We have stayed here for 1 week. Rooms are cleaned daily. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during a conference in the city. The hotel is nicely decorated, the breakfast is very varied and it is open for a long time in the mornings. Clean rooms, good river view, polite und informative Staff! I was there for a workshop and I needed a good internet connection and as a matter of fact I thought with a hotel like this you get a connection automatically! But I was wrong.. it was a payed connection, between 14 to 25 Euros I think based on your speed.. that's something which could improve definitely!!

Carpets and furniture needs a deep clean. Stained and grubby. Fridges work poorly and the rooms are too hot. Windows open a crack which is not enough to cool the rooms. Staff try their best and are courteous.

During my last stay I had a bad smell in room. It smelled of chlorine. The fries that came with my steak were extremeley salty. The biggest drawdown for me, however, was that there wasn't any real wholemeal bread.

My partner and I stayed at the Oranien for 3 days while visiting Wiesbaden. Check-in was smooth and staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our first room smelled of cigarettes – staff quickly resolved the issue, upgrading and moving us to a new room. This is an old hotel. The rooms are old and very dusty. Bring a UV torch, the level of invisible stains on the bedroom carpet will make you feel sick. Splinter new hotel in a nice new neighbourhood west of the city centre on the river. Amenities in the vicinity and the centre a 20 minutes walk. Convenient parking opposite for a reasonable price, 10 Euro a day. Kind service and very good value for money. Pets admitted free of charge. The room is small but cleverly designed.

The hotel is wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. Daily cleaning and bath towels were changed. It is quite enough for two people. As a drawback, I can only point to the lack of a wardrobe and the sliding door of the bathroom and toilet, which does not provide enough privacy. We have danced at many weddings and can say that you will find the perfect wedding venue here. Professional service coupled with excellent room separation and the ability to go straight to bed after the party is simply wonderful. I stayed at Atrium Hotel several times for conferences and business meetings - the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, the conference rooms are well equipped, and the food is decent. The hotel itself does not have a gym, you have to collect a card at the reception to access the gym down the road from the hotel. Happy to return for business trips.
