I had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Grand Resort in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to every palate. The entertainment was top-notch, keeping us engaged and entertained throughout our stay. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. I can't recommend this resort enough, and I can't wait to return!

Staff are all great here, the location is beautiful. There’s so much to do with the entertainment team and at the watersports centre. We have had so much fun with all the entertainment team. Never before took part in so many activities. Restaurant staff are brilliant as well, especially Enmanuel. Rooms are tired and could all do with updating as problems with water pressure and power cuts have been an issue. But the hotel deal with any complaints efficiently and we have been contacted several times by guest services to ask us how our stay is going which is really good customer service. Overall we’ve had a great stay.

Some of the staff were excellent while others were dismissive and distant. The room was a 2 star at best. Warm, not hot water for showers and half the time was just cold. All the pictures we saw were CLEARLY taken many years ago and are misleading. the upkeep of the resort was poor, dirty beach and water was murky for the entire 2 weeks we were there unlike the pictures shown.

This place is amazing. My family and I didn't get a room because we own a villa 5 mins from there, but we got the full day pass. If you own a villa or apartment nearby, they'll give you a discount at the resort. Everything was super clean and from check in all the way to the stores across the street, people were friendly and waiting to serve you. Food and drinks were pretty good. We also got to enjoy the show, I loved it. All the music from 70s-80s.

The hotel is a good value for the price point we paid. It's far from PUJ but we were fine with that. The room is acceptable. There were a few bugs ( mosquito, etc) inside. The beach is beautiful but water isn't blue. Most of the staff are friendly and attentive. The food for the main buffet restaurant was above average. We enjoyed eating there far more than the specialty restaurant we ate at (Italian). The food at the Italian restaurant was downright abysmal. Just bland and lacking quality. Entertainment was decent. They did an acceptable job of varying it day by day. The staff from the kids club were very friendly which my kid appreciated.

The staff and facilities at the hotel are in my opinion second to none. I was unfortunate enough to suffer a medical emergency whilst staying at the resort and the care I received during and after the event was amazing. They could not do enough to help me and came to check how I was every day since.
The entertainment team are also absolutely amazing, they are energetic, passionate and some of the most caring people you will meet as well as the shoes being absolutely amazing.
I will definitely be returning to Bahia Principe Grand in the near future.

Good hotel with awesome staff. Well kept grounds. The activities staff at the pool always kept you busy, foam party Saturday was a blast. The food was the decent. Easy to get around because of the small size. Very mixed age group. It was 85 minute drive from the airport. The beach was not on the ocean but the great pool made up for it. A great value.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The food is amazing. A variety selection for adults and children. The drinks that I requested were always on point and delicious. The hotel is kept very well and cleaned. The restrooms are also kept cleaned. Entertainments were pretty nice. It’s kept very family oriented. None of the craziness of people going crazy or drinking too much. Which for me was great because I have a toddler and an infant. Overall, this is a really great hotel for families. This was my second time here and don’t mind coming back a third.

The entertainment crew was amazing and always had something for us to do. Made us all feel very welcomed and made this trip very enjoyable. This resort always has something to do, making sure everyone is being involved the whole time. You get to have fun and relax here; with everyone being so kind and sweet to you. All the restaurants and buffets are phenomenal with great service, kind servers, and delicious food. The variety was amazing and we couldn’t get enough of all the food and drinks here. The bars are awesome too! I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to the Dominican Republic!
