The hotel's front desk service was excellent. However, there's construction nearby which made driving a bit difficult for us. Also, the hotel parking is on B2, and it was a bit challenging to maneuver and turn into the spots, especially for slightly larger cars. The room itself was very spacious and clean.

A modern, comfortable, and spotless hotel conveniently located just outside the city. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and meets 4-star standards. Although it was just a quick one-night stay, I had a very positive impression.

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the main train station and downtown, with plenty of buses going to both. It's new and very clean, and the breakfast spread is extensive and tasty.

This is the best hotel in Germany for a two-week trip. I want to come back because of the best mattresses compared to all other hotels, luxurious interior, outdoor interiors, and very friendly staff. Close to the main street and riverside, it's also the best location.

Great location a little loud at night but not bad. We stayed in the NEW tower it was very nice. Only issue and it was bad for such a new tower where the beds. I woke up in a bread basket of a mattress. Firm but you sink into a hole. But once again room was awesome. Staff was very nice also. Good location by the town.

They have an outdoor parking lot and an underground garage. To get to the hotel, you have to drive through a barrier to access the outdoor parking lot. If you do that, an additional €13 will be charged. A rip-off for an outdoor parking space!

The room is clean, quiet and also beautifully organised. The restaurant on the first floor offers breakfast in the morning, good food for dinner at the evening and also various drinks at night. There is no store nearby so you can get some snacks and beverage in the restaurant. The crew in the restaurant can also send drinks and food to your room.

There were no tea bags in the room and when we asked the hotel to provide they wanted to charge us for this. Providing tea and coffee in the rooms is basic for every hotel and it was quite shocking that the hotel did not want to provide tea bags. They must realise that everyone doesn’t drink coffee and some people would like to have tea in their rooms.

I asked the hotel how to remove the plug from the bathtub, but they couldn't help me. They came to check it out, but they didn't finish it. What a shame. The location is great. The view was great, and the food was delicious.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved this place and wished we had more than a one night stay booked. It’s beautifully done and sits over Würzburg where you can see the entire city. The breakfast was just what we needed before heading on to our next adventure and was amazing!

Very charming and perfectly located Hotel build on an old castle in Würzburg. The rooms are quit luxury and the food is delicious. Especialy the wine range is (which makes this city of Germany so famous for) great. The Hotel view is priceless, with a view over Würzburg and the illuminated Castle and city (evening) just on the other side of the river makes a stay all in all very confortable.

We were told the AC was not working when we arrived but would be fixed. That evening, we were told it was working. It was not, and when I questioned it, I was told it would be checked. It never worked in our 2 rooms all night and the clerk in the am argued with me that it did. They did nothing about the bill and this hotel was exactly twice the price of the one in Rothenburg. Not worth the price.

I used the spa service and it was way above my expectations there are 2 saunas one 95* the otherone 65*, 1 steam room, small pool with freezing cold water and a swimingpool with warm water and nice areas to chill.There is tea, water and fruits to help yourself. I'm sorry, but the service in the Bar/The terrace was inadequat. As soon as I get to know that a concert with 5,000 guests (a lot of staying a the hotel) takes place, I'm prepared for a proper bar service after the concerts when the fans drop in. This was not the case and a lot of guests were disappointed.

This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!

Bad Mergentheim's Gem We stayed here because we were attending a family party in a nearby village. Multiple people of our group did return their meat since it was dry and the opposite of tender. Not acceptable for this price level. This hotel was amazing!! They worked to find us an accommodation and then proceeded to give the best service. I would rate higher if I could because the staff was that amazing. The ladies at Reception and in the bar/restaurant were super. The cleaning team was just as nice and helpful as well. We try to visit every couple of months to enjoy a long weekend. The hotel is beautiful, handled with love, and the owner makes sure your special. The entrance to the Therme is very convenient and we just adore spending time there.

Great apartment with everything you need. A kitchenette with decent equipment. Cutlery and cleaning supplies thoughtfully packaged. Large bed and comfortably firm pillows. The only drawback is that the room feels a bit dark due to the dark floor and small window, making you tempted to turn on the light even in the afternoon. Beautiful place, neat little town. Nice posh hotel with really nice rooms, the Milka Chocolate bar upon checking in was a nice touch. Restaurant looked delicious, although we did not eat there. The only reason for the lower rating on comfort, was that the bad was rather stiff and quite uncomfortable, neither one of us slept well, but this is kind of personal preference.

We booked this 4* hotel direct through hotel. It is a small hotel with small bedroom. We did have a balcony which was nice.
