Hotels with pool in Cabarete

Regarding the resort the staff are very friendly and are eager to assist the guests. We cannot complain about the staff and Eduardo provided us additional. assistance as we had an elderly relative with us for 2 days

The hotel was generally quite good. What struck me most was how nice the staff are and how great the entertainers do their job. The shows here are super nice and there is always something new

This location is in a busy part of the town. My goal was to stay in the resort and relax which I did. I have family in the Dominican Republic and we purchased a stay for them as well

That also made it very uncomfortable for us as at every turn there were smokers, especially by the bar area as they parked themselves at most of the tables/chairs by the bar so that they can have easy access to the alcoholic beverages while smoking

There are kids at this location as well and although the pool and bar areas are located outdoors, it is still very unsafe for children, older adults and those with compromised immune systems

We couldn't enjoy two full days of the resorts amenities of which we paid for in our weekly reservation. If travelling to this resort, please ensure you check in Sunday after 3 pm and check out Friday at noon

Excellent Mongolian grill night all you can eat. Fresh, clean and well prepared as u wait. Great prices

My room card stopped working at 10 pm and their reception was closed. I called many times and no response. Had to climb up my balcony to get in to my own room, or sleep outside

They need to have a safe guard for things like that

There is a full kitchen in the units in case you are in the mood to cook or hire a cook to do it for you. The pool is located right in front of the water with a bar/restaurant nearby

And anytime I had a problem/need/request (how the dishwasher works? How can I get tested? I need extra towels!!) I picked up the phone, and right away they solved it

The apartment we got was amazing: every detail was perfect (for example, in the kitchen I could find every single pan and utensils I needed), super clean, and the terrace with jacuzzi on the rooftop was a dream

The service was five star in our visit and we can’t wait to go back. We also learned that Kite Beach is famous for windsurfing, attracting a lot of foreigners who practice the sport because of the waves

This spot is a gem! There is secure, gated parking on premises, the rooms facing the water have panoramic windows and views of the ocean and are big enough to accommodate a family and then some

I gave it a shot and it was a workout but it was fun. This resort is also centrally located among many outside restaurants and clubs that are in the area and close to Puerto Plata airport

Service is great, the place is well kept, the pool is great and the beach has an area you can use on low tide in front of the restaurant that we enjoyed very much. The view from the restaurant is great

The pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing spot to unwind with beautiful surroundings. One of the best parts of the stay was watching the world-class kite-boarding right from the resort

Love you, guys. Amazing staff, great food. Beautiful gardens, no to mention the views to the beautiful infinity pool gardens and the whole beautiful of Cabarete beach.

Great place, has a really nice pool. The rooms are comfortable despite the fact the AC is located in the entrance of the room, it’s fine. The only thing missing is the fact you don’t have a beach near you

The atmosphere is vibrant and exciting, and I can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommend Velero Beach Resort for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing beach getaway!

Spent a week here in March 2024 and had an absolute blast. Rooms were clean and in great shape. Our room had AC, not all rooms do - something to keep in mind. Food was great, don’t sleep on the pumpkin soup

I loved my stay! Apartment is superb. Sea view. Swimming pool. The Front Loop restaurant is right up front. The managers are friendly and attentive.

We stayed for Thanksgiving vacation and it was incredible! The apartment was clean and cozy and in the best location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. We would definitely go back!

Quite, locations. Next door to Janet supermarket ( read the expiration date on the food from there) Clean rooms Clean pool. Only down for from me in there's no washer and dryer in unit.

This place is WOW! It is the nices place in town hands down. It sits right on the beach, has beautiful garden, pool and 2 jacuzzi. I hot the 1 br without a kitchen

I would like to see them upgrade the mini fridge and the tiny flat screen, but this is my go to place on the north coast. A on site pool bar would be cool also.

The location is good, the grounds are beautiful. The penthouse is unbelievable. The only negative thing is they should serve coffee by the pool at breakfast

There's a bigger one with fully equipped kitchen and living room, or 2 brm apt also. The noisy street is far and blocked of so only thing you hear are the waves of the ocean. The beach doesn't have safe swimming

Charge an extra buck or 2 in the reservation and give free coffee in the morning. You have to walk pretty far to find a good cup of coffee. I would recommend this place as the best place to stay in Cabarete

VIP Villa has pool inside the villa....the villa itself is a bit run down...but it is a relaxing place to spend a couple days with a pool.

We really liked staying here. The location is 2 blocks off the main drag which can feel a little isolated but we had no issues walking to and from the beach.

Super conveniently located right in the kite launching spot. The staff is very nice and helpful. Room was spacious enough to manage all the kiting gear. Next to the Kite Beach Club which is a great plus.

