Clean rooms, good river view, polite und informative Staff! I was there for a workshop and I needed a good internet connection and as a matter of fact I thought with a hotel like this you get a connection automatically! But I was wrong.. it was a payed connection, between 14 to 25 Euros I think based on your speed.. that's something which could improve definitely!!

Great place to stay. Close to the river. Many places to go around the location. The Altstadt is behind the hotel. That means ,u have enough places to go for breakfast or lunch. There are also bars and party locations.

Limited parking - beware of that if you turn up at 1am. Generally the hotel is a standard Hilton, the rooms were OK but the mattress didn’t seem quite right in my room - a little firm? Breakfast is lovely especially when being able to sit outside. Overall a pretty good Hilton.

Carpets and furniture needs a deep clean. Stained and grubby. Fridges work poorly and the rooms are too hot. Windows open a crack which is not enough to cool the rooms. Staff try their best and are courteous.

During my last stay I had a bad smell in room. It smelled of chlorine. The fries that came with my steak were extremeley salty. The biggest drawdown for me, however, was that there wasn't any real wholemeal bread.

Nicely renovated modern business hotel. Cosy reception and nice courtyard. Decent bar area. Spacious rooms. The €40pp breakfast is pricey compared to the cafes in town. Has a small indoor pool and a basic gym. Central location.

It used to be a really nice place to be in the center. But the last couple of years, the standard has been going down. My partner and I stayed at the Oranien for 3 days while visiting Wiesbaden. Check-in was smooth and staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our first room smelled of cigarettes – staff quickly resolved the issue, upgrading and moving us to a new room. This is an old hotel. The rooms are old and very dusty. Bring a UV torch, the level of invisible stains on the bedroom carpet will make you feel sick. I stayed at Atrium Hotel several times for conferences and business meetings - the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, the conference rooms are well equipped, and the food is decent. The hotel itself does not have a gym, you have to collect a card at the reception to access the gym down the road from the hotel. Happy to return for business trips.

Clean and functional. Had a fine stay here for a few nights. No complaints. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and no very busy outside of peak business hours. Lifts are slow so be prepared to walk a few flights of stairs to the rooms.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here a number of years ago. The reception staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are nicely furnished, quiet and clean. The location is great! It is within walking distance to both the shopping district and the Hauptbahnhof. It is a terrific value for the money.

Maybe my standards are too high, but I'm not agreeing with the number of stars assigned to German hotels.

In one word: average. A bit more extended: location just great, service good, breakfast below average, although still within "ok" range, rooms rather outdated but work well, toilet and shower new and of above average quality. Clean. Overall, an uncomplicated stay in a centrally located spot.

Yes the rooms are a bit dated but they are clean, the lighting is nice and the bathtubs are amazing and modern. The staff is so helpful and very sweet. When they found out that we were sick with colds they sent up tea, a kettle and fresh lemon to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hilton bartender are super friendly and willing to take care of you. Highly recommend coming down to the bar and grabbing a drink after a long day of travel or work. :)

Nice Hotel and Staff, good location. Only complaint is that the room was very hot. During the winter months, the heat is on. The windows only open slightly so there isn't any fresh air circulating through the room. They offer fans but it still made sleeping uncomfortable.

We just came from long journey and tired. Waited for 30mnts for check in with only 1 receptionist. Once we got into the room, its very old. Thin pillow. Stain in carpet and sofa. They really need to keep up. Despite all of those, its in good location. Warm ambience and nice customer service
