Hotels near sea shore in Haapsalu

I stayed in Hestia Hotel Haapsalu Spa to work on an assignment and it was brilliant. The room was exceptional with inspiring sea view and the leisure activities gave my brain some rest when it was needed

The place was pricey, but worth it

Amazing, stay here if you like Sauna! The Sauna/Spa area is great. They have a 95°C Sauna and a cold pool besides it. There is a river right outside where you can swim.

- In my room (even after changing to another standard room), there were problems with the air conditioner, which made gurgling noises when running, so it couldn't be left on overnight

The pancakes were the type you never get in a buffet, heavy and juicy, please never change this! Our room was the smaller type and while we got what we paid for it could do with some hooks here and there to hang items

We loved this property so much that we extended our stay. are well appointed and comfortable. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Easy walking to nearby cafes, restaurants and some shopping

Visited the day spa (3 hour pass), good selection of saunas, a few pools (inside and outside), hottub etc. Decor is a bit dated. Changing and shower rooms are on the smaller side. Parking was fine.

Nice view, great outside pool and spa. But the pools didn’t look very clean so I just enjoyed the outside views from the pool. Hard to find a chair to sit and sunbath

Lovely time spent in this hotel! Saunas and swimming pools are very good made, rooms are on the choice of your budget. However, the shower was broken, and the shower curtain could be clean

Breakfast was nice and they had an option for a dinner as well. Good place at all, next to the beach

I liked the outdoor swimming pool, breakfast and dinner were very good. Nice terrace and location. Two hot saunas, others were warm. But we had a really pleasant time with family.

Towels could be white and not that old and dump colored. Staff is amassing and very helpful! Breakfast top class ! I'm looking forward to coming back again Thank you 🌹 😊 💓

Dog friendly accomodation just next to sea with very helpful stuff. Higly reccommend to get the room with balcony and sunset view! Rooms and balconys should use bit of upgrades and one of the rooms a curtain

A very cosy and nice place in a beautiful town. The room was just as expected. There is a nice yard to have your morning coffee and enough of parking space. We got an amazing view for a very reasonable price

Very nice boutique hotel. Good service. Room was clean and pleasant though the bathroom is tiny. There is no restaurant and breakfast could be a lot better but, overall, a very pleasant stay.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful

Granted, i didn't check from the reception, if they have a spare extension cord, but it would help if they had one extra in the cupboard if a guest needs one, withiut the need to go and try to get one

Only stayed one night...but wanted to stay longer as it was soooo lovely. Great decor, very clean, lovely garden, great local walks, and Kristal (the owner) was a welcoming host. Go there!

Lovely welcome and just absolutely top room. Hostess is very friendly with lots of information. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. Definately recommended!!

We've rented the small cottage in the yard twice and it's very nice. Central, but quiet, two separate bedrooms.

Suitable for an overnight stay, not for a vacation of several days. The environment is lovely, but there are also drawbacks. Creaking floors, creaking window hinges. Recommendations to friends are not given there

I liked everything, the best place for the whole, rather long at this time, trip to Estonia, and indeed for all previous trips. :) The house is very cozy, very clean, very modern equipped inside and tastefully decorated

Luxurious kitchen, which has everything you need (and dishes, and appliances), an excellent selection of tea and coffee. Spacious bathroom, no problem with hot water

We even waited for a decorated Christmas tree in the living room! It is very convenient to pay - there is a terminal for cards right in the house

Living conditions are good. But the neighbors are too quietly loving. If someone has a loud voice, then you shouldn't stay here.

The house is warm and comfortable, we regretted that we stayed only for one night, it would be nice to stay here longer

I was very pleased with the owners' approach to their work and it remains only to wish success and further prosperity

OK hotel, not the best in Haapsalu but for one night, good, new part of building has a view straight to sea, so nice view is there

Very nice view over the bay from the balcony. Big enough rooms, though a bit too basic. Great breakfast on a big terrace with a lot of choises.

Breakfast is good, fish, sausage, cheese , if you are a fan of crispy bacon then this you can't find there, there was a bacon but not crispy at all, will I visit this place again, probably not, there are plenty of places to stay in Haapsalu

But it's not a hotel you call cozy, rooms are ok, nothing special but ok, couple of thing bothered me, there was no extra pillows and strange smell coming out of bathroom

Good accommodation for the price, newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms. Nice owner, but it pays to set up a definite meeting time as they aren't at the place other than for check-ins

Generally ok. Vyspalis, pomylis v dushe. Purely. Klyuchi brat v yashchike cherez kod. Soundproofing is bad. There wasn't enough boiling water.

Only one shower between 5 rooms, great most of the time but could be a wait when busy

5 hrs and had 1 system error (system marked -/- pts instead on 7/3), but the maintenance guy acted quickly (he even ran) :-) Can't share any good words about the bar though - poor drinks menu, bored staff, no warm snacks (menu was on the counter, but we were told that we can order only chips)

Bowling was more or less okay - required one restart during 1

Funny compo of hostel-slash-bowling house. Cheap rooms, clean, straightforward sleep over. Shared clean facilities.

Also negative was a bathroom, when showering the bathroom turned out a pool, cause water went down to train so slowly, a lot of water came to room

Simple but neat and tidy place. It's got everything you need and the hosts are super friendly! It's basically in the centre of the old town so you're right where the restaurants bars and atractions are located.

Whe we arrive in the evening it was soooo hot in the room and also when we leftq next Day around 11:00 it was already very Hot inside because outside was 26c°. And there was only very small one window which u can open

But there was cups for morning Coffee and also thing which boil water. We booked room in that same Day when we arrive i called and after 5minutes we got the room

Place is quit nice, room where we stayed was small but cozy, but it was on that side of house where sun is shining inside all Day

The location is really good, in the main old city area. But because of that you have to be aware that in summer time you hear a lot of bar etc noices for your room if you try to open window

So, went maybe 100-200 meters further out and found this gem! The angus burger tasted excellent. The meat patty was medium done with a nice external sear and well-paired toppings

We sat inside at a coffee table set up- low table with deep-seated lounge chairs. We were so comfortable after a long morning of touring

The juiciest, most delicious duck you can get on Estonias western shore. Probably. The best I have found. Periood. Spacious, outer terrace, cozy, excellent service and all-in-all a great dining experience.

Amazing food! Everyone got super delicious dishes with very nice ingredients. Service was friendly and prices affordable. Located in the heart of Haapsalu's gorgeous old town. And they have a terrace!

Anyways, the employees are friendly and the food is just “mmm!” The meat is perfect, sauces are delicious, presentation nice and the desert was just amazing. Chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream

People pass it on their way to inner city and might consider to go there later but then find another one and can’t be bothered to to back

Accommodation- nice treat, personal service and excellent breakfast (amazing porrage, egg-bacon muffins, bread with ham, cheese, coffee etc). Room no 2 is good size, although facing the main street, it was very quiet

Located directly by the wall of Haapsalu castle and has a cosy big balcony towards the backyard (shared balcony from the hall not from the room), good value for smokers or if you feel like having coffee or tea outside the room (definitely great in summertime), feels like home

Hermannus Guesthouse is located on the main street in Haapsalu, just next to the castle. The Guesthouse has three hotel rooms that are situated on the 2nd floor of the house looking over main street

e bar downstairs, Mulliga & Mullita winebar, Flamm, Müüriääre caf etc). We were extremely satisfied and positively surprised. Service was also friendly, smiling and helpful
