Good rooms. We had a premium room on 4th floor. Pretty quiet, at this time at least. Rooms were clean and good. Bed was ok. Free wifi had enough bandwidth for watching some streams. There was a small kitchen with microwave and a capsule coffee maker. A small fridge for a few 1.5 liter bottles and stuff. A safe big enough for a 14" notebook.
Hotel is clean and service is ok. Free street parking is avaialble. However, there is no fridge or coffee machine or kettle in the room. One the day of check out at about 10am, housekeeping open the room door without knocking :(
Friendly staff, 10 min's walk to the central Train station, nice room!
Lovely hotel with very welcoming people and nice breakfast. Only downside was the parking for me. Not enough spaces nearby (we got lucky). Near a trainstation (no noise) just for those wanting something close by. We were there during a wine festival so we had a nice night out. It’s a decent walk to the center. Nice hotel bar and rooms were also great. We stayed one night. Customer service on the phone...
Overall a nice stay, but a few things to note for first-timers! It was a bit confusing to find at first—it’s labeled as the niu on the outside, not Holiday Inn, so we didn’t realize we were at the right place right away. We arrived late, and parking was hard to come by, so plan to arrive earlier if you can. The room didn’t have a kitchenette, which we expected, and there wasn’t really anywhere to...
Nice good place for short stay. We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Had to take two rooms adjascent to each other. Neat rooms. Enough space (not like those botique hotels) and with lift access. Towels are provided. Rooms cleaned everyday. Bring your soap, tooth brush, paste etc. Good location too. You can get uber or taxi by apps below the hotel and walk to some supermarkets and ccentral...

Although we only stayed here for a night, it's the best stay ever from the service, design and comfort of the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone who visits Wisbaden.
Only for overnight stay & had to leave early without breakfast. The blankets & pillows are comfortable
One of the best restaurants in my opinion.

Overall it's not bad, but the level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired: during our three weeks of stay the floor was not washed even once.
The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and polite. The price was excellent. Great access to bus, tram, bikes, and scooters. Close to the industrial area, which makes it perfect for business trips. Breakfast quality and variety were also good. I just don’t understand why hotels don’t provide slippers. Also, my room didn’t have a fridge.
The hotel is very good and the stay is very comfortable
The standard of domestic convenient hotels, overall clean and tidy. But the room is relatively small, and the aisle is a bit narrow when a large suitcase is spread out. There is nothing to eat around. It is suitable for a two-day business trip
Decent hotel for the price we paid..however the location is not that great quiet a distance to the nearest bus station and the bus station which is nearby has buses after a long time and the train station is a kilometre away.. apart from that its a fine place if you just wanna relax and be at the hotel for a longer time.. nice lobby .. checkin agent let us store our bags in the. Luggage room since...
The room facilities are too simple, the mattress is too soft and my waist is very tired when sleeping, the carpet is very dirty, the hotel interior is very simple, not suitable for travel and living for more than 2-3 days; the front desk staff is cold and unenthusiastic, it is five bus stops away from the train station and a 6-minute walk from the supermarket.
Clean room, polite staff

Just a few minutes' walk from a spa, a theater, thermal baths, and a pedestrian zone. New, modern facilities, an excellent breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Everything is of the highest standard!
Good for a one night stay. Great location. Free internet. Clean and tidy. However, extremely tiny. A shelf instead of a table. An open suitcase takes most of the available floor. No coffee maker, no tea pot. One soap for everything.
Well placed Centrally located, but no parking, had a 10 minute walk in the cold and rain. Bed not the best quality but room very clean. Good fir an overnight, i had 4 nights
Small but neat rooms. Good breakfast.
Very good liked it low couldn't High Street right next to it
Comfortable beds and clean room, but very loud location with the street, people and cars. Impossible to sleep with the windows open (which I prefer).

Best hotel in Wiesbaden! Always clean, friendly staff and excellent service!
It’s a good budget hotel, with cool design of the lobby, solid clean rooms, and a perfect location. They offer a nice breakfast as well.
Nice hotel clean most all the shops under the hotel . Shopping made it easy without using the car to drive a long distance to shop. Nice location too.
I was really impressed by the hotel - I didn't expect much, I just needed a night in a hotel before an appointment early the next morning. It was convenient to get to by car and the parking garage was huge and excellent. In Germany frequently parking garages are so small and crowded that even with a normal-sized car you have problems getting in and out. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient...
Being a local I take advantage of the lounge for bringing my laptop and getting some work done whilst having an espresso made with devotion by the lovely baristas. The service is impeccable, the coffee very tasty and the atmosphere is great.
The only hotel around that easily accommodates more than 3 people. The super modern looks made the €105 price tag feel like a good deal. The room was clean and the ablutions were meticulously arranged. Everything felt very high end. Beds were comfortable. There’s always a concern when one pays this much for a room whether or not they’ll get quality sleep. It wasn’t an issue here. One downside is...

