Hotel us showing it's age. I remember finishes being a little more refined when I stayed there 4 years ago. The hotel does have easy parking. It also is very close to the river and excellent restaurants.

Castle hotel that gives you the option of original castle rooms or modern contemporary rooms in a new building opened in 2012. Wonderful service and amazing views over Würzburg. Nice hotel, we stayed in a modern second home in minimalist Skandichik. Since we had a room overlooking the backyard, it was very quiet. We also had a wonderful evening with excellent food at a starred restaurant (Cuno 1408). The young chef was convincing and we look forward to his future creations.

I stayed in the annex and it was really great. Charming place, in the heart of the city, in an old monastery building, creative and very well equipped and furnished. Clean but small room, they forgot to stock towels thou, which wasnt tragic but something i havent seen before, since towels are usually overstocked. Service was nice, breakfast variation was ok. The location requires some footwork if you want public transportaion.

Friendly, clean, but walls were super thin. I understood every word of the (long) conversation next door, and they weren't even loud. Without earplugs no chance of getting a good rest.

Very nice hotel. My wife and I were impressed with the bedroom presentation. It was very clean and we'll preserved. Nice view and very close to the city's Hauptbahnhof (5 min walk). It resides in the middle of the Altstadt, so you can reach lost of the main attractions by foot. The front desk was polite and very helpful!

Nice hotel with parking 12 euro. Located 10 minutes from downtown. Huge room with big bed and tv, and Coffee maler. Perfect bathroom and good solid breakfast. Only downer - the pool was closed? Because of Covid19, why? Other hotels have their pool open.

Stayed here on a couple holiday with my fiance and enjoyed it very much. The location is great, offering access to the mainstation and public transport within walking distance. Good location, about a 10min walk from city centre. There is parking but it’s a bit tricky to find because there are two other parking lots near it, so we ended up parking at the parking lot next to the hotel rather than at it. The room was nice and clean but really cold, as we were there only for one night so didn’t complain, we tried resetting the thermostat but it just wouldn’t work.

Good hotel, room is a bit noisy. Comes from the airco system, or the ventilation which is centrally stopped at 11h. Or when you open the window giving city noises. Isolation of the room is also not optimum.

I stayed here one night while traveling to Austria. The hotel is very nice with clean rooms and nice beds. Breakfast was very extensive. The village Veitshöchheim offers a beautiful Rokokogarten with an impressive palace.

Was on 24.01.2015 there for tea. No special offer at just under five euros for a pot of tea, but you get a pleasant ambience and a good Cup of tea in a fine pot and Cup. Can I recommend it!

Great location. Overlooking the River Maine and the historic 'wine bridge, and very close to the city centre, which is lovely. We had a very smart, comfortable room at the front facing across a fairly busy road to the river on the other side & view beyond but with no traffic noise disturbance. Good mini bar & breakfast! The hotel is well located to be both accessible en route and has good pedestrian access to the city centre. Our room was a little dated and in need of refurbishment but adequate. Overnight parking in the secure underground car park was convenient and available although a little expensive.

Chambers atbthe front have lotsnof noise from thz street resteaurant. So opening a window is lotsnof noice. Closing the winfows makes it super warm. But central hotel, very good people. Very helpfull.

The hotel is situated within a 10' walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient if you are on a short visit to Würzburg. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety. The bed very comfortable and the room was clean, tidy and spacious.

A few minutes walk from the centre. Rooms are sufficiently large, but very hot. Some additional power outlet would be useful. Nevertheless, breakfast is more than satisfactory, the personnel very kind and cleaning quite good.

Fabulous terrace for breakfast or late evening drinks. Bedroom needed updating but was clean and pleasant. Disappointed that our view was blocked totally by a tree and balcony was tiny when such a big deal was made of the balconies on the website. Also the bus service mentioned in the blurb is very limited at weekends.

A hotel in a magical part of Germany. A great base to explore explore the region. Breakfast is not to be missed. WŰRZBURG is a gem just waiting to be discovered.

We went as a party of six and felt cramped at the table. The chairs felt like they were going to break. The layout of the restaurant is very simple. The food was pretty good, but seemed slightly overpriced. The waiter was friendly. I would go again, but there are other restaurants in town I like better.

The hotel was very nice and clean but my room was located above the bar so it was noisy on the Saturday and Sunday evenings. I think it would have been better to have been in the upper floors.

Loved the hotel, not cheap but I have to much worse places in Wuezburg for just little less. Spacious and comfortable rooms with some character. Some room from the street but nothing too bad. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I can not comment on this.

We were recommended this place by a local, and it was a great recommendation. It's very charming. He suggested a wine samples from the local region. We also got cheese fondue for two. It was so much food and wine, we could have split it all. Great spot!

I stayed in the apartment "Goldberg". It's a a very spacious and clean apartment, warm and cosy in winter. However being right on the Haupstraße (main walking street in the old town of Heidelberg) it was quite noisy. That's to be expected of course - earplugs were provided during our stay.

Arrived at 10.00am directly from a 22 hour international flight. Reception was friendly and efficient and managed to get us our air conditioned room early, a bonus as Germany was in the middle of a heatwave! Great location, literally minutes walk to great sights, food and the river. Lovely breakfast and consistently friendly staff. A very relaxing start to our European Holiday.

The breakfast was good. I reserved the room in this hotel and I paid a lot of money to enjoy the view but unfortunately the room had a very bad view and I asked if it is possible to change the room but the woman at the reception did not change it and she was very unfriendly. I think it should be a difference between room prices which have a nice view of Main and which have a very bad view like out...

We spent a family weekend. The room was modern but had weaknesses. The service and the food and drinks in the evening were very good! Was very noisy until 2:30 a.m., to the regret that the boss himself celebrated with us. Breakfast the next day was normal but not premium as advertised. Central location with no parking. I only tried the restaurant. They have a very nice terrace in the back yard, first floor. Food was good (fried mushrooms, Bruschetta "Fränkische Art" and Gulp Burger (picture). Menu is typical local with some variations. They have as well two of my favorite german Beers: Augustiner Edelstoff and Keiler Hefeweizen. Service was a bit hectic on the terrace.
