The space, location and service were amazing. By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Wurzburg and it was relatively affordable.

Quite old building from the 80s which would need a renovation. Many choices for breakfast, but not always good quality (e.g. the cheese was cheap mass production)

As expected of a luxury hotel, the room was spacious and even had a bathtub, which is rare for a high-end European hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. The only downside was that it was a little far from the station and the tourist center, but it was only about 500-600 meters, so it wasn't too much of a problem. I'd like to stay here again. It's a shame that I was too tired to...

Convenient and comfortable hotel near the city center and all the historical landmarks. The rooms are clean and functional. Generous breakfast. Beer garden and covered parking 🅿️. Service is efficient and professional.

This hotel was great. I was a bit put off by the premiere inn affiliation but it was super nice and felt luxurious. Our time had a ton of space and a very comfortable couch. The restaurant food was very nice and the waiter was awesome! In the best part of town too.

Great location. The building itself is a little odd in that it is split up and you have to go underground and around to get to your room. The basement, elevators, and hallways had a very bad smell. You can tell they tried to cover it with multiple air fresheners, but it just smelled like dead rodent with a hint of potpourri. Luckily, our room did not have the odor and was very clean.

Nice place to be in the middle of the center of Würzburg. Walkdistance to the city, fair prices also for the parking . Best matraze ever and also new design pillow - you will like it much. Fully recommentation .

Nice hotel with parking 12 euro. Located 10 minutes from downtown. Huge room with big bed and tv, and Coffee maler. Perfect bathroom and good solid breakfast. Only downer - the pool was closed? Because of Covid19, why? Other hotels have their pool open.

Hotel is fine but Wi-Fi is very poor. Only works intermittently and you have to keep signing in very often. They need to improve this problem urgently.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved this place and wished we had more than a one night stay booked. It’s beautifully done and sits over Würzburg where you can see the entire city. The breakfast was just what we needed before heading on to our next adventure and was amazing!

Very charming and perfectly located Hotel build on an old castle in Würzburg. The rooms are quit luxury and the food is delicious. Especialy the wine range is (which makes this city of Germany so famous for) great. The Hotel view is priceless, with a view over Würzburg and the illuminated Castle and city (evening) just on the other side of the river makes a stay all in all very confortable.

We stayed here for one night. The room was very hot and did not cool down at all. There is no airconditioning. Diner was great, breakfast was great, location was great, but the room was bad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was well appointed with a great view of downtown Würzburg. The service staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet.

Nothing is missing. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. The proximity to the center complements the very good offer.

Nice personal but hotel rooms need some renovations

Clean but small room, they forgot to stock towels thou, which wasnt tragic but something i havent seen before, since towels are usually overstocked. Service was nice, breakfast variation was ok. The location requires some footwork if you want public transportaion.

Overpriced and far out. To be fair, the staff was helpful and polite. 6 TV channels, really? No WiFi Signal in the rooms. The beds are ALWAYS seperated, no king size or double bed available. We spent a lovely couple of nights at Zur Schwane last weekend. I’d last been here 20 years ago and the welcome remains just as warm. Friendly, professional staff, fantastic food AND their delicious own wines in a warm and beautiful atmosphere. We felt greatly hosted with our kids!

We stayed in the hotel just to rest overnight on our travels. The room was lovely, easy self check-in machine, parking €5. McDonald's opposite to the hotel. The staff was really friendly. The only problem was that the room was little warm, we slept with open windows. Beautiful surroundings.

No reception, just a machine outside for self check in. Plenty of car parks, I don't understand why it charges 5eur, would be better if it's free. The room was not clean. Spider webs at the corner. Flying ladybug in the bathroom. One of the towels in the bathroom was slightly wet when we just arrived (we haven't touched it) but no one was here to help with the situation. Close to the outlet.

I would like to give 5 stars for the staff service and 3 stars for the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the air conditioning didn't work and it was difficult to contact the front desk. There was no instruction or number provided on the phone. The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice, but there was no coffee machine in the room.

We've been there for a night as most of the visitors since it is near the motorway but hotel is nice and clean with very good breakfast options. Buffet table shiuld be checked mlre often since when we came down it was only one table in the restaurant but still quite a few items were missing.

Very nice clean hotel. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need. Breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired, plenty of everything. If there is something at the end, it is all topped up at once. Very nice and sweet waitress even moved the table for us because we wanted a little more peace and quiet inside. Nice big room, clean and cozy. Very helpful and friendly staff. BIG pool, crystal clear water. Nice breakfast and quite various.

Perfect location in the park and central to the city. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms could use some remodeling, I think they are getting a bit old fashioned. Still nothing to complain about, though.

This hotel was amazing!! They worked to find us an accommodation and then proceeded to give the best service. I would rate higher if I could because the staff was that amazing. The ladies at Reception and in the bar/restaurant were super. The cleaning team was just as nice and helpful as well. This hotel is also connected to the Franken Therme so it was already going to be great! The rooms were nice...

We try to visit every couple of months to enjoy a long weekend. The hotel is beautiful, handled with love, and the owner makes sure your special. The entrance to the Therme is very convenient and we just adore spending time there.

Ok location close to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Rooms were clean and large but no aircon on a hot summer day. Good breakfast. Some staff only talked german. Didn't use the spa witch is the big thing there.

I stayed there for two months for work and they treated me so well. The rooms are nice and the restaraunt has very good food and great service! I would definitly recommend staying there!

The staff is super friendly, cleanliness is a top priority, the ambiance doesn't feel cozy to me, the bar has great cocktails, but it's not a place you'd want to linger. Still worth a visit, and the bathrobe-clad walk into the thermal baths is unbeatable!
