Clean rooms, good river view, polite und informative Staff! I was there for a workshop and I needed a good internet connection and as a matter of fact I thought with a hotel like this you get a connection automatically! But I was wrong.. it was a payed connection, between 14 to 25 Euros I think based on your speed.. that's something which could improve definitely!!

Great place to stay. Close to the river. Many places to go around the location. The Altstadt is behind the hotel. That means ,u have enough places to go for breakfast or lunch. There are also bars and party locations.

Limited parking - beware of that if you turn up at 1am. Generally the hotel is a standard Hilton, the rooms were OK but the mattress didn’t seem quite right in my room - a little firm? Breakfast is lovely especially when being able to sit outside. Overall a pretty good Hilton.

The Hotel is very central, close to a shopping center (Malakoff-Passage) and has very helpful staff. I had left a laundry bag full of shirts at the hotel. This was sent to me immediately at the house's expense. The staff is also otherwise very helpful! Elsewise it's very good value for money.The breakfast is quite nice, but nothing special.

If you don't have any other option (as in my case), you can choose this hotel. Pretty hard to communicate in English. But they try. The room is pretty small, but clean. The bathroom is very small, very uncomfortable to take a shower. The breakfast gives you very few options. There is an underground parking, very expensive one.

It's a hostel, not a hotel. Clean and every basic need covered. Friendly people working there. Parking facility present, just make sure you don't drive a too big car, very tight corners, barely made it. Showering is a challenge as the water is cold for a longer period of time, then scalding and when someone uses water somewhere in the building... Freezing or burning... I had it both... Price and location...

Nice hotel with quiet rooms. Central location, walking distance and an easy area to jump on a push bike to view the area. Perfect during the summer months to exercise along the Rhine River. Large gym and Sauna to use also. Breakfast is healthy with great options also for vegetarians.

I stayed at Atrium Hotel several times for conferences and business meetings - the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, the conference rooms are well equipped, and the food is decent. It is a little bit old style and kind of retro feeling, but it is absolutely worth the money.

This place is absolutely amazing, it is easily reachable and quiet and from here you can easily visit the wine region. The staff are easygoing and shares useful tips with the visitors.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here a number of years ago. The reception staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are nicely furnished, quiet and clean. The location is great! It is within walking distance to both the shopping district and the Hauptbahnhof. It is a terrific value for the money.

Maybe my standards are too high, but I'm not agreeing with the number of stars assigned to German hotels.

In one word: average. A bit more extended: location just great, service good, breakfast below average, although still within "ok" range, rooms rather outdated but work well, toilet and shower new and of above average quality. Clean. Overall, an uncomplicated stay in a centrally located spot.

Yes the rooms are a bit dated but they are clean, the lighting is nice and the bathtubs are amazing and modern. The staff is so helpful and very sweet. When they found out that we were sick with colds they sent up tea, a kettle and fresh lemon to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights on a business trip. Great location, walking distance everywhere, shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable, a large number of channels in different languages. Delicious and hearty breakfast, very pleasant staff.

Rooms are refreshed with loads of commercial grade perfumes. 4 hours of Windows open didn't change the situation. If you are sensible to smells - choose different hotel.

It used to be a really nice place to be in the center. But the last couple of years, the standard has been going down. I found dirty towels in the bathroom and the television in the rooms, are really bad. Mercure really has to be updated. Beds are still good, but I’m scared of what could be hidden.

Loved my stay here. The staff are really nice, the breakfast was brilliant and the other services (gym, housekeeping and sauna) are the best you can get! It is also diagonally opposite to the station, so travel is also easier. Would highly recommend!

It was clean and well looked after, even in times of Corona. What made it 5 stars for me was: we left a bottle of wine in the fridge by accident. A quick call and we have organized a way for it to return to us. Wonderful customer service.