Really surprised by this hotel. There's air con in the room, the breakfast is great with long hours, it's close to the train station and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
We stayed here for 6 nights when we were there for a business. It’s one of the best hotels I have ever been in Germany for its price. It has very modern and big rooms. The breakfast was great. It has a very specious, 2 floor , closed parking space so you won’t have trouble finding a spot. It has a very nice gym with adequately equipped. There are many shops and Wiesbaden main station in a walking distance...
Just moved to Germany. Flew in to FRA. Left the airport really tired and e little strung out. Wanted a place in Wiesbaden easy to reach from Frankfurt. Picked the Best Western because of location and price. It was a fortunate selection. The customer service was spectacular, they allowed our dog, had a lovely bar area, offered a lunch menu, and had the best breakfast offerings I have ever experienced...
So I’ve stayed in Best Western hotels in 3 different continents, and for the most part they are ok. 3 stars is the norm. And this hotel is about the same, except they really try to do everything right. 24hr gym, not very big but adequate, clean and hardly used. The lobby is unique with its old leather chairs and couches, and the bar is open 24/7. The breakfast buffet is top notch and quite large for...
A true value for money choise, when it comes a place to stay at Wiesbaden!
I can say it is good. Staff etc is good but the check out timing is not good. It can be Friendly with customers, so it will be better.

Pros: location just a few metres from the centre of Wiesbaden. If you need a place to stay near the action, this hotel is a relatively affordable option. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent with lots of sweet and savoury options. Comfortable seating/lounge area by the lobby with books and ability to order drinks. Cons: the hotel feels run-down. The carpet had lots of...
EDIT: After staying here for over 15 times in 11 years, you stopped serving fruit salad! What is going on?!? Please, bring it back, some of us don’t eat eggs, cheese and cold cuts for breakfast. So disappointed… Five stars for the location, cleanliness and staff service. Yes, the rooms are not very big, but this is a business hotel so I didn’t expect spacious suites. I have stayed here more than ten...
probably the worst hotel i’ve stayed at in terms of amenities but the staff are amazing and the best part of staying here. please give them all a raise. the dude at the reception was helpful, the cleaning lady was so sweet and the lady working breakfast service was beyond lovely. many of them are immigrant workers carrying this establishment on their shoulders, i hope they are treated well and paid...
Nice rooms, but the room we stayed had a semi transparent toilet which is not private as you think. The breakfast is enough. For this location it can bee good for short trips but for long stays, prefer chain hotels known for their luxury
GOOD Location, middle of City. FriendIy Service!
Amazing staff and extremely clean. The bathroom has a somewhat translucent wall that is a bit odd to be honest. Great spot for exploring this awesome town! There is a wonderful Italian restaurant right next door too!

Very tasty, home-style dishes. The service is warm - friendly and has always been in a good mood. We also often get half a chicken for home, which always tastes very good. We have nothing to complain about. There are full and solid 5 stars for this. A real Mainz tip!
The hotel is ok, cleanliness is important. The breakfasts could only be a little richer. I miss a regular tomato and possibly a small coffee croissant. The rest of the stuff is ok.
The restaurant is generally nice. Staff is relevant and polite. But I didn't like the portions of the food.
Excellent service and food. Highly recommend.

Really nice and clean place, good food for breakfast and dinner. Recommended.
Nice clean hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good, also the service from the personal.
We visited the restaurant on a Sunday, around 1 pm. Good basic food, only one lady attending the outside area. It was ok, but we won't go out of our way to find this place in the future. We were on a weekend at the hotel opposite, so it would be unlikely we`ll ever be back.
The renovated rooms are small but okay. Single bed is small too. The smell of the old kitchen is crawling through the building. Breakfast is okay - not more, not less.
Never stayed at the hotel itself, but have eaten in the restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. Menu is available in English and the presentation of the traditional German favorites is superb, tasty, and reasonably priced.

