My third stay here. All of them great. Super clean rooms, beautiful grounds and the perfect location. Awesome beach and ocean views and easy access to all the restaurants and bars and cafes. People who work there were exceptional. Very polite, accommodating, and clean. The location is centered on Cabarete beach facing the ocean just awesome. We stayed in unit #202 with awesome view of pool & beach! The only thing I can think of that needs some attention is hot water heater, enough hot water for one person.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The people that work here are terrific. The property is very clean and located in a great spot on the beach, and in walking distance of many good restaurants. I found that staff is very courteous and are willing to help you with any problem you might have. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place. After traveling in the island for two weeks, we were welcomed by Renee to the luxurious appartment and felt right at home. She was an amazing host and we loved every second we spent there. The complex is private, clean, quiet and perfectly accomodating. The walking distance from the beach and private pool makes it a dreamy place to vacation.

Great hotel, Close to the beach and to town, but far enough away so you don't hear the noise at night. Tom and Renee are amazing hosts and will go out of there way to ensure you have everything you need. If you're kiting or just there to relax, it's the ideal place. Rooms are large and clean.

Great location close to the main hub, only minutes away walking. It was very quiet and we all slept well. This unit was on two floors, accessible from the ground floor. It was very spacious and we loved the private BBQ and outdoor dining area. The unit and grounds around the pool were very clean and well maintained. Great value for central cabarete!

Spent in this hotel 4 months - 3 in apartment and 1 in a room. Great botanic garden, great stuff, safe place, nice pool. Room wasn't extra, but it served, apartment was cool - spacious, 2 teraces. The onli minus is internet - always up and down, when raining mostly network not available... if you come here and would like to work, I suggest Claro internet sim, otherwise it will not work.

Very quiet - a rarirty in DR - hotel. AC and I think the hot water worked. Some places say they have hot water... What makes this hotel stand out is that it is close to the main drag and beautiful gardens around the pool for great effect. You will pay less if you don't make reservations. Most places in the DR charge the gringo rate over the internet.

It's like staying in a botanical garden, or a rainforest. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and great pool area. The best part is the not only is it literally across the street from beautiful Cabarete Beach, but it's in the middle of the action. Walking distant to amazing beachfront restaurants. They turn into lounges and dance clubs after the dinner rush. We had so much fun!

Good basic hotel with air conditioning. Bathroom had only soap - no slippers, bath ropes or shampoo. Fills basic necessities. Beach towels from lobby! Nice staff!

The room was clean and comfortable but dated. The air conditioner is in the bedroom but was able to cleap the entire apartment cool. The one television was in the living room. I was impressed by the cleanliness because this is the only place I visited in Sosua that did not have an ant problem. It is easy to find and everyone there was very friendly.

Stayed for 5 nights. Place is on a quiet street but near lots of restaurants and nightlife. The room was clean, had what I needed, and the balcony and pool, which was empty when I was there, were nice. I had to find my own bottled water because it wasn't supplied.

Beautiful grounds in a convenient and secure location. Two pools - one is an infinity pool facing the ocean with a perfect sunset view. You can't beat the private beach - one of the prettiest in the DR.
