We are located only a short walk from the center of the quiet, romantic and cozy resort town of Haapsalu, 62 mi from Tallinn, Thalasso Spa Fra Mare lies right by the sea, cooled by the gentle breezes from the surrounding pine forests.

The hotel is modern and yet feels just like home. There is an à la carte restaurant, a lobby bar, spa rooms, the Thalasso Beauty World, the Day Spa sauna and pool complex with 6 saunas, a jacuzzi, 2 pools (insidoor pool and outdoor pool) a gym and a shop.

The menu in the Bergfeldt restaurant combines tastes from the cuisines of various countries, as well as the best that Estonian cuisine has to offer.

Next to us opened two centers which offer outdoor activities: Haapsalu`s Padel center and Haapsalu`s Adventure Park, both are a nice and a healthy way to spend one`s day.

Otel tak sebe, komnaty malenkie i dopolnitelnoe raskladyvayushcheesya kreslo dlya rebenka neudobnoe, u nas podgibalis nozhki, i esli sadilsya kto-to vzroslyy, ono zavalilos. Basseyn slishkom prostoy,bez effektov osveshcheniya i bez muzyki. Voda v edinstvennom gidromassazhe holodnovataya. Bani ok. Zavtrak vkusnyy, mnogo vsego. Predlagaetsya takzhe i vecherniy bufet za 18 evro, no nam ne ponravilsya, luchshe bylo zakazat v restorane otdelnye blyuda, tam nedorogo. Vygodno uzhinat v bufete rebenku, do 12 let platish vsego 7 evro. Komnaty ne ubirali v techenie 3-h dney. Nu, v obshchem, na horoshuyu troechku.

Fantastic experience in Fra Mare, as usual!
We are visiting this resort for the last 20 years and it is always a nice and relaxing holiday. The treatments in the spa are tailored to your needs, the food is always freshly prepared with plenty of choice, the staff is very attentive and friendly, we particularly liked Sille and Galina, their attention to details and care was amazing, and very kind hearted! Oh, and our room had a huge balcony and a sea view! All the right ingredients for a happy break!

Nice view, great outside pool and spa. But the pools didn’t look very clean so I just enjoyed the outside views from the pool. A lot of people as well. Hard to find a chair to sit and sunbath. Breakfast was nice and they had an option for a dinner as well. Room was not the best. Good place at all, next to the beach.

I liked the outdoor swimming pool, breakfast and dinner were very good. Nice terrace and location. Two hot saunas, others were warm. But we had a really pleasant time with family.

Lovely time spent in this hotel!
Saunas and swimming pools are very good made, rooms are on the choice of your budget.
However, the shower was broken, and the shower curtain could be clean. Towels could be white and not that old and dump colored.

Staff is amassing and very helpful! Breakfast top class !

I am so disappointed at how bad the saunas were here. None of the 6 saunas are heated well enough for me to feel satisfied, and didn’t justify me doing a cold plunge after because I felt mildly cold during the whole sauna experience. The salt sauna was especially disappointing. The staff is nice and it’s not their fault but the sauna is severely lacking and I regret traveling here for hours by bus for this experience, especially having such a great sauna experience in Finland just a few days ago.

It's all okay, just really 90tees... so if you're feeling nostalgic, you'll love this place. It is situated in a peaceful nature, though having a nice walking distance to the Haapsalu centre. I may suppose that the best here might be the medical treatments that I didn't try, so my experience is limited by the hotel, water SPA, and restaurant ( I totally recommend to go to the town centre for the dinner)

Finally I get my quiet vacation. This place is very good, and no, it is not about luxury, it is about atmosphere. Location is so good. SPA located almost in the forest near the sea. There is so peaceful forest road to get your relaxing walk or positive morning run. It was so nice after the morning run to go to the Spa area to swimm a little bit before breakfast. There are two big parking areas, so don't need to be worry about your car. Just some kilometers away, 2 or 3, there is a nice Haapsaly city with a lot of small beautiful streets with really good places where to eat. So I really recommend this place for a quiet relax with a very good walking options. One night is too short, you need to take two or three nights here to enjoy this place and this city.

Great service, SPA services, silent miljø. Good possibility to play the billiards, evening music and parties. Very private rooms, no night noise. Very good food choice. Romantic atmosphere on the terrace. Green surrounding for walking and jogging tours. Thank you!

Zamechatelnoe mesto. Nahoditsya na beregu morya v sosnovom lesu ne daleko ot goroda. Priyatnyy personal,uyutnaya obstanovka, nebolshoy Spa. Ochen vkusnye i raznoobraznye zavtraki i uzhiny.Mozhno vzyat protsedury ili vzyat velosiped na prokat. Vdol morya est dorozhka ,vedushchaya pryamo v gorod i na znamenityy promenad Haapsalu.
