If you happen to arrive to your hotel between that period you may have no towels to dry up. Good entertainment and the included drinks were great. Overall a great experience and beautiful vacation

We had a rest with our family since 02/07/19. drove in the mood to relax, and not look for cons. Therefore, the hotel was satisfied. Everything worked in the room, clean, timely cleaning

Great resort, with great prices. Unfortunately not too many guest but atleast I had a chance to rest and take advantage of the many amenities available

I would definitely return and make sure I get a location near the beach. The staff was friendly and the check-in was fairly quick and hassle free

The room was a bit outdated but still had great views and the bed was comfortable

The Good - the resort is well-kept, the food was fine, the drinks flowed, and they had plenty of activities for those into that. The room was well air conditioned and the wifi was pricey but stable

But then he made it pretty clear that I owed him a drink in return, I ended up being whisked to some bar 10 minutes away and bought him and his friend a round of drinks for an absurd price, then ended up giving him even more money after he complained he can't afford diapers for his kids at what the resort pays

After directly saying I'm not at all interested whatasoever, I got glared at by them for the rest of the stay. The Ugly - There is no ATM in the resort, so I had to walk two blocks in town to go to a bank

We didn't have hot water for the shower so much as slightly tepid water. We had dysentery for a few days, we stopped using the tap water to brush our teeth which may have been the culprit

He kept offering me cocaine and prostitutes which I politely declined. By the end of it I had to go back to the ATM again! So maybe the resort should consider installing an ATM

We paid for a lobster dinner outside the included buffet and it was absolutely worth it! The Bad - The beds were crazy uncomfortable and the pillows - man those pillows

5 mins from the airport with an awesome breakfast spread. The evening buffet is about $20USD is not bad at all and there are other a la cartel items. Ubers are accessible and readily available

I have stayed at this property perhaps a dozen times since it opened. At times in the past and at times, I have encountered problems

I have clients in the Dominican Republic. If I am not going into the city,this is a great location to have meetings

We went to the restaurant: 2 club sandwich and French fries with 2 drinks for $30 (taxes included). Personel was professional and polite

Good hotel if you want to stay close to the airport. There isn't much around the hotel but it has a bar and restaurant to cover your needs. Rooms are small but clean. Great for a short stay close to the airport.

Great location 5 minutes from SDQ. Definitely nicer than any Hampton in the US or Canada. Rooms are small, but clean and functional. Restaurant/bar was decent, albeit overpriced just like any hotel

This place have excellent location but needs renovation special in bathrooms and balconies and needs to update the tables and chairs in the restaurant most of the chairs are broken the service staff are very good.

I only stayed one night and has a great Caribbean experience: waking up to the sound of the sea (you can sleep with an open window, no mosqitos). The hotel staff is friendly and rather informal.

The property has a really great seaside location that also backs onto some bars and other ammenities. The Italian owner runs a tight ship with the place clean and tidy

He's also an ex chef who's happy to serve up some great cuisine and share a bottle of red and a chat

My family owns property near somewhat this area, so I have a different perspective, that being said ( and this is why I gave it four stars ) the place is full of car coats, alley cats and independent hospitalitarians , yes not really your family minded resort

The beach area is beautiful, white sand, beach sports and the Marina makey where you can take boat cruises, island lunch and fishing trips. O I forgot to mention that's a restaurant as well

The hotel is good for the price. The room might need some updates. The food it's not that good, and not that much stuff. It's definitely one of the biggest hotels in Boca Chica

Good God and the people are nice. The views are awesome.

It says it's a private beach and secure, but it is an unmonitored gate and all the vendors and beggers come into the back and bother you, the workers don't care! One of the guys working the restaurant and little bar out back was just simply rude and had an attitude! Forget taking Uber and Didi at the price quoted on the app, the drivers will text you to death to double the prices or arrive and double...

Close to the airport and good restaurant right next door

If you're going for a beach vacation the thing that takes away is the people selling things at the beach, and people leaving trash around. Overall we paid $70 for a two double beds pretty much got what we paid for

The hotel was clean the staff was very friendly, had local flavor. You knew you were in a thrid world country. The AC worked good but there was no hot water. The breakfast was good and the coffee was tasty

The gates are closed at night till morning so you can only see the sunrise if you go out the front door but let someone know because that front door is always locked

The room was very nice suite like with refrigerator, AC, 2 burner stove tops. Direct access to the public part of the beach or could stay within the gates

Great brand new. The clean a pillow top Super King Size Bed with white clean sheets. Good staff and beautiful restaurant with great food. Swimming pool with good music.

