Hotels with beach in Cabarete

I wouldn’t say it was horrible, but I’ve travelled the world and love trying new cuisines (I’ve eaten off street vendors in Bangkok at 2am lol) but the issue here wasn’t that it was ‘different’ from what we were used to

We ended up upgrading our trip while we were here and didn't expect all of the extra services that were included

I’ll be honest… I came with low expectations, but as we are leaving I’ll be honest and say that I don’t think we’d ever return

The entertainment is so fun and they provide a variety of things to do such as dancing, bingo, beach tours, etc. , especially when you come with a group! The food is good too, with a lot of variety

The beach is beautiful, the pool is great, the staff are amazing, but the rooms we had (yes, we had to switch rooms more than once) were not great (think leaking AC and water coming out of bathroom pot lights; part of the ceiling came down in our first room) and the food wasn’t that good

absolute beautiful location right on the Gulf with ocean view rooms available and less expensive rooms a 1 minute walk from beach. A beautiful well maintained pool. Every afternoon they hold the events by the pool

Love you, guys. Amazing staff, great food. Beautiful gardens, no to mention the views to the beautiful infinity pool gardens and the whole beautiful of Cabarete beach.

Best place to stay in Cabarete. Close to all of nightlife-al walkable but far enough that it's quiet when you sleep. Landscaping very well manicured and super tropical as you would expect

The beach in front of the hotel has been annexed by the ocean, so you need to walk a bit to find a sandy place to be

Pool is amazing as it is adjacent to the ocean. Restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. Great drink prices at happy hour. This is not a huge resort and staff is all very friendly and accommodating

And peaceful. Staff is attentive. Conveniently located. The beach was calm.

Service is great, the place is well kept, the pool is great and the beach has an area you can use on low tide in front of the restaurant that we enjoyed very much. The view from the restaurant is great

The beachfront is a true highlight — stunning setting, amazing sunset, great for swimming and walking and kite lessons available right at the hotel’s beach

I personally was not a fan of the music played at the beach restaurant, I prefer the sound of wind and waves but that’s a matter of taste — most guests seemed to enjoy it

Big two bedroom apartment for a family. Nice beach view. Staff very friendly. Lots of cool stuff to do nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at Ultravioleta. The staff was polite and very accommodating. The apartment was modern and clean with an ocean view. Very close to restaurants grocery store and beach

Bathrooms had almost no place to hang towels, very low water pressure and some days luke warm water, some closets had no bar, the AC did not work in the children’s room (AC was great everywhere else) and the elevator to the room was cool until you realized there’s no way to “lock it”

Doors to balconies lacked handles, did not close, there was no washer or dryer in the unit nor on site (a big no no for a penthouse at the beach), there was no gym on site either

We LOVED this property and hope to stay there again! The ONLY issue we had is with trash/litter … the property itself is very clean but the areas around the property have litter & trash and even some on the beaches and sand areas in front of the property

The staff was so nice and the property was beautiful. My only thing is the ac in the room was not strong and it was very hot to sleep at night. Food and drinks were great and the beach was so nice and clean

This was one of the most peaceful, beautiful and amazing experiences I’ve had. This hotel was a 10 out of 10! The staff was exceptional!!! I can’t wait for my next stay!

I think this is a constant battle for them, but it would help if there were more trash cans for the public! Other than that we can’t say enough great things about the property - beautiful, felt safe, stunning view, lovely and private

The cabanas mostly seemed like a 30 second walk to the beach. Note: if you do a day pass, it is required that you pay in cash for the spa and restaurants to take advantage of the discount

I cannot explain how good this hotel is. A top 10 in everything.

My family and I loved every minute of our stay in maravilla Eco lodge, Robert made the checking very easy, beautiful place well maintained, we loved our bungalow beach front you can jump right into the pool from it the kids loved that , comfy beds everything clean, peaceful environment Marc and the staff were very welcoming thank you so much!! We spend 3 nights in Cabarete Maravilla Beach Ecolodge in April 2024 to start our DR Roundtrip. [Ambiente] The hotel has a great value and provides a real experience. The Ambiente is pretty basic and ecolodge like

The best part was the “wild” beach and dinner by it! My friend and I had a great time! A night or two there would be recommended

You have to like it - do not expect 5* All in Resort feeling. For nature lovers like us, it was perfect. [Service] It’s a small hotel with not many rooms and a personal service

Location of this hotel is excellent right on the ocean and from talking with my client the room prices are very good.

