ??? He is very rude , ignorant, unhelpful and totally incapable working in customer service jobs . I was in shock ! He is playing with his telephone and not even looking at you when you ask something. Such a shame , because hotel it self not bad at all . Please replace this man because he is clearly there to ruin this hotel reputation !!!!!

I always read the Lowest Rated Reviews, mostly out of curiosity and again, I find myself wondering "is this the same hotel"
I mean value for money this place is 7 out of 5. phenomenal. (though I think I exploited a temporary glitch in their booking service to get a very decent double room - 303 - for the price of a single bed room. I felt bad that it was so inexpensive.)
Location is quite central.
The bed linens (a pet peeve of mine) were the most crisp and sparkling of my 30 days in Germany. Awesome.
Bathroom is fine. really quite nice.
Elevator works. There is a little fridge.
(now I am here in November and it is cool so I cannot speak to the No A/C question.)
Staff were very gracious and helpful. (they even let me stash my bike in the corner of the lobby, which many hotels would Freak at)
Yes there is no parking - but this is a downtown hotel. whaddaya expect? Staff pointed me to nearby street parking and Voila!
It might not be a 5 star (except for value) but it's better than 4. call it 4.5?
Overall, it's a WAY more than decent hotel for a very good price in good quiet location

Ended up here because didn’t book room for the conference in time. Hotel and rooma is very clean but rooms could be a bit bigger and with A/C. Bathroom is also tiny, same goes for the shower. But location is great, many restaurants just outside this hotel. And city center is close by foot.

A very charming boutique hotel on a very fashionable street. The restaurant Manico was superb. One feels like they are on the Left Bank in Paris. Highly recommend if you enjoy small, intimate lodgings.

Television without function, a lightly soiled bedside table and the mattress was too soft. The staff was friendly.

Staff is super friendly. Hotel is clean and breakfast is ok. Rooms are small, bed is narrow, no aircon, old and small TVset. Rooms are to the main road or backyard with small terasse. However it was pretty noisy. Ok for a business trip.

Cute simple quite hotel and very clean, nice staff, hotel parking is two blocks away not free. I stayed one night and I liked it. Many places to see around many coffee shops and restaurants near by.
