at Breakfast we had to wait a very long time, unfortunately on a fresh plate. in the morning we were awakened by a neighboring rooster.
The rooms were clean. the normal double rooms are rather tight, the Suite was ok for us. But actually, no Big claims

- Very Loud due to events and ( due to the Smoking ban ) noise due to Smoking and alcohol consuming guests in front of the Hotel.

A reasonably pleasant experience outside of town. There is a small restaurant close by. A short walk to the university. Bus stop on the corner.
You'll need to take transit to see anything beside the university, which is a bit of a walk through the woods. Nice quiet place to stay.

Good place the room is clean, people's here very friendly the only bad thinks is the restaurant., there is no restaurant in the hotel just one near the hotel but with few options if you have car it is not problem.

Quiet and nice hotel out in the green woods in the south of Bochum. Friendly staff, clean rooms and enough spaces for a productive work environment outside the office cubes. Been here again for the first time since 8 years and surprised and happy to see that I have the same positive experience as before. Perfect for smaller business meetings and workshops.

The Service staff were very nice and accommodating. Currently the rooms are being renovated, what you have is quite necessary, because they look very shabby. Due to the division with the small balconies, the house with the Touch of a clinic.
Overall the stay was very pleasant and the Breakfast plentiful and delicious.

Run-down Hotel, dirty carpet, smell of chlorine in hallway and room. Unfriendliness at the front Desk. In the morning, screeching taps. Parking is bad and far away. Super Soft Mattress. Curtain does not close completely. Very bright the morning we had the room. Bad Price - Performance Ratio. I can't really recommend.
