This hotel has for sure the nicest view in Mainz, and only a few minutes from the city center. Just be aware that the rooms with view to the Rhein-river obviously have different categories, hence prices, to avoid being disappointed.

Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. We have danced at many weddings and can say that you will find the perfect wedding venue here. Professional service coupled with excellent room separation and the ability to go straight to bed after the party is simply wonderful. Had an awesome stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the base. This is my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here a number of years ago. The reception staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are nicely furnished, quiet and clean. The location is great! It is within walking distance to both the shopping district and the Hauptbahnhof. It is a terrific value for the money.

In one word: average. A bit more extended: location just great, service good, breakfast below average, although still within "ok" range, rooms rather outdated but work well, toilet and shower new and of above average quality. Clean. Overall, an uncomplicated stay in a centrally located spot.

Yes the rooms are a bit dated but they are clean, the lighting is nice and the bathtubs are amazing and modern. The staff is so helpful and very sweet. When they found out that we were sick with colds they sent up tea, a kettle and fresh lemon to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at the Oranien for 3 days while visiting Wiesbaden. Check-in was smooth and staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our first room smelled of cigarettes – staff quickly resolved the issue, upgrading and moving us to a new room. This Courtyard Marriott Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt is a cozy and nice hotel to stay. Distance to Frankfurt airport around 20 km. Friendly staff and delicious F&B here.

This is an old hotel. The rooms are old and very dusty. Bring a UV torch, the level of invisible stains on the bedroom carpet will make you feel sick. The bathroom is very basic, shower over the bath. There is no evening restaurant service. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and the location is very good, 10mins walk to central Mainz.

I recently wrote that the pool was only open between 7:00 PM & 9:00 PM. This is incorrect (there was an error on their bulletin board). The pool is open starting at 7:00 AM.

Ended up here because didn’t book room for the conference in time. Hotel and rooma is very clean but rooms could be a bit bigger and with A/C. Bathroom is also tiny, same goes for the shower. But location is great, many restaurants just outside this hotel. And city center is close by foot.

We just came from long journey and tired. Waited for 30mnts for check in with only 1 receptionist. Once we got into the room, its very old. Thin pillow. Stain in carpet and sofa. They really need to keep up. Despite all of those, its in good location. Warm ambience and nice customer service
