I stayed here once in 2011 and again in 2024. It's a great little hotel. Comfortable rooms, very kind staff, and a delicious breakfast. It's also in a very nice, central location.

It would be well worth driving out of your way to eat at the Hotel restaurant, the DeHam. In the 14 days we spent in Germany and France, it was by far the best meal. In my over 40 years as a professional traveler, the dinner was a rival to any in the world. The hotel room was spacious, quiet, and accommodating. Put this family operated hotel on your bucket list.

Very friendly and very clean. For the price, no complaints. Small issue that my room was a bit cold when I arrived and I couldn't get the radiator to work, but this resolved itself.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My first room, #105 was small, with a window to the street. When the bathroom ventilation didn't work, I asked for assistance. I was given another room, #101, with a bathroom window and twice as much space, facing the back courtyard, a drive through area. Good WLAN. People smoked below my window and there was considerable traffic in the courtyard at certain times...

The hotel management and staff are helpful, friendly and cater to your needs. Though the food is not cheap it is well worth the cost. Our event was perfect and the hotel’s ambient is great. I have nothing more to add. Nothing more to add. Nothing more to add.

An odd one Posh restaurant connected to a hotel that badly needs a refurbish. Carpets are old and stained. Lift is archaic and doesn't service the top floor.

Fabulous stay filled a childhood dream. Father was stationed at the Air Base when it closed. We used to walk the village often. Always loved the property. It didn’t disappoint.

We stayed in this hotel for 2nights and they give us a a big room with living room in the second floor no.11.Big bathroom with shower, everthing looks new and very tidy as well. Love it. But we ddnt sleep good at all coz of the bell from the church every 15 mins or 30mins it will sound. The noise from the passing cars on the road begins at 5am in the morning. Luckily we stayed only for 2nights otherwise...

Everything thing is extremely well thought out. Decor, service, staff and all the little extras. Our dog had a great bed (as was ours) bowls and biscuits at bedtime! Breakfast had a good selection , with tea, coffee and juices available in the lobby all day.

I can’t say enough good things about Kloster Hornbach. It’s our favorite place for a night away. The establishment, food, wine, and service are unmatched. The rooms have so much character and not one detail is overlooked. I highly recommend the stay with half board.

The restaurant had the best ham eggs benedict I've ever had. The coffee was nice and strong, the jams, butter, and margarine were amazing and the croissants were perfectly fluffy and flaky. The service was excellent. Would recommend, will come again.

Nice stay for one night Room was nuce, clean, perfect for 2 people. Our room had a small kitchenette with a stovetop burner, small sauce pan, and a few other kitchen supplies. It worked well for breakfast but we opted to go out for supper. Overall the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. And the paid covered parking was acceptable.

Late night check in was a breeze. Parking was easy. Rooms were very nice and modern vibe with a nice common room available. There is a microwave and mini fridge which was also great. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful newer hotel and spa at a peaceful location. Seren surroundings at a small lake having a nearby great beer garden and alp style hut restaurant. Food was good service friendly. This is a very decent hotel, considering the price! I paid 49 euros per night. This is a really good deal! Most other hotels in the area are either closed or very expensive. The owners are very nice people, and super helpful. You can get help in French, Italian, Russian, English, and German, of course. If you don't like noise, ask for a room that faces the forest. The property is really a restaurant with rooms, they seem to have bought up houses ether side, we were in haus 3, there were at least four others mostly accessed from the street. Our room was huge, large sitting area, with sofa and two chairs, very comfortable. Didn’t eat in the restaurant, breakfast was good, excellent value.

The location was just what I needed as a stopover from Switzerland, before driving through France to return to the UK via Eurotunnel (following the quarantine restrictions imposed this last weekend). There is easy access to the A6 road. There is cheap local fuel and food shops in the town too. Free hotel parking outside my room, and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, meant my bikes were safe locked...

Most important things first...everything clean at a fair price. Hotel owner very nice. Breakfast buffet with everything you need. The only thing that I find a pity is these pre-baked rolls that are so modern everywhere. But also because breakfast was great for 7 euros. Other hotels also take 10 to 12 with pre-baked rolls. We will use this hotel again when we work nearby.

As one who can’t eat gluten, what a delight to find a restaurant with a dedicated GF restaurant and to enjoy CROQUETTES, which I haven’t been able to eat for the past two years. Schloss Hotel is always dynamite. Been staying here since 2003...hasn't skipped a beat. Great food, and even better setting in nature, and a very fair price. Highly recommended!

This hotel has no air conditioning. Fans are usually fine for Europe, but the room only had a table fan. The shower was so small, turning around turned the water off. The hotel is near trails, Nanstein Castle, and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. Breakfast was excellent, and staff was kind. This stay would be more tolerable in the winter.

Beautiful hotel nestled in the forest near the Nanstein castle ruins. There are walkways all around. The restaurant has limited hours as does the front desk. The room had the typical German amenities and decoration. I stayed in a single room so I wasn't expecting much room. The staff was friendly.

This was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. And I travel a lot. The owners are wonderful, helpful and accommodating hosts. The fresh breakfast is a great way to start the day. The hotel is in walking distance of all sorts of bars, restaurants and of course the castle. This is a great all around hotel.

A good B&B near to Ramstein. I had a comfortable room, complete with fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and I had a great shower. The breakfast was good. Plenty of free parking outside. The wireless was not great which was the only downside. I'd stay here again if in the area.

We have stayed here for extended periods of time. This is the only hotel in which I will stay. The innkeeper, Michael, does a wonderful job of making you feel at home and helping you to find your way around. He has a wonderful staff and we definitely felt like family.

Friendly place to stay The staff were so friendly and if we ever go back we will be staying here again. We had to ask if it was possible to check out an hour later due to a transportation issue and the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and let us check out at a later time. Best place we stayed while in Germany

Fantastic hptel with friendly staff

Lovely "German village" setting. Older hotel - 5 stories, no elevator and we were on the 5th floor. AC wasn't working in middle of the summer. Had to change hotels. The staff were very understanding.

My husband and I stayed at the Goldinger for 4 nights while visiting Landsthul , Heidelberg and Ramstein. The staff was extremely accomodating , especially helping us to get a taxi to the base for departure, The inn is so cozy! We will be back!
