Rooms vere so so.. nothing special. A bit outdated. Breakfast is good enough, but nothing special. SPA area was cold, also cold swimming pool and dzakuzzy.. Saunas were great. Pity that there is no drinking water in spa. You can order some cocktail or water by the phone from spa.. weird. No personnel at all. Breakfast and restaurant service was super. Rest very bad. Restaurant food is amazing!

I’m very disappointed with breakfast, cheap, unhealthy food, juice from powder, desert is just bread, butter and sugar.. it’s an old hotel with a bunch of problems. Though location is perfect. PS Hotel also has it own small pool and it’s great if you are to visit is when it’s not crowded.

The location is perfect. But sadly the hotel stopped on time and needs to be repaired according to the new tendencies. The hotel started its functions in 2002, and in 2007 they have expanded, but since that time, nothing really. It’s possible to see some accumulated dust on the dark/black walls, chandeliers. The SPA sauna has an unpleasant smell as well.

Very old furniture, totally outdated, shower doors broken, curtains in bathroom almost transparant, around 23.20 terrible sound in the room started. We were notifyed that kitchen maintenance started. Couldnt sleap properly at all. Not good experiance at all. Only good thing, room is large. But when doors opened and random people passing in coridor, all view directly to bed. Visited restaurant last night and it exceeded our expectations completely. Mikk was very polite, warm and professional waiter. "Salted whitewish" and "Baked goat cheese salad" tastes were well balanced. "Dear cutlets" were total surprise, because mushroom sauce/juicy cutlets/onion jam were together like a symphony in the mouth :). Keep going.

Very short walk from the center and the castle but also easily accessed by car. Room was pretty basic and a bit hard to keep dark and cool in the morning with the curtains (it's July at the moment). Slight sewer smell in the toilet and the tiny fridge, while nice to have, made a quite a lot of noise but not too much to kill sleep. Comfortable beds. Didn’t like that the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived (the room wasn’t ready 2pm as promised, so we were asked to come back around 4pm), but we had bought some food, which really needed to be in the fridge. Overall good, but far from perfect. The breakfast is TERRIBLE. Everything is cold. I don't remember them offering coffee/tea either and there is no kettel in the rooms. Furthermore, the receptionist was really creeped out by me. I'm a young tan man so it's obviously weird I came to Kuressaare. But she kept looking at me everytime I passed her as if I was an elephant.

I enjoyed a nice overnight stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. 5 stars easy!

Visited on a hot day, really felt the need for A/C as it was difficult to sleep in the heat. Otherwise a nice experience, good service, great breakfast. The reception area needs some work, though.

came here to rent a bike and was not disapppointed! Easy rental, good price, accessories (bags, helmet, lock) available, bike was ok. Recommended👍🏻

Quiet hotel, good location right next to the Kuressaare castle. Very tidy. Breakfast was very basic. Bed was otherwise alright but kept screeching when i changed sides. TV had only a couple of channels, in german, english and estonian.

Cozy hotel, although the rooms were a bit small and basic. The gentleman at the reception very helpful and friendly. He suggested a great place to rent a car to visit the island. It is possible to have breakfast for a few euros in a well-stocked bar / bakery inside the hotel.

Nice little hotel with a cafe on the ground floor where you can have breakfast served early for a little more money. In the summer even at night you can hardly stay in the rooms because of the heat ~ attic room :(

Delicious food and relatively inexpensive! The rooms have a minimum of amenities, but clean and everything is there if you are without children)))) The staff is mostly very helpful and ready to help!

Went for a family vacation. Every stuff member where friendly and kids loved the icecream cocteil by the pool. Just recomend to the hotel ti get atleast some kids swimming safety stuff aswell. They only had swimming glasses. But few swimming rings or cuffs would be lovely to use not to buy another pair( many spas have them incase you forget them at home). Location excellent, (almost?) all rooms with seaview. We were especially satisfied with the spa-facilities: three differnt saunas and welk functioning water-massage "machines". Breakfast was ok with some local twist - which is always a bonus in my mind. We did not have dinner at the hotel - there are many good ones in the center and even closer.

Really nice place, at an excellent location with ok food but really bad wifi, so if you plan on doing any work while staying in the hotel, you will need your own wifi hot-spot. SPA is ok, with both warm and cold pools. There’s even a kids playroom and kids entertainment programms.

There was not enough towels in the spa for changing!! This is a big minus!! And a lot of childrens!!!! I went for a relaxation with my husband and in the pool the children’s was day and night without a control of parents , we went for a relax and received a lot of screaming childrens and no relax, i suggest to do a time limitations till 18:00 with childrens and after only adults!! Location was great and breakfast enjoyable. The room was small, but clean. Plenty of towels and a very comfortable bathrobe. But... First the bathroom flooded after the shower. Couldn't even use the toilet without getting wet. The water was almost ankle deep. The ventilation was not adjustable, it was an old fashioned system, so it started blowing in the morning about 6am so loudly like it was a storm...

Hotel with a spa-area. Different saunas to choose from and different temperatures for pools/baths. Nice size rooms, ok enough breakfast (nothing special about it), location is close to the center (less than 1km).

Came for the saunas and pools. Pretty good experience with the saunas and pools. Though a lot of the sauna’s were closed. Paid almost €5 for a quarter of a cup of coffee and got attitude from the staff when I asked for milk. I understand that pay more for these kinds of things but I can’t accept a quarter of a cup of coffee.

Went there this year for a day spa with my mom and grandma and chose 3 treatments. The service was great: kind, warm and with a sincere smile! We were well welcomed by Terje and Tetiana. Thank you very much. PS! If you walk in the lobby, you can also see the vacant treatments and times available for the current and the next day - if you like being spontaneous. Good idea.

Very big hotel that looks a little run down from the outside. The room was a good size but it was baking hot. No fan in the room and with the window open it was a bit noisy. Great location though right next to the castle and a 5 minute walk into the city centre.

A guest house with a real "soul" that has everything! Everything you need for a pleasant vacation is available on site, very clean and comfortably furnished rooms, an extremely well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful garden, where you can also spend a pleasant day in the home office.