Best place to be in Boca Chica. Nice girls and ambiant. Pool bar was the best. Good drinks and good food. Hotel room are premium.

The Owner was a pleasure to meet, very I’m le and welcoming…The food was beyond delicious 😋 with the tropical flavor that only DR have… It’s a come back ticket for another great stay

WiFi works well enough to stream zoom, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is free with the stay. Not a 5 star stay, but certainly a 4 star

Staff are outstanding, they need training but terrific. Hotel is under staffed and limited operation but could easily be brought up to 5 star with some refurbishment.

I like their breakfast and although they have a variety of items; I almost always order like a local -the "tres golpes" (mangú, fried egg, fried cheese, & salami with more American style coffee and fresh made natural pineapple juice)

Excellent location! My only concern that I had was that it was impossible to shut the windows in the bedroom. They were screened, and had wooden slats over them with blinds. But you could not physically close them

The air conditioning unit was great, and kept it cool. Regardless, but it could not keep out the loud noises of birds/animals/workers/cars/loud drunk people/people smoking cigars/cigarettes outside

They have a nice pool, free wifi, cable tv & ac in the rooms, and limited parking. I am not a big fan of the glass stairs

Room was very simple but adequate for the price paid. What made the difference was the great welcome from the staff that checked me in (the bald guy). He really makes you feels at home

He recommended me a good restaurant when I arrived there. Location is great if you like to party in boca chica. 1 minute walk to the main street

What I like is that is very quiet, the guys working here are very nice and courteous, and you are in a location where you are close to the beach.

Price wasn't bad, had a pool, AC, breakfast was included, bed was comfortable, big shower (hot water was a plus for me because my six year old isn't to fond of cold showers yet

The location is right in the center of Boca Chica, beach is across the street, million of restaurants around, the hotel is new and super clean 👌 the bed was comfortable and I slept so good in there (that's super important for me!) The best hotel in Boca Chica. I stay there four times. Location is the best walking distance from all the restaurant and the beach. Very clean, great stuff, good breakfast, looking forward to visit again.

Clean hotel about one block away from the Boca Chia public beach. Secure front door and automated air conditioning that is activated with your room key card. Made to order two eggs or omelet breakfast included.

Its just 1hour far from the centre and 30min far from the airport. So if you want a directly rush to the beach, than this town is your choose. They have a lot of hotels in the town for each budget you want

We didn’t like staying at boca chica very much… feel like the tourism culture is not so good. People were just tryna get us to cough up as much money as possible :( But the hotel is very nice and clean

This is the best hotel in Boca Chica.... ground and rooms are well taken care of by the owner, Mario. Quite, good security and parking.

Even though they have a good 24 hour kitchen, they allowed us to order a pizza which we ate around the pool. Next time I'm in the need of a hotel near Santo Domingo or the airport, I'll probably stay at Hotel Mango again

Been here many times, owner is a very nice person and will make sure your time spent is enjoyable and all your needs will be met! Within reason of course.....we are still in Boca Chica, and some thing just can't be had!

We've stayed at Hotel Mango twice and both times our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean, the staff is helpful and efficient

Affordable hotel with free internet and AC. The security is good and the customer service is also nice. But again in Boca chica don't come with high expectation.

Clean Hotel with a friendly staff. It is away from the public beach area so it is less noisy. Restaurants directly accross the street are nice and will give you access to the beach when you done with them

My room had 2 balconys which was nice and needed because the a/c didnt get to cold so i had a good cross breeze going with both open. I would stay again if visiting Boca Chica, not many frills, but great value

The colmado/bodega across the street, large supermarket a couple blocks away, airport 15 minutes away and the beach a 10min walk from the hotel. The capital Santo Domingo is just a 25min drive

Tronco inc was very attentive to us as soon as we arrived. The room was good for the price and i felt comfortable throughout my stay there. The location is what I liked best

Everyone was friendly and would recommend it to anyone looking for an economic place with a great location

Very nice hotel close to the beach

It's not as bad as it might look. Aside from the power going out often and the water cutting off sometimes and not being able to turn the A/C off its Good deal if you're on a budget, and just passing through
