Amazing staff who go above and beyond the call of duty.
Rooms are beautiful we had a junior suite on the beach which was light and airy plenty of room and cleaned on a daily basis.
All inclusive drinks are excellent and food is excellent.
Anyone wanting to travel to the D R, I would highly recommend this hotel fro a relaxing chill out
Room is immaculate although a little worn looking. Cleaned well every day. Only down side was the fan which was very noisy and we were unable to turn off. If s2t it to off it Heated the room up.
Until today the service has been excellent with prompt response and everyone attempting to communicate when they realised we didn't speak Spanish.
Yesterday saw a sudden influx of Spanish speaking guest who are incredibly noisy and rude. Pushing us out the way to take all the food in the dining room, each playing their own choice of music around the pool. One was so determined to get the particular sunbed she wanted it was dragged over my partners foot.
The beach is fabulous and we have swam in the sea every day. Very little weed and no sign of jelly fish. The water is a little murky but put that down to the storms.
Would definitely recommend this hotel. They have endeavoured to make our stay as wonderful as possible

Yes, the water is not turquoise blue, but the swimming in it is very pleasant as it is calm and warm. I would suggest to give it a shout if you want to stay in gorgeous La Romana and not break the bank.
Ramon (assistant) was helpful and friendly as well. It was a good place to go with the family and relax for couple of days. The restaurants were good but the buffet was okay, nothing special.
Overall the stuff there was friendly and nice.

The pools are nice, the gardens are mature, pretty and well maintained. The restaurants are good. Buffet have something new every day. The service was outstanding, smiling faces, helpful and friendly. The entertainment was good, always something going on if you want to participate.
We took the excursion to Santo Domingo, which was very nice, so much of history.
The beach is very nice, clean and well maintained. The water in the sea is not turquoise blue but it was pleasant. The sunset is picture perfect. Overall was good vacation. 😊
