The staff are friendly and the pool and beach are clean. My room was large and comfortable and the food has been some of the best buffet style hotel food that I’ve had while visiting Santo Domingo. Unfortunately, the hotel seems fairly outdated and my bathroom was dark and needed repairs.

Beautiful property in great location but it shows its age. Many hallways and fixtures in disrepair. They offer a premium dining service that is not that much different than the regular buffet. I have clients in the Dominican Republic. If I am not going into the city,this is a great location to have meetings . Clients from different areas of the country can come and go without the traffic in the capital, and the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport ,so it is very convenient. The restaurant is very good. Service is outstanding.

5 mins from the airport with an awesome breakfast spread. The evening buffet is about $20USD is not bad at all and there are other a la cartel items. Ubers are accessible and readily available. Pool and gym are clean. The staff are attentive and kind. Carry small bills to tip.

Great location 5 minutes from SDQ. Definitely nicer than any Hampton in the US or Canada. Rooms are small, but clean and functional. Restaurant/bar was decent, albeit overpriced just like any hotel. The pool deck on the 5th floor was an added bonus, and was a great place to relax after working outside all day.

Good hotel if you want to stay close to the airport. There isn't much around the hotel but it has a bar and restaurant to cover your needs. Rooms are small but clean. Great for a short stay close to the airport.

5 stars as the place is very convenient: only 10 min drive to the airport and $11 (taxi service 24h offered by the hotel) The check in went very fast. We went to the restaurant: 2 club sandwich and French fries with 2 drinks for $30 (taxes included). Quality/price very good. Personel was professional and polite.

This place have excellent location but needs renovation special in bathrooms and balconies and needs to update the tables and chairs in the restaurant most of the chairs are broken the service staff are very good.

The property has a really great seaside location that also backs onto some bars and other ammenities. The Italian owner runs a tight ship with the place clean and tidy. He's also an ex chef who's happy to serve up some great cuisine and share a bottle of red and a chat. Definitely recommend.

I only stayed one night and has a great Caribbean experience: waking up to the sound of the sea (you can sleep with an open window, no mosqitos). The hotel staff is friendly and rather informal.

The staff was super friendly. The room was very nice suite like with refrigerator, AC, 2 burner stove tops. No microwave. Direct access to the public part of the beach or could stay within the gates. The gates are closed at night till morning so you can only see the sunrise if you go out the front door but let someone know because that front door is always locked. It's not too safe of an area. I was surprised at paying the guarantee one time (in time of chacking out it comes back), but in front of this hotel, there is the beach. So, good access to the beach. In the area of this hotel, we can find and use the reclining chair and the table. Staffes are friendly and net connection is good. If the breakfast were better, it would be perfect !

Staff are outstanding, they need training but terrific. Hotel is under staffed and limited operation but could easily be brought up to 5 star with some refurbishment.

WiFi works well enough to stream zoom, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is free with the stay. Not a 5 star stay, but certainly a 4 star. This area of Dominican Republic is less developed.

Excellent location! My only concern that I had was that it was impossible to shut the windows in the bedroom. They were screened, and had wooden slats over them with blinds... But you could not physically close them. The air conditioning unit was great, and kept it cool... Regardless, but it could not keep out the loud noises of birds/animals/workers/cars/loud drunk people/people smoking cigars/cigarettes...

Not the best looking place but the hospitality of the owners is incredible. Very friendly and helpful people. And the price is about the lowest you will find in Santo Domingo. The room was very clean and we'll equipped. I recommend and will return. A Uber taxi from the airport is only $4.00 US

Booked this room after a well needed family trip. Stood two nights and I must say I was suprised. Price wasn't bad, had a pool, AC, breakfast was included, bed was comfortable, big shower (hot water was a plus for me because my six year old isn't to fond of cold showers yet.) Very peaceful at night, there is a fridge, a safe, a table and chair, a pool table, also there is a couple of gym equipments...

Room was very simple but adequate for the price paid. What made the difference was the great welcome from the staff that checked me in (the bald guy). He really makes you feels at home. He recommended me a good restaurant when I arrived there. Location is great if you like to party in boca chica. 1 minute walk to the main street.

What I like is that is very quiet, the guys working here are very nice and courteous, and you are in a location where you are close to the beach.

We didn’t like staying at boca chica very much… feel like the tourism culture is not so good. People were just tryna get us to cough up as much money as possible :( But the hotel is very nice and clean. No complain. We only stayed one night - the last day before we fly early the next day. Great hotel in the wrong location. That part of boca Chica is in bad shape. Conner of street full with garbage just on the street. After 8 pm, the whole street changed to like some type of nightlife.