Close to everything you could want while visiting – great places to eat, drink, kite school (Kite Club next door) and within walking distance to town – we did grab a moped taxi for groceries

The staff is amazing and so friendly – everywhere we went people were great and you cannot beat the location. Perfect place for kite boarding – winds were great while our visit

The rooms are great with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi that always worked, a bathroom shower with hot water and great pressure – the best part the rooms were SUPER clean and reasonable

And Kenneth the portier was really helpful taking our luggage to our room, giving us tips on where to eat and where to buy food for the room. If we had any questions he gladly answered them

The place is right on kite Beach club and perfect for kitesurfers, there are options for several types of apartments. I was supposed to be here for just 1 week, and I stayed for 2

They provided beach towels, fresh drinking water, and parking in front with good security

Location x 3, views of ocean everywhere. , roof top jacuzzi, pool, ocean breeze, ice cold a/c, modern decor, comfortable beds/pillows, spacious. Not too close or far from town

Very precious apartment! But the AC in our rooms didn't work, Lucky for us that the living room AC was so powerful that we just had to leave the bedroom doors open!! Apart from that great place and very nice location!

Our apartment had a good size kitchen for those who like to cook their own food from time to time while on vacation. The two bedrooms and living room area were spacious

This locations is excellent if you looking for peace and quite! I really enjoy the hospitality and how the resort workers cater to your needs. Very low key no heavy party nor feeling insecure

There are 2 pools, an infinity pool next to the ocean, and a regular pool in the middle of the resort. The infinity pool was a great place to watch the surf. Beach was pretty, but hard to swim because of surf and rocks

We left our stuff at the pool area with the sense of security and return nothing missing! Also so far away from the street vendors and heavy public foot traffic which is a plus

You can take a long nap and absolutely nothing happens to your stuff or you at the beach! It's close to the center of the beach town a good 20 mins walk on the beach to where the kite surfers and regulars restuarants / shops

We've stayed at the Millennium many times. Always beautiful, peaceful, clean and great service. My husband it's a surfer and when he goes to the surfing beach. I can stay on my own and rest at the beach or at the pool

Excellent hotel, resort and spa. Massage was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The kite surfing views are amazing. Over 20 kites in the air at the same time. Amazing!

We just stayed for 4 nights and really like this spot. Perfect for people like me who want to kiteboard while the wife sits by the pool drinking fresh pina coladas. Friendly staff, great onsite restaurant. No complaints.

It's the perfect beach for kite surfing too. Next time planning to take some lessons

I have disabilities but could have used the stairs in the hotel except for the fact there are no railings. I may have had quite a difficulty if the electricity was out or if there was some other emergency

The manager who welcomed us was extremely helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a big smile. Although we were in the villas I'm sure the experience under her management is great.

The front borders a busy road, and isn't particularly appealing from the outside, but the rooms and bungalows are set further back in an oasis from the busy area. The owner is very friendly and accommodating

I have not stayed here but got a quick tour the other day. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool looks clean and inviting. It feels like you are staying in the middle of a jungle

I recommend this place ☺️ The owner is good man who helps injured dogs. You can meet calm nice dog in reception so don't worry ☺️. Rooms are clean and staff is very nice people

Great hotel, excellent location, fair price. It isn't a luxury hotel, and you shouldn't book expecting that, but it is great for what it is

It is very close to the beach and it is silent also. When you cross a reception it looks like paradise ☺️

But walking by the beach a person pointed at us with a shot gun literally less than 2 mins away from the hotel and it was very scary and will not do that walk again - something we really enjoyed as it was the path to Encuentro - a surf spot we love - so keep that in mind if you like to walk in nature around the property

Definitely a place worth checking out. The only downside is it is not cheap. Swim in the ocean or in there pools, or just have a drink under a palm tree and listen to the waves slowly wash away the burdens of the world

What a great idea to go here, it really was a spontaneous booking to travel up to Cabarate, but here we found relaxation, romance, great places nearby to eat if we didn't want to eat the hotel food, though there's enough to keep you going if you just want to stay put

Great place for a 'get away from it all vacation'. lots of yoga meditation and massage available here also good just to visit the fantastic restaurants directly on a semi private beach. Great food reasonable prices

Great, rustic place right by the beach in Cabarete. If you get the Ceviche, just make sure the fish has been sufficiently "cured" by the lemon juice. Had to send mine back to get cooked a little extra

Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast and lunch were solid and very good. The lemonade mint ginger drink was phenomenal. Lovely views of the ocean from the restaurants and yoga shala

Manager was very kind and super helpful. Pool was beautiful, room was very cute. Super quiet and only a few people on the grounds. For the price given, it was more than enough. We loved it!

Just bought the second floor condo by the pool. Will be renting 2017 winter to 2018. The place and proximity to the ocean is unforgettable ! Pics coming soon !

Excellent location, lovely condo with great amenities including an infinity pool and direct beach access

Fantastic view, great swimming in the ocean (some great waves, and little undertow). Guards are great, makes us feel very safe. If power happens to go out, no problem, backup generator kicks in instantly

This is our 2nd stay at Playa Ventosa, but we will be back. oh ya, 5 minute walk to the largest grocery store in Cabarete (Janet's)
