This is an excellent hotel, very well-managed with extremely friendly and helpful staff! We left the hotel with a smile on our faces and the hope to be back in Wismar soon

The lady with nice hair at the counter is very pretty and kind. The hotel everything is good. Good food, Good GYM, Good room.

Very modern but cozy interior. Clean room and very good breakfast. And location is perfect in the market place.

Like the Sauna, unfortunately Dampf sauna is under repair. Breakfast is good, but missing fish. The location is directly in market Square. Parking is 17euro per day not cheap

The hotel is conveniently located, the double room is large and the staff is absolutely friendly. I don't understand how some guests criticize the breakfast. Fresh buns, a large selection of side dishes

Fantastic location right at the Marktplatz in an old historic building, rooms small but cozy and a wonderful breakfast you really should not miss. Book parking with the hotel in advance!

A high quality hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very new and clean. Also great if you are also going to the Waterpark as you have an exclusive entryway. The breakfast is also one of the best in Germany.

We had an excellent stay here. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Bike rental and direct access to the pool with slides, sauna, etc. The breakfast was superb, offering everything you might like, including caviar

Nice place to stay for a weekend, really good breakfast, only the diner was not at the expected level... It was more like a canteen level. But nevertheless really good place.

Enough towels for everyone and access to the aqua park through the hotel was easy. The breakfast and dinner buffets although quite extravagant for a child were perfect for adults and the chefs were always ready to help

Wonderful resort with all amenities and very friendly staff who speak English (big plus for us) everything is clean. We booked the rooms with a joint door in between so it was easier for the family and very convenient

I recommend this hotel, it’s next to the Hochschule Wismar, which is an advantage if you are studying or teaching there for a few days

We just stayed there for one night. The service was very good, the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel is located in the middle of this beautiful old city, the staff was absolutely friendly. Great place to stay.

But the thing is, we paid more for a budget option in town nearby where we had a the opposite experience. In other words, the value was unbelievably good

Got a large room with a big bathroom beside. Free WiFi included. Breakfast is good, a variety of bread, cheese, sauceges. Limited parking places, but in a silent street.

Located in the very center, good size room, public parking at the reasonable price at daytime, free at night nearby. One of the receptionists spoke perfect English, another - not a word :)

Self check-in is available, which really surprized me in a positive way. The staff speak English flawlessly, so no need to worry if you would need German language

In a small hotel like that a good bed for one night you are staying there is the only thing you need after a day's drive and this is exactly the one thing the hotel fails to deliver

On the bright side - the wifi worked (slowly at times), the room was small but neat, clean and rather space efficient, the breakfast was good. Another min point, though - stairs everywhere

We were there for lunch in a larger group. The menu is big enough, the focus is on fish dishes, but there is also meat and game. At the moment there are also some pumpkins on offer

The schnitzel was delicious. And the duck was crispy from the outside, well cooked on the inside and very tasteful with those raisins and plums. Simply perfect.

We would come back if the hotel would act on the given feedback of other travellers. Unbelievable that the piles of dust were not swept. The person at reception is unpolite and not interested

I was charged a minibar bill for water which should have been included for free because the staff marked it as a minibar expense despite clearly explaining to them that we were requesting water for free

I am a Hyatt globalist and spent 150 nights this year in different Hyatt properties. The Linder hotel in Boltenhagen is a very nice, comfortable property with friendly staff all throughout the hotel

The wellness area could be more modern and cleaning standards should be improved. The pool is quite small and the sauna likewise. The whirlpool is way to small and can barely suit two persons

The room we stayed in was quite big but old fashioned and somewhat outdated. The restaurant was super with nice food and a serviceminded staff, smiling, polite and with a sense of humor

The staff set the sauna temperature according to our request, offered a bowl of fruit, and asides from sauna we had a pleasant large bathtub with jacuzzi function, a walk in shower, and large chairs and chaise longues to lay down and rest from the sauna, multiple towels and bathrobes

Now, unfortunately we had poor weather, but otherwise the couples seating baskets would have been wonderful! - We didn't try the "public" spa of the hotel, but wandered around, and it looked to be very comfortable and complete

A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning

- Despite our limitations in the German language, the staff was able to understand us, and mostly actually communicated in English, for our comfort. - The restaurant bar has some exterior seating

Historic hotel place and beautiful location by the lake. Near Schwerin Castle and walkable to train station. Very good service by front desk allowed earlier check in S room ready for occupancy.

