Beautiful newer hotel and spa at a peaceful location. Seren surroundings at a small lake having a nearby great beer garden and alp style hut restaurant. Food was good service friendly. The hotel is new and has great views. Unfortunatly we couldn't use the spa and swimming pool but if it is anything like the rest it must be great too.

We just showed up to the restaurant 30 minutes before they open. The restaurant was fully reserved but Lino came down from heaven like an Angel to save our life. Very nice hotel with natural materials. Another positive aspect is the really friendly staff. Due to a traffic jam we didn't make it to dinner in time - but we didn't have to go to bed hungry. The hotel was lovely and walking distance to everything we planned on doing. The breakfast was outstanding and even had crispy bacon, not normal in most European hotels - it’s usually undercooked and floppy. We stayed here after four month closure, which obviously has affected no. of staff and its restaurant. But their hospitality is high and rooms are always cleaned perfectly.

The location was just what I needed as a stopover from Switzerland, before driving through France to return to the UK via Eurotunnel (following the quarantine restrictions imposed this last weekend). There is easy access to the A6 road. There is cheap local fuel and food shops in the town too. Free hotel parking outside my room, and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, meant my bikes were safe locked...

Most important things first...everything clean at a fair price. Hotel owner very nice. Breakfast buffet with everything you need. The only thing that I find a pity is these pre-baked rolls that are so modern everywhere. But also because breakfast was great for 7 euros. Other hotels also take 10 to 12 with pre-baked rolls. We will use this hotel again when we work nearby.

A really nice hideaway in a quiet and very green area of the Saarland. The rooms are space, the wellness and spa area is new, clean and invites to relax and the different golf courses can be reached in less than a minute. MTB courses and walking tracks are nearby. A good B&B near to Ramstein. I had a comfortable room, complete with fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and I had a great shower. The breakfast was good. Plenty of free parking outside. The wireless was not great which was the only downside. I'd stay here again if in the area.

We have stayed here for extended periods of time. This is the only hotel in which I will stay. The innkeeper, Michael, does a wonderful job of making you feel at home and helping you to find your way around. He has a wonderful staff and we definitely felt like family.

This was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. And I travel a lot. The owners are wonderful, helpful and accommodating hosts. The fresh breakfast is a great way to start the day. This place has been here for over 25 years serving the American military. What can I say, as the breakfast is the best with eggs, sausage, bacon and yes salmon. They do have fresh cut fruit and tasty coffee. The rooms are large with ac, fridge, and microwave.

We use this hotel regularly as they are very welcoming and a pleasant place to stay.

Had a one night stop over and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Ivan was especially understanding and couldn’t have been more accommodating as my child was unwell and made us feel a lot less frantic which we really appreciate. Thank you again!

The property is really a restaurant with rooms, they seem to have bought up houses ether side, we were in haus 3, there were at least four others mostly accessed from the street. Our room was huge, large sitting area, with sofa and two chairs, very comfortable. Didn’t eat in the restaurant, breakfast was good, excellent value.

I typically have no issues with this hotel but this stay lasted 3 hrs the room felt dirty upon walking in so I left to get food and when I came back to shower that was the last straw the bathroom was dirty almost like they forgot to clean it and the toilet was recently used and dirty!! When I went to get my refund I was told that I had to pay for 1 full night even though I stayed for less than 3
