Great hotel, nice service, good breakfast. They upgraded our room which we much appreciated. Would definitely recommend. Close to “all” restaurants.
Location was great and breakfast enjoyable. The room was small, but clean. Plenty of towels and a very comfortable bathrobe. But... First the bathroom flooded after the shower. Couldn't even use the toilet without getting wet. The water was almost ankle deep. The ventilation was not adjustable, it was an old fashioned system, so it started blowing in the morning about 6am so loudly like it was a storm...
Great value for money. The bed wasn't comfortable. I didn't use any of the facilities.
The best option if you are seeking a tranquil and private spa experience, along with a delightful breakfast. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming.
Rooms clean, wi-fi does not work though. Spa very nice, with cold ponds and jacuzzis. A separate outdoor swimming pool (15 m), internal pool ( 15 m) plus extra for toddlers. Beer (0,5 l Saku) 5 € 👌. In restaurant child menu 5 € portions, adult a la carte highish vs typical Estonian level starting at 15€. All in all nice and pittoresque millieu, and very nice golf course within 1 km.
Lovely place. So far so good.

Nice hotel which would need some fixing, because it is a bit outdated. Breakfast was below expectations.
I’m very disappointed with breakfast, cheap, unhealthy food, juice from powder, desert is just bread, butter and sugar.. it’s an old hotel with a bunch of problems. Though location is perfect. PS Hotel also has it own small pool and it’s great if you are to visit is when it’s not crowded.
The location is perfect. But sadly the hotel stopped on time and needs to be repaired according to the new tendencies. The hotel started its functions in 2002, and in 2007 they have expanded, but since that time, nothing really. It’s possible to see some accumulated dust on the dark/black walls, chandeliers. The SPA sauna has an unpleasant smell as well.
Very old furniture, totally outdated, shower doors broken, curtains in bathroom almost transparant, around 23.20 terrible sound in the room started. We were notifyed that kitchen maintenance started. Couldnt sleap properly at all. Not good experiance at all. Only good thing, room is large. But when doors opened and random people passing in coridor, all view directly to bed. I dont know, maybe other...
Visited restaurant last night and it exceeded our expectations completely. Mikk was very polite, warm and professional waiter. "Salted whitewish" and "Baked goat cheese salad" tastes were well balanced. "Dear cutlets" were total surprise, because mushroom sauce/juicy cutlets/onion jam were together like a symphony in the mouth :). Keep going.
We thought we booked in a fancy hotel, as the price was quite high. We stayed in “newer” wing of hotel and well, inside seems like it’s older than the building exterior. In the room, there’s a lot of wine stains on white carpet, the toilet barely flushes (multiple times the turd didn’t flush and you had to flush it manually with bucket) and overall the bathroom looks quite sad. The TV is also quite...

Hotel with a spa-area. Different saunas to choose from and different temperatures for pools/baths. Nice size rooms, ok enough breakfast (nothing special about it), location is close to the center (less than 1km).
Came for the saunas and pools. Pretty good experience with the saunas and pools. Though a lot of the sauna’s were closed. Paid almost €5 for a quarter of a cup of coffee and got attitude from the staff when I asked for milk. I understand that pay more for these kinds of things but I can’t accept a quarter of a cup of coffee.
Went there this year for a day spa with my mom and grandma and chose 3 treatments. The service was great: kind, warm and with a sincere smile! We were well welcomed by Terje and Tetiana. Thank you very much. PS! If you walk in the lobby, you can also see the vacant treatments and times available for the current and the next day - if you like being spontaneous. Good idea.
Very friendly staff- pet and baby friendly. Spa is outstanding- clean and spacious. Lot of choices for kids. Highly recommended place.
It was nice, but I wouldn't want to stay there more than one night
Visited with my husband, the experience was mutual : very nice spa with friendly service, clean changing area, plenty of saunas and pools to choose from. Recommend the salt sauna especially! Felt like had a new skin on me after . Also recommend the self-server bar food, easily understandable way to work it, reasonably priced tasty mid-day snacks, quick delivery. Very nice garlic bread and tasty tasty...

Great location. Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Well equipped gym and cozy Spa department with different massage pools and saunas.
Nice and quiet spa hotel by the sea. Economy class room is without air conditioning. The spa has one larger, one smaller, one children's pool and jacuzzi. Each pool has a massage function. The spa has four saunas - salt sauna, juniper sauna, steam sauna and tar sauna. A nice cold flavored water is offered as a drink. The breakfast is very tasty. There is a selection of different dishes for every...
This was such a great stay. Incredible value for money. Great view from our room. Very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast. Great parking. Very good location, very close to the center. Pool and sauna open from 9am. Very soft bathrobes. The bathroom was a bit run down. No fridge and no table in the room, just one chair. No sheets in sauna and very small towels (good maybe for hair wrapping, not for sauna)...
Great location. Average hotel rooms, but very nice staff. Breakfast is great here.
Very nice location, delicious breakfast, we had sea view, i liked it

