Recommended with none of the weakness Great dishes skillfully prepared. Only the Dessert a little goof: coffee jelly leather was rather fast, and seemed, as it had stood for days in the kitchen. I stayed just on night, passing through from Spain. Liked the room (62, single room) with its organic shapes and round window in the bathroom. The shower head had lights in it that changes with water temperature (I think). I found everything very clean.

Great place to stay! We stopped here for a night last weekend along our bicycle tour and were well impressed. The rooms are big and modernly equipped. Everywhere is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is excellent and staff is friendly and quick.

Very nice hotel. Wasn’t expecting such a warm welcome, then the rooms were very nice. Modern decor and very clean. A nice room with plenty of space. I used the sauna and it was fantastic, very clean with nice herb water for putting on the coals. Plenty of free water. The beer is fresh on tap and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel is brand new and worth the money paid for the room. However, there is NOTHING exiting to do in Witten.

We have been coming here for a shorter, longer time. If there is a problem, try to solve it quickly. I recommend it even temporarily.

We stayed in a small apartment on the ground floor in a quiet area very clean and equipped with many comforts. The owners very kind and helpful. If we go back to Witten we would like to come back to this facility

Position of a hotel is very good, if one is comming with a car. I think that a rooms are small, withouth a desk, where one can put his laptop to work or to read (book, newspaper or something else). We stayed here for 4 nights and it’s a lovely hotel. Each and every staff is helpful felt like home. The only disadvantage is that it’s far from the central station. I have been a guest at this hotel for years and have always felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that has changed. The rooms are still OK, but some are pretty worn out. Breakfast is overpriced for the service! And the price shown when booking is not the final price, there is also 10% accommodation tax! You might as well include that! Parking costs money too, but half the parking lot is full of junk cars...

Easy to access as it is very close to a motorway exit, the hotel is nevertheless very quiet. The rooms are comfortable, particularly the bedding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Recommended, value for money is very good

Not too bad for this price...no reception. Check in via computer in main corridor.

Overall very basic rooms clean and neat & good value for money. Great and friendly staff. Surprised where found out only two set duvets as I booked for 2 adults and child and same with breakfast seems there was some communication error between Accor and hotel. Anyway price reflected everything.

Not bad for a cheap hotel. Even had lager in vending machines which was a big bonus as it was very hot and I was travelling on my motorcycle. Clean and fairly quiet apart from Hungarian truck drivers drinking beer outside of the hotel, but in all honesty couldn't blame them as the temp was over 30 Celsius and would've joined them if I knew any Hungarian hahhaha.

Room was nice, but: It is very difficult to find the hotel, using the street address in the GPS. There is no lift and i my room was at 3rd floor. Wi-Fi was very slow and it didn't work all night long (cheked with laptop and smartphone).

We booked this hotel last minute on the way to Poland. We only paid £40 a night and were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the hotel. Room was fairly clean, the bedding and towels were nice and fresh.Polite and friendly stuff. Very close to the transit motorway,so if you looking for a break in your journey this is the place. Highly recommend!

We’ve booked this hotel last minute on the way to UK just to sleep overnight and were very nicely surprised. Generously sized and clean room, friendly hotel staff and amazing breakfast! Definitely recommend.

I had a good stay at this hotel. Rooms were a little dated but suited the building. Boasts sky tv but have very little channels. Breakfast buffet was a winner. Cold items were kept in fridges. Weirdly enough this is not the same for other German hotels that I have stayed in. Had a good nights sleep.

Breakfast is still the same as it was a few years ago. The difference is that the homemade waffle machine is gone, but there is a bread machine, which is not bad. In addition, the sparkling water in the room is 3.5€.

Friendly welcome. Check-in was quick. Room is neat and clean. No coffee/tea in the room, but in the photos. Housekeeping on request. Real key. The hallway is a bit noisy and sometimes some noise from other rooms. Excellent breakfast times. There is enough choice but miss whole wheat bread to cut yourself. Conveniently located at Westfield Mall and close to highways.

I remember this Hotel, had stayed here a few years ago when I went for Drupa, my stay comfortable, Nice and Happy, they have a nice bar and lovely environment, beautifull surroundings, Ruhur Park A very hugh and a large area for shopping/movies etc is very near to the hotel.

We were together for 1 night (23.07.16) in this Hotel and were very impressed! Very quiet and well maintained location of the hotel!! Spacious and modern rooms. Also, a nice and modern bathroom. The hotel is very close to the railway station. It is is quite new (2 years old now), rooms are very modern and clean. The staff was helpful, but please remember that reception closes at 20. Of course there is a wifi connection all over the place

After a long drive from Calais, I was pleasantly pleased to pull up the hotel. Very friendly lady on reception quickly booked me in. My room is spotlessly clean but not modern but I'd prefer clean over modern and dirty every day. The restaurant was busy but squeezed me in to a very tasty meal with a waitress helping to translate the menu into English. Come and stay and not be disappointed

Just as the first Time we came into the room, surprised us the most is the cleanliness. Especially in the bathroom it was really excellent. We were surprised about the competence at the front Desk was also positive that was us when Logging on to the Wi-Fi quick assist. Good hotel in centre of Bochum. We've been there for one night and all was good. Worker in reception can speak English. Rooms are clear but one thing that didn't satisfied us that was size of bathroom, it was too small and I think if closet was not so huge it has more space for bathroom. I have stayed at zum neuling for the last 4-5 years whilst visiting family in bochum. The staff are very welcoming and willing to cater to all your needs. They are also good to have a chat with at the bar on a quiet evening. The hotel itself is very clean and well presented and offer an outstanding continental breakfast. I can guarantee that i will be staying religiously now for many years to come

Even though the position is rather difficult when it comes to sound levels during night time it's very clean and the staff friendly.

Conveniently located next to Bochum's train station, the hotel offers nice rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food is very good. Breakfast is excellent. You can use the hotel parking for 23€ or use the near by underground city garage at a 1.6€ an hour or 14€ a day. There are a lot of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes by foot. Highly recommended if you need to stay in the area.

In my view, a 3 star would be a more accurate reflection: No room safe, No fridge/minibar, No drawers (just shelves), No room service menu or hotel guide, No bellboy, No signage of how to pull up in front of the hotel, a bar that doesn't open until 16:30, so no lunchtime drink and an bathroom that could do with modernisation...
