We have stayed here for 1 week. Rooms are cleaned daily. Not that noisy from trains unless you have a window opened ( we had a room windows against offices and train rails) Very nice location - bus stops not so far away ( 5 minutes to bus stop and approx 11-13 min to main central station ) We had lunch included ( approx 17-18 euros per day for a person ) and it was very good too. Clean, accessible, affordable prices, friendly cast

Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.

Overall it's not bad, but the level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired: during our three weeks of stay the floor was not washed even once.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and polite. The price was excellent. Great access to bus, tram, bikes, and scooters. Close to the industrial area, which makes it perfect for business trips. Breakfast quality and variety were also good. I just don’t understand why hotels don’t provide slippers. Also, my room didn’t have a fridge.

The room facilities are too simple, the mattress is too soft and my waist is very tired when sleeping, the carpet is very dirty, the hotel interior is very simple, not suitable for travel and living for more than 2-3 days; the front desk staff is cold and unenthusiastic, it is five bus stops away from the train station and a 6-minute walk from the supermarket.

Being a local I take advantage of the lounge for bringing my laptop and getting some work done whilst having an espresso made with devotion by the lovely baristas. The service is impeccable, the coffee very tasty and the atmosphere is great.

Very tasty, home-style dishes. The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this. A real Mainz tip!

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday, around 1 pm. Good basic food, only one lady attending the outside area. It was ok, but we won't go out of our way to find this place in the future. We were on a weekend at the hotel opposite, so it would be unlikely we`ll ever be back.

The renovated rooms are small but okay. Single bed is small too. The smell of the old kitchen is crawling through the building. Breakfast is okay - not more, not less.

The hotel is clean and suitable for rest. The downside is that there are limited buses to Mainz, making transportation a bit challenging.

The room was very spacious and windows could be opened for fresh air which was great. The bed was a nice size but the mattress was so soft and bouncy for my taste which made it less comfortable. The internet was terrible. The heater made a loud noise when turned up.

If you are looking for an affordable place in Mainz, this is the place to go. Rooms are clean and have a spacious balcony to relax on after a busy day. Closeby tram can take you to the main train station and further on directly to the University. The new owner takes care of his guests.

Stayed for one night while doing the Rhine cycle route. Staff were very welcoming at check in and my bike was locked in a separate part of the hotel overnight. Room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is more modern on the inside and has wood floors everywhere which can lead to a bit of noise from people walking around. It’s about a 10-15 mins walk into centre of town. Simple rooms but with all the basics, powerful shower, firm comfortable bed and desk. Wonderful view from the 6th floor restaurant with a good breakfast bar selection. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent English spoken. Bike storage available if you are doing one of the cycle trips

The doppl bed are not comfortable. Its basically 2 single beds beside each other, so it would slips away from each other and make a crack in the middle 🤣

The hotel is located on a very prime location. Easily accessible by public transport fr the Central Station but you have a 15 min walk to reach there too. The view is amazing from the hotel room. Placed just near the city center so majority of the tourist places are located in the walkable distance. Clean room and friendly staffs. Definitely will book again when coming to Mainz.

Rooms are good for a night or two. Relatively new hotel but away from City Center. A 30min walk or 7min Bus ride. Being a Elite Member for IHG and having "High Floor and Quiet Area" as usual requested, we got a room on the first floor and towards the main road. Breakfast is good Holiday Inn Express standard.

Location is very good, but no fridge or microwave make for lots of trips to eat out and about. Breakfast is good and included on your price, but is itemized on the bill. I included this so you don't think they are trying to charge extra.

For a lot of hotels in the Wiesbaden area, parking is difficult. Parking here is easy and I will probably stay here for all my visits to Wiesbaden. It is conveniently located on the NW side of Wiesbaden for quick access to Mainz and Frankfurt and you are on the Autobahn in 2-3 minutes. Really stress free accommodation. Oh, and their breakfast is pretty decent compared to the cost as well.
