Great hotel, great staff, nice breakfast, highly recommended

The location is great, right next to the station, and it's not too noisy either.

The hotel is just outside of train station, very convenient for taking bus to the city center, taking train to other places for a day trip and direct train to airport. The room is clean and comfortable. A little small, bit enough for two.

This is the worst hotel service I've ever had. I stayed for 6 consecutive days, but the room was only cleaned once. There were no clean towels, and I had to ask for them every time.

The hotel is OK and relatively new. But it is not located in downtown. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to downtown. There are not many options for breakfast.

Nice rooms, but the room we stayed had a semi transparent toilet which is not private as you think. The breakfast is enough. For this location it can bee good for short trips but for long stays, prefer chain hotels known for their luxury

All in all a good place to stay. A quirky policy of requiring a 10 euro security deposit to borrow their umbrella. It seems to me that they should let you borrow it and and charge the fee if you fail to return the umbrella or damage it somehow the staff was friendly and willing to help

Love the architecture of the hotel, the staff were kind, rooms were big and hotel was walkable to all the major sites. It’s such a cozy hotel. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had . Usually it’s hard for me to find healthy options but there was plenty of options for me . I loved the baked pumpkin with the roasted seeds.

The receptionist was friendly, and the breakfast selection was wonderful with many options to choose from. I appreciated the free tea and coffee dispenser available all day. However, some parts of the room clearly need upgrading, as there were missing tiles in the bathroom. Additionally, the room had no air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable. I really liked the hotel, it has AC (a bit weak but does the job) and also a fan. They gave complimentary fruit in the room, tea, sugar, etc. The coffee machine in the lobby is free. It's clean, the bed and the TV are huge, it's also a smart TV. I really can't ask for more. Only annoyance was the door in the hallway which is quite difficult to close.

Our experience was good besides the room itself which had sticky floors and smelled like cigarettes. Otherwise the beds were clean and comfortable. Our balcony was shared directly with the next room (no separation) and there was no window (there is a glass door that opens like a window on top). It was also very loud at times outside with music and people partying, but that's not the hotel's fault.

I love this small hotel. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. The shower is fantastic. I feel safe in the area and it steps away from everything.
