Meri Seaside Hotel & SPA

Don’t go there, it’s a trap.
Rooms are very disgusting, full of bugs (literally tens of small bugs on the wall). The bed sounds like from WW2 prison, they gave us only two shitty pillows. Bathroom is very small and yellow.
Balcony door was letting cold air in all night, we were sleeping in a fridge (heating was barely working).
Breakfast under average.
Long short, avoid at all cost.

Went there with my family, reception was fine and everything in general was, until we got to our rooms, a more expensive room had a whole worker on the balcony without any notice nor warning, secondly, the same balcony could not be closed nor did it even have a window placed, had it been any cooler, they wouldve frozen there and next early morning the same workers were yelling, thirdly in my own room, the shower doors were broken and the toilet couldnt even flush toilet paper, aswell as during the night the woman working reception proceeded to nearly barge into my room where my mother was already asleep and accuse us of smoking because in her opinion it was "foggy" when i explained i used a simple deodorant, she proceeded to reprimand me that its "effecting the ventilation", absolute chaos thats not aprecciated.

The hotel room was completely dirty when we arrived, floors were full of pieces and the cabinets were dusty. On top of that there was a dirty piece of soap in our shower. The next day the room service didn’t neither clean anything.
We also booked a room with a balcony but when we arrived they said that all of the balconies were under construction, which we were not informed about.
Room was also missing basic necessities like: fridge and ironer.

Hotel staff was slow (took 15-20 minutes before she got to us, even though the line wasn't long) and started talking to the person behind us even though we were in a que much longer
Light bulb didn't work and was not checked prior to our artival, later just fell of the table with the metal part staying intact on the lamp
We were given one door pass for two people
Hotel asked unnecessary private info even though the same info was already filled out on the webpage

Has no safe for securing private things
Room has 2 sockets which are not even near bed
Sauna in a spa was not working
WiFi is not secure and a passcode for that is not required, thus may be exposed to threats
The bathrobes are extra 5 euros (not worth it) and they didn't even have them at that time
The check-in is late, at 16 o'clock
The hotel closes at 23 so you don't have an access to the registration
Spa closes at 21, which is really early compared to similar places elsewhere on the island and overall in Estonia
