Room/suite was beautifully presented, clean and welcoming. The shower was excellent with space to move, strong water pressure and almost instant hot water.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. However, there's construction nearby which made driving a bit difficult for us. Also, the hotel parking is on B2, and it was a bit challenging to maneuver and turn into the spots, especially for slightly larger cars. The room itself was very spacious and clean.

Everything is good. The location is convenient - around 10 minutes to the central station. The rooms were clean, but the shower wasn't convenient - without the door. The Double bed isn't enough but for family with a child, I recommend a separate bed for the child.

Stayed here on a couple holiday with my fiance and enjoyed it very much. The location is great, offering access to the mainstation and public transport within walking distance. Good location, about a 10min walk from city centre. There is parking but it’s a bit tricky to find because there are two other parking lots near it, so we ended up parking at the parking lot next to the hotel rather than at it. The room was nice and clean but really cold, as we were there only for one night so didn’t complain, we tried resetting the thermostat but it just wouldn’t work.

Pretty typical for a Marriott hotel. Nice rooms with reasonably helpful staff (not nearly as helpful as many smaller hotels I've stayed at). Clearly geared toward business travelers. Nothing is free. The staff clearly tries very hard to just stay out of your way and not be noticed.

They have an outdoor parking lot and an underground garage. To get to the hotel, you have to drive through a barrier to access the outdoor parking lot. If you do that, an additional €13 will be charged. A rip-off for an outdoor parking space!

The room is clean, quiet and also beautifully organised. The restaurant on the first floor offers breakfast in the morning, good food for dinner at the evening and also various drinks at night. There were no tea bags in the room and when we asked the hotel to provide they wanted to charge us for this. Providing tea and coffee in the rooms is basic for every hotel and it was quite shocking that the hotel did not want to provide tea bags. They must realise that everyone doesn’t drink coffee and some people would like to have tea in their rooms.

From the station, it's just a one-stop bus or tram ride. The hotel is located in a quiet area and is conveniently close to the Alte Mainbrücke (Old Main Bridge), so I highly recommend it!

What an absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved this place and wished we had more than a one night stay booked. It’s beautifully done and sits over Würzburg where you can see the entire city. The breakfast was just what we needed before heading on to our next adventure and was amazing!

Very charming and perfectly located Hotel build on an old castle in Würzburg. The rooms are quit luxury and the food is delicious. Especialy the wine range is (which makes this city of Germany so famous for) great. The Hotel view is priceless, with a view over Würzburg and the illuminated Castle and city (evening) just on the other side of the river makes a stay all in all very confortable.

We stayed for just one night but we were surprised by all the details they offered... Like treats for our dogs or even being allowed to have a big beer as the welcome drink, which is not even possible in most luxury Accor properties. Breakfast was amazing and the team is phenomenal.

This is a very nice hotel, modern, reasonably priced, with attentive service, and the room was great. I definitely recommend it, but it is a bit outside the historic center of town. Also, there aren't many restaurants in the immediate area. It's a ten to fifteen minute walk to get to busier area of town. If you don't mind walking then this is a great choice.

This hotel was great. We were two American tourists only staying for one night. We appreciated the heat and AC in the room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a standard European size bathroom. The breakfast had a great selection and was worth the price in our opinion. We would stay here again!

We were told the AC was not working when we arrived but would be fixed. That evening, we were told it was working. It was not, and when I questioned it, I was told it would be checked. It never worked in our 2 rooms all night and the clerk in the am argued with me that it did. They did nothing about the bill and this hotel was exactly twice the price of the one in Rothenburg. Not worth the price.

We were in Würzburg over Easter 🐣, and the hotel was very centrally located. Our family room was spacious. Dog-friendly. A modern parking garage was just around the corner. Friendly staff and a varied breakfast, although we missed gluten-free pastries. Highly recommended.

The only real small issues were the thin pillow, tiny shower and curtain that didnt quite reach the floor. And they use keys and everyone had trouble figuring out which way to turn them and it made alot of noise.