My favorite was the Kaminzimmer (library with fire place) where I could indulge in my Romeo y Julieta. This is definitely the only place for aficionados in Schwerin!

The Hotel is directly at the railway, therefore, you have to endure a train. Breakfast is good and can be enjoyed in the winter garden to the courtyard. All in all, good Hotel, but nothing special

For us the „Go to Place“ in Schwerin. Warm welcome, great staff and the rooms are all a bit different from each other in special in their own way. Besides that the rooms are well equiped, clean and very quiet

Old style hotel with modern rooms Lovely hotel in a very quiet part of Schwerin, about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. Breakfast, although relatively expensive, was superb and well worth the money

Confortable hotel in a good location for the centre of town. Car park right at the side as well. Only downside is there is no lift which could be problematic for some people especially if they are on the 4th floor

We also rented a car for the day from Enterprise, also super friendly, and explored Rostock, Wismar, and the surrounding countryside. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful area of Germany!

Even though we didn't speak German we were able to manage just fine with translate app. Similar comment to another reviewer, Schwerin is mostly an unknown gem

My 2 teens and I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed the spacious room, the wondeful breakfast, and very pleasant staff

Not overly crowded like the big cities in Germany and, IMO, more beautiful. The lakes and castle are what truly make the town unique

Nice big apartment We arrived very late, and oucked up the keys at the bar. We only stayed overnight, so not a lot of interaction with staff. Lication was great for us, between cemetery, cathedral, and palace.

Parking available, sometimes a bit narrow, but you just have to let the hotel manager know, he'll take care of it. In the evening you can have a nightcap at the bar. By and large, simply beautiful here

To best describe this place in my words: It's like a well thought trough mix of the best from Ibiza high end beach club/bar/restaurants combined with a really nice and comfortable hotel to match

Over all experience of my stay is that it was a fun, smooth and pleasant experience in every way. Food and drinks at the hotel restaurant /bar are worth a visit by them self

I have visited feels several times, and every time, also now, it takes me out of the “normal” and into feels atmosphere, which is nice, unique, warm, soulful, alive

The service is in top, and oh my the kitchen and cocktails are top of the top. I give feels 5 out of 5 stars for being unique and menschlich (human)

Rooms are bigger then average, modern, comfortable and tidy on a 5* level by my standards. Staff is English speaking,friendy and serviceminded

Hotel has parking next to it and driving to the hotel from Rostock was a fun experience through a beautiful scenic route

The bio sauna is not in operation and the relaxation area with three loungers is very small. In the sauna and in the restaurant, the Corona period does not seem to be over yet. The breakfast is extensive and good

We were very enthusiastic, a really nice family atmosphere, but you are private and very comfortable while having breakfast, nothing was missing and on request you could also get another roll the service I really have to say was 1A, not to mention the massage we enjoy Tanja is really a very, very magical woman

Zum Fahrrad fahren ist dieses Hotel perfekt. Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fahren nächstes Jahr wieder hin.

Spent a couple of days there. Fantastic location. 300 m to the beach which is barely crowded at all. Great surrounding for bike tours and walks. Staff is super engaged and welcoming.

This Hotel right at the baltic sea is perfect for a week away from home. It's a beautiful location with a beautiful lake and right by the ocean.

The hotel is located just outside of Schwerin, but can be reached by bus in 15 minutes. Ample parking is available on site. The rooms are very spacious, attractively furnished, and clean
