Spent one night including the restaurant for dinner along with spa treatments. Our spa treatments were outstanding and the price is right. Restaurant was great as well and we really enjoyed our dinner. Our room was very good we got one with a sauna (but the website doesn't tell you that it is not in the main building but around the corner from the property). Our one negative was with the front desk staff who seemingly handled hotel front desk duties as well as reserving spa treatments. This young girl seemed very unprepared for the job as she seemed confused half the time and was unfriendly on top of it and we are not demanding people. We asked if there is a gym in the hotel and she said she didn't know!

Politeness is clearly not a priority at this hotel, unfortunately. During the Christmas season, one longs for warmth, a smile, or at the very least—an absence of rudeness.
I wish this place prosperity, happiness, and all the best. It’s a shame that the atmosphere there is so unwelcoming. If the place itself becomes happier, people working there will behave differently too. So, I truly hope things improve.

Rooms vere so so.. nothing special. A bit outdated. Breakfast is good enough, but nothing special. SPA area was cold, also cold swimming pool and dzakuzzy.. Saunas were great. Pity that there is no drinking water in spa. You can order some cocktail or water by the phone from spa.. weird. No personnel at all. Breakfast and restaurant service was super. Rest very bad. Restaurant food is amazing!

I’m very disappointed with breakfast, cheap, unhealthy food, juice from powder, desert is just bread, butter and sugar.. it’s an old hotel with a bunch of problems. Though location is perfect. PS Hotel also has it own small pool and it’s great if you are to visit is when it’s not crowded.

The location of the hotel is good. Our room was Nr 210 - so called “Deluxe Room”, the highest category except the suites. The room was dark, dirty, with carpet, torn curtain etc., the room had a real lock with only 1 key. Old looking small bathroom with plastic shower curtain. The SPA needs refurbishment. Breakfast Buffet: 45 Min before end of breakfast-time there were no more fried eggs, no fruits, no yoghurt etc. We would never go there anymore. Room 210 was anything but „Deluxe“. There are other, clearly better hotels in Kuressaare.

Rather modest hotel, which would need some face lifting soon. It is ok if you do not expect too much. Spa is small where nothing is not fancy, but just a pool and simples saunas. Biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Nothing really fresh and even the coffee is not tasty. Somehow the ambitious level is very low in all aspects.

The location is perfect. But sadly the hotel stopped on time and needs to be repaired according to the new tendencies. The hotel started its functions in 2002, and in 2007 they have expanded, but since that time, nothing really. It’s possible to see some accumulated dust on the dark/black walls, chandeliers. The SPA sauna has an unpleasant smell as well.

Very old furniture, totally outdated, shower doors broken, curtains in bathroom almost transparant, around 23.20 terrible sound in the room started. We were notifyed that kitchen maintenance started. Couldnt sleap properly at all. Not good experiance at all. Only good thing, room is large. But when doors opened and random people passing in coridor, all view directly to bed. I dont know, maybe other rooms then nr.9 are diferent, mor new.... but this one desaster. Not for me at all

Very outdated and dirty! I have experiences the worst stay for this money. I have booked Opera Suite for four nights in the end of December 2023. In my suite all possible elements that could be broken were actually broken. Suite was very dirty and dusty. The couch was broken and bleached by previous visitors. The lamps were not working, picture frame of beloved opera singers broken, curtains have seen it all during last 20 years of this hotel. The room was very dirty, outdated, technically in very bad condition. Spa area was also very worn out and seems to be very dirty as well. This hotel dedinetely can't compete with with other hotel because of its poor household. The stay was awful. I could manage staying there for one night only. Seems that the hotel is not having beat financial times and my booking wasn't refunded.
