Very good family experience and not far from airport, or santo domingo for those that want to venture into the city, or bring your family over.... it is a good retreat for resting, the food is dominican, and it is in the best spot in the boca chica beach.

The staff are friendly and the pool and beach are clean. My room was large and comfortable and the food has been some of the best buffet style hotel food that I’ve had while visiting Santo Domingo. Unfortunately, the hotel seems fairly outdated and my bathroom was dark and needed repairs.

Beautiful property in great location but it shows its age. Many hallways and fixtures in disrepair. They offer a premium dining service that is not that much different than the regular buffet. We had a rest with our family since 02/07/19. drove in the mood to relax, and not look for cons. Therefore, the hotel was satisfied. Everything worked in the room, clean, timely cleaning. Everyone has the only problem with sunbeds, but for one dollar it can be solved. I liked the place

I am satisfied with the hotel. My only complaint is that for two times the same week they gave us access to the room past 4:30 pm .if they cannot deliver the room on time at least they should give some compensation.

Just came here for the Beach Vibes today! The beach and the water were amazing. Also, the Marina Bar at the boat dock was the best. The Bartender did her thing all day!! Amazing Service!

Yes the building is dated, but the staff is hospitable, the outside terrace and pool are well maintained, and the breakfast is wonderful with variety of selection. We decided to book another night due to our next location (strange communication and payment method), and will consider again for the price point in Santo Domingo and the Dominican Republic.

We needed a hotel to spend the night after a late arrival at the Santo Domingo airport. And everything was perfect. Check in at midnight without any problem and a delicious full Dominican breakfast in the morning. Decent rooms with air conditioning that could be regulated correctly. Recommended.

My opinion is that the hotel in general is good, there's something about the smell of humidity of the halls and the rooms that should be improved.

Food was great, everything was clean, room was cleaned daily, staff was friendly, good safety. Breakfast was included. Dinner available-menu or buffet that changed daily. Small bar area too. Indoor and outdoor seating. Rooftop pool. Secured gated parking area. Lobby snack shop. Reasonable rates.

I booked the place for my parents, as they had to be at the airport by 4:30am. They had taxis available 24/7 and even prepared a snacks box for my parents to take in the morning. Staff were friendly and dinner buffet was good as well.

This place have excellent location but needs renovation special in bathrooms and balconies and needs to update the tables and chairs in the restaurant most of the chairs are broken the service staff are very good.

The property has a really great seaside location that also backs onto some bars and other ammenities. The Italian owner runs a tight ship with the place clean and tidy. He's also an ex chef who's happy to serve up some great cuisine and share a bottle of red and a chat. Definitely recommend.

I only stayed one night and has a great Caribbean experience: waking up to the sound of the sea (you can sleep with an open window, no mosqitos). The hotel staff is friendly and rather informal.

The hotel was confortable, and the people are very kind. Maybe they could include water in the rooms. I like location because is near to the beach.

Good atmosphere lots of different foods to offer. The calamari is really bad don't order chewy, bad sauce, baked not fried. The pan with guacamole is really good and the desserts are awesome. The tostones are dry but the shrimp with garlic and grilled vegetables are really good.

Loved my stay here, had a few issues that were tended to quickly, so no complaints. The staff is excellent and very friendly. They make you feel at home or a part of a small family especially when dealing with the same people for the duration of your stay. The food is excellent, as well as the service. I would highly recommend staying here and if I come back to visit I would stay here again.

It should deserve 5*. It's the nicest and most amenities in Boca chica. Only issue is the construction right next to it all day long. It can be very difficult to sleep last 9am. But the foods service, room quality is bar non in Boca chica. Hit water, brand new rooms with brand new air-conditioning and new bathrooms. There's not much else to expect from this area.

Great Juneteenth stay The location of the stay was perfect, literally steps from the beach--we were thankful for that. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff is A-1. The only problem I can say there is with the place, is the size of the beds. If you're on the smaller side, you have nothing to worry about. But if you're on the bigger side and plan on sharing a bed, you better choose a bigger bed

The family owned hotel is nested right on the water, beautiful rustic rooms, super clean and excellent service, they make you feel right at home, the restaurant is on the way but plenty places to eat around. Free use of kayaks and Paddle board for those calm waters is a treat.