Great place to stay. The Spa is very nice. The breakfast is extensive with fruit, sweet and savory items. Excellent coffee from three self-service Swiss coffee machines so never a queue. Easily walk to the centrum and to the castle. We had a very relaxing 3 night stay. For us sort of a vacation after 2 months in Europe with one to go before returning home to the USA.
Gospa offers an excellent experience with just a few minor areas for improvement. The rooms, though slightly outdated (some are already renovated), have wonderfully comfy beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep. The treatments are top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is outstanding — one of the best I’ve ever had, which is rare for me as I’m...
We were dissapointed when we entered our family room for our family vacation. The room was dark and poorly furnished, unrenovated and overpriced. The bathroom was also unwelcoming. There was no air conditioning in the room, so our clothes from swimming were drying indoors and the air next day was unpleasantly moist. There was a nice size balcony, but as the weather was rather cool these days and there...
Great place for a relaxation, nice spa and good rooms. Tasty breakfast
Good view, great breakfast and a good spa resort.
Great weekend getaway place. Dogs are welcome for an extra fee 25€/day and get a snack bag and 2 bowls in the room. They are not so welcome in the restaurant though and must stay in the room. Spa is okay with 4 saunas and pools but spa treatments are excellent. Definitely recommending massage with stones from Saaremaa. Restaurant has great food and drink menu. Friendly and attentive service.

A guest house with a real "soul" that has everything! Everything you need for a pleasant vacation is available on site, very clean and comfortably furnished rooms, an extremely well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful garden, where you can also spend a pleasant day in the home office. A barbecue evening can also be organized in the garden. Very nice and friendly hostess. I'll come back!
A very nice and cozy place to stay. Everything is thought of and everything is available on site. Our family was very satisfied and we will definitely visit again when we get to the island.
Nice place to stay. Everything is thought out. Good location. Fantastic garden.
Nice view to sea, wifi, quiet and comfy.
Nice and friendly landlady and the balcony on the second floor has a wonderful view of the sea. The only bug is that she only takes cash.

We stayed there just for one night, and I wish we could stay longer because this was truly an incredible experience. The wooden houses and so cozy and have this unforgettable authentic countryside feel to them. Unusual accommodation like in the old days at grandma's. recommend
Top spot in Saaremaa! Cosy farm stay with wooden huts in a great location near to all the Saaremaa sights! Really friendly owners would highly recommend 👍👍👍

Extremally tasty. One portion could be for 2-3 persons if you not extremally hungry and want to enjoy. Strange you need to come to order at the bar as no one comes to the table outside. But its so small thing
Everywhere we went that day it took forever to be acknowledged but the service after that made up for it. Nice atmosphere and decent prices for an evening drink and dessert.
A somewhat mixed feeling experience. This place has amazing view of the castle in the terrace, and a nice short menu of seafood. But when you get the food, it seems you were fooled to buy expensive looking dishes composed of store-bought ingredients. My guess is that it is best to always order catch of the day (an expensive treat), because other dishes are a cheat. We had two fish snacks and fish soup...
Lovely atmosphere and good food. They offer local season fish dishes. We ate a pike-perch fish it was delicious. There are spacious restaurant inside and also summer terrace. Fast and good service.
Visited in the middle of July. The restaurant was well prepared for lot of visitors due to Saaremaa opera days. Dishes tasted great and service speed was exceeding expectations.
Lovely service and great food. Very cosy interior with a pleasant ambiance. My friend claimed he had the best cheesecake of his life at this place.

Good Spa, nice room, superb breakfast
I'm here for the second time. Have stayed in other hotels/spas in the area as well. Very cozy place with pleasant personnel. Above average saunas and pools. Nice place to spend time with children. Perfect location, nice rooms, easy online check. Really loved the place.
Tidy rooms, very good location
Nice and clean place. Only minus was that there was no air conditioning so very hot at night
If you are looking for a good place (with good price) in Kuressaare - this is the place to go. We just needed to stay for one night and the Family room was big enough for two adults and two kids. List of good things: - Great location - Well maintained room - Spacious room (however it would be great if there would be a possibility to separate the rooms with a curtain or sliding door, so it would be...
Basic but quite OK. They have everything you need, except perhaps air conditioning on the few summer days when it gets really hot. Nice clean rooms, no night desk but automatic entrance worked well for us. Reasonable pricing except for the Saaremaa Opera Festival week - then all accomodation prices hit the roof.
Very nice place, rooms with summer terrace is a key to make your stay amazing

Very short walk from the center and the castle but also easily accessed by car. Room was pretty basic and a bit hard to keep dark and cool in the morning with the curtains (it's July at the moment). Slight sewer smell in the toilet and the tiny fridge, while nice to have, made a quite a lot of noise but not too much to kill sleep. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay but I wished it had eggs in some...
All you can hope from affordable hotel, nice and clean but don't expect too much luxury.
Very good if only place to sleep is needed...
Ok for one night stay, would not stay longer. Room was mostly clean, breakfast was good. Didn’t like that the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived (the room wasn’t ready 2pm as promised, so we were asked to come back around 4pm), but we had bought some food, which really needed to be in the fridge. So we had to wait 1,5 more hours for the fridge to get cold (2pm we asked the reception, if there...

A simple and nice place to stay. Maybe too pricey for such simple rooms..
Overall good, but far from perfect. The breakfast is TERRIBLE. Everything is cold. I don't remember them offering coffee/tea either and there is no kettel in the rooms. Furthermore, the receptionist was really creeped out by me. I'm a young tan man so it's obviously weird I came to Kuressaare. But she kept looking at me everytime I passed her as if I was an elephant.
Very good hostel 😊😊😊