The owner, Heike, is a wonderful hostess. The accommodations and services were splendid. Location is very close to the central market place. Highly recommend staying here.
Nice and cozy. Watch out for slippery floor at the entrance
Good location and good value for cost. Dont have international tv channels. Small hotel, no bar at night.
Interesting design, centrally located with a very very very charming staff all around. Fabulous breakfasts.

Location is easy bus ride from main train station and convenient to start point for the Rhinesteig. Reception was very pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was just right. Not the poshest of places but in a good location. Rooms were nice and staff kind and friendly. Coffee was a nice touch. We slept well. We enjoyed our stay
Thank you for the pleasant stay!
Rooms to small, bathroom extreme small
The hotel is clean and suitable for rest. The downside is that there are limited buses to Mainz, making transportation a bit challenging.
Having booked this via Booking dot com I then read some of the Google reviews which were confusing as there seemed to be 2 different hotels being described. My view is it’s a great location, rooms not huge but perfectly fine, I had a view of the Rhine! Seemed modern and clean with the rooms having everything I needed. Great room. Large and bright. Clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommend
Gave us a Good Stay The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. Free coffee was an added part. The Wi-Fi was touchy and only good in your room or near the front desk and was the only drawback of our stay. Front desk people were very nice,
Staff were great, as was the property, just not a great location
Perfect location in close walking distance to the Castle. Nice room with balcony and beautiful view over the Rhine. Exhaustive breakfast for 17 €: well worth the money, if you like big breakfasts... We'll be happy to come back soon.
All in all a good place to stay. A quirky policy of requiring a 10 euro security deposit to borrow their umbrella. It seems to me that they should let you borrow it and and charge the fee if you fail to return the umbrella or damage it somehow the staff was friendly and willing to help
It was clean and simple to get to. For the cost it was exactly what we needed.

Okay for the price. But the staff is very friendly.
The hotel met my needs beyond expectation. A big thank you to Trip Inn Hotels
The environment is good, the facilities are OK, and the hygiene is OK. As for the service, it is European style, with basically no service. The price is affordable, and breakfast is included, which is good.
The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well...
The hotel is a little bit creepy. They have an underground floor but the elevator button at the underground floor didn't work at all. I waited for ten minutes like an *****. Breakfast was decent though. The Viet food around the corner was great

The location is good and the price is reasonable. Please note that there is no refrigerator in the room.
It's in front of the station and there are many supermarkets. It's convenient, clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet and nice!

Staff are a delight. They are very nice. They lay out a huge breakfast with many items to choose from. Rooms are modern equipped. They're reasonably quiet. Overall, the atmosphere is very nice. Thankfully, there is an elevator. My only disappointment is that the hotel is far from almost all points of interest. Not what I would call "close to city center" or the main train station. Hotel aurora is a very nice place , very freidlly and nice staf . i enjoyed taking my breakfast here , walking to the station of wiesbaden and its wounderful center. lovelly place .. you wil never regret trying it ..
Ok, the staff is friendly and the Breakfast is ok. Cleanliness is good and it is quiet. For the price the rooms are clearly too small and the bathroom also. Elevator is not available, what can be for older people a Problem.
Very good Breakfast buffet, the staff is nice and the rooms clean. Some of the rooms are a little small but lots of mirrors, high Ceilings and a tasteful ambience that is well balanced. Great location if you have to rely on the station.
That was okay, I'd say! A little overpriced, but good value. The rooms are modern and clean, there's everything you need, except for Wi-Fi, which only worked every now and then when I was there. Also, there was no lift. The location is convenient and the staff friendly.

I stayed at this hotel twice this year. Very nice and helpful staff and even speaking in my Polish language so that there was no problem with getting along. Clean rooms and room with kitchen where I could prepare a meal for the trip. I have stayed twice this year and it was great. Even the presence of retirees did not bother she helped during her stay because you can see how older people live there...
This is a long term stay hotel which partially felt like a retirement home since it was inhabited by elder people. The bed was too short for my height and pretty small in width. Pictures are better than the real deal. Other than that, it was decent price reasonable breakfast for 10 euros, clean and nice staff. Good location.
The rooms are very big. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly! The breakfast was delicious! The only drawback was that during the breakfast was sucked nearby.
This is a luxury nursing home offering rooms and hotel services. Clean, quiet and at a good price. Located in the center although somewhat removed to the north. Nice stay.
Excellent hotel! It's actually spa and center for older people but also hotel. Really excellent service, extremely friendly staff, good and cheap food and big comfy nice apartments! Just in front of Kurpark!