You can take a long nap and absolutely nothing happens to your stuff or you at the beach! It's close to the center of the beach town a good 20 mins walk on the beach to where the kite surfers and regulars restuarants / shops

We felt like the beach area is so reserved for us at this resort

When we here there alot of your guest had late evening flight just like me and wanted to check out later then 10am which is to early! Overall I had the best stay at your location!! Thank you 😊

This locations is excellent if you looking for peace and quite! I really enjoy the hospitality and how the resort workers cater to your needs. Very low key no heavy party nor feeling insecure

There are 2 pools, an infinity pool next to the ocean, and a regular pool in the middle of the resort. The infinity pool was a great place to watch the surf. Beach was pretty, but hard to swim because of surf and rocks

We left our stuff at the pool area with the sense of security and return nothing missing! Also so far away from the street vendors and heavy public foot traffic which is a plus

Though the hotel is still going through renovations, it is a lovely place to stay! Across from the beach, with a beautiful pool, and warm, helpful front desk staff who are always smiling

This is a premium hotel with awsome service! The pool is to die for. Best in cabarete 10/10 for sure. Beach is 30 seconds walk

The people were so kind, welcoming and accommodating to our very large group which to me makes a hotel special! The location was in the middle of everything (including the beach) and felt very safe

It took a day to get at the very least an extra pillow and comforter. They didn't have extra towels when I asked for some new ones after being there a few days

We ate dinner in the restaurant daily and the food was truly excellent! If you're visiting Cabarete, whether to surf, sight-see or just enjoy the safe, friendly vibe of the town, stay at El Kaoba and you won't be disappointed

Although we didn’t use the pool due to our schedule, the area is beautiful, breakfast is included (if you paid for that part) and a restaurant is attached so very convenient for us

There's a bigger one with fully equipped kitchen and living room, or 2 brm apt also. The noisy street is far and blocked of so only thing you hear are the waves of the ocean. The beach doesn't have safe swimming

You need to go down a few hundreds yards. But that makes it more private Supermarkt is right around the corner and really nice restaurant a few steps away. The main beach bars are a few min walk

This place is WOW! It is the nices place in town hands down. It sits right on the beach, has beautiful garden, pool and 2 jacuzzi. I hot the 1 br without a kitchen

Charge an extra buck or 2 in the reservation and give free coffee in the morning. You have to walk pretty far to find a good cup of coffee. I would recommend this place as the best place to stay in Cabarete

Just a tip**the hotel location on Google maps isn't accurate, you have to walk until the end of the road after turning in where the "El Magnífico" sign is. Otherwise, the place is absolutely paradise. 🤙🏼

Quite, locations. Next door to Janet supermarket ( read the expiration date on the food from there) Clean rooms Clean pool. Only down for from me in there's no washer and dryer in unit.

The place is right on kite Beach club and perfect for kitesurfers, there are options for several types of apartments. I was supposed to be here for just 1 week, and I stayed for 2

Excellent location for being in the heart of kite surfing!!! Super amiable staff, right next to a couple of beach eateries and in the mix of all kite folks hanging out, really cool even for us wanna be kiters! I especially loved the spotlessly clean room! Great value for this hotel!

The closeness to Kite Beach, with Kite Club Cabarete right next to it was great. Where they were really helpful launching and catching the kites

The staff is amazing and so friendly – everywhere we went people were great and you cannot beat the location. Perfect place for kite boarding – winds were great while our visit

Amazing place for anyone coming to Cabarete to kiteboard! Stuff is very friendly and is always willing to help. Kite Club next door offers amazing food and drinks

Many beaches nearby We visited more than 7 beaches nearby including the one in our marine pearl complex. There are beaches for all tastes around, either with waves like the one at El Encuentro, Perla Marina

There is such a calming energy in this place) the perfect combination with the local wild Atlantic beach) I personally love it)

cabarete and other lower ones such as golden beach, sosua and caleton beach among others

Very good the villa and a very quiet and beautiful environment. Wonderful vegetation and beautiful rock formations and the sound of the sea that gives you a lot of peace

This is the first hotel that I liked.
